I always enjoy coming to this Starbucks. The cashier’s and barista’s are always friendly. It can get busy at times, but they can get the line moving quickly.

I’ve seen other reviews mentioning the long lines during peak hours, but since I am a stay at home mom, we(my two year old and I) generally come here for leisure time, or for good behavior rewards, and never get to experience this. Aka: cake pops! There is most definitely a need for more space to sit and relax, but the service is great, the establishment is clean, and the orders are fulfilled in a reasonable amount of time. I see no significant difference that sets this Starbucks apart from others, but neither are there negatives to mention.

I’m not a coffee fan, but this was a treat from my co-worker, so I decided to try something different. I had the Strawberry Acai and it was delicious. It was very sweet and refreshing; it’ll probably be great for a Summer day. If ever I go back to Starbuck’s, I’ll definitely get this drink. My on;my suggestion is to ask for no ice because my drink seemed to go pretty fast because of it.

I love the skinny peppermint mocha! It’s so good!!! Unfortunately, I’ve gone to many Starbucks and the skinny peppermint mocha usually tastes really bad. A lot of times the baristas forget to add the peppermint. I went on a road trip, ordered my coffee before I set off on my grand adventure and it tasted like water. It was so bad. I was so disappointed. Such a waste of money! Anyway, my point in sharing this is because today’s skinny peppermint mocha is so good!!! Couldn’t be happier. I will come here more often from now on.

This Starbucks on Satellite Blvd is very good. They are extremely friendly and pleasant. I was a regular customer at Medlock Bridge but that one has gotten very unfriendly and very slow. I will continue to come to this one.

Starbucks changed the chai tea… it’s not as sweet anymore, so add Vanilla! Also Rico over there was so nice he swapped it for the Oprah cinnamon chai!

I have been coming to this store for years. It holds a lot of my memories. I have used this place for exam cramming, I’ve used this place for lunch breaks when I used to work at Gwinnett Place Mall, and now, this place is «coffee time» for me and my fiancé’s family. With all these coffee places popping up in Duluth(Sweet Hut, Coffee by Hand, Rustic Couch) this place still remains our favorite. We always order the same thing and it’s always made perfectly consistent. This store exclusively has the special machine to make Doppios and I love how the Doppios are in these mouse-sized cups with the mouse-sized caps. They’re so cute. This is definitely the place to be if you would like good customer service with smiling workers, and a clean store. They have a lot of outdoor seating although it’s competitive for indoor seating. The parking lot is huge since it’s in a plaza. I will continue to come here again and again. Keep up the good work!

Had a nice experience here after driving off from the Peachtree Industrial blvd location after encountering the most entitled acting drive through attendant on the planet. Educated barista on the new Teavana products — which was very helpful to me as someone avoiding sugary Cheerful and efficient staff. Needed refilling on the cocoa powder but all else was very nice.

Store is way too small. Uncomfortable seating. 4 uncomfortable upholstered chairs indoors comprises the causal seating with a tiny coffee table, 4 mini tables, and a bench inside. Countertop is cluttered with Starbucks assorted junk, cd’s and gift cards. Area to pay at two registers is about 10 inches… Place sucks but it is Starbucks so if I come early enough… Before 7am weekdays service is fast otherwise it has a long line that counter help can never serve fast enough. Line wait averages 7 to 10 minutes. Employees are always nice but the layout inside is extremely cramped and uncomfortable. I often don’t bother to stop due to the wait required for a simple brewed venti coffee in an uncomfortable line. Location sucks, interior layout sucks! As a plus they recently improved their WiFi so now it’s 15mbps compared to less than 1mbps. I like Starbucks overall but the seating sucks at this joint.

Service way too slow. Tried it two of the mornings we stayed here. Long line only two workers. Third worker finally came from back to help, but no sense of urgency. We left.

Understaffed everytime I visit this location. Requested a smores frappuccino and the employee at the register said starbucks doesn’t carry it anymore, however went to the Starbucks in Norcross and Suwanee and received the smores frappuccino. Also there is always an abundance of flies in this location.

Understaffed on Saturday morning… More than 5 customers lifted the line. I gave 3 stars cause the only 2 employees there were working themselves and all the ten customers in front had there order correct.

This place is on my way to work. Always busy, not a big store so limited seating space; staff is ok, not the friendliest… Nothing special but way better than Kroger and Target stores.

Starbucks = mediocre café. The tables are cheap and shaking. I simply couldn’t type with a computer. There is shortage of milk, and nobody refills it.

I absolutely LOATHETHISPLACE! I have given them I don’t even know how many chances, thinking«it’s just ANOTHER off morning for them…» but I was entirely too generous. This is the most convenient location on my route to work, but after my 5th time of getting spoiled milk I’m done. Not to mention, I took the lid off this morning to inspect this filthy foul smelly and repulsive drink, and naturally the shit spilled all over me so I will smell like this garbage all day and ruined a brand new white dress. How in the hell can a place like this run through gallons of milk and still serve it spoiled time and time again? I have complained twice and just get this deer in headlights look and a «oh…sowwy :(« The first problem with this place was how painfully slooooooow every employee is here. It’s never clean and there is consistently a mess of 30 boxes from shipments strewn and half opened in the sitting area where customers should be. How is that acceptable? Like I said, it’s convenient I’d do without coffee forever instead of giving this place another dime. It is inexplicably frustrating to spend 20++ minutes and $ 5 on a drink not fit for even an animal.

Unsure of the exact reason, but as I visited this place again after years, the stream of people coming in and out of this place was just ridiculous. Although I wasn’t a patron this time(I only relaxed outside while I was in a meeting), the drink quality here was standard from what I can remember from the last visit. Service was average. Nothing too wowing on either the good or bad end. But, I guess some locations has that popular vibe. If you want to be surrounded by people, this is the location to be at. There will be lots and lots of people coming in and out. The will also be a good amount chilling there. Parking is somewhat plentiful since this Starbucks is in a complex. Since this Starbucks is positioned at a dead end corner, the immediate parking spaces will be taken fairly quickly. No worries. There are spaces close by; you don’t have to walk far.

I’m giving this Starbucks a one star and that is me being generous. I have gone twice to this place and the first time they messed up my order. The second time I went with my girlfriend and the milk was spoiled. We ended up throwing our drinks away. The bathroom was disgusting. I will never go back to this place. I would stay clear away from this Starbucks.

This conveniently located Starbucks on Pleasant Hill Road is always in a rush. The line is always nearly out the door, and seating is always cramped. It’s very popular on Saturdays, I have found out the hard way. My friend used to be a barista here so I would like to stop in and say hi, but whenever I do run into her she’s in a frazzled mess helping customer after customer without pause. They do a good job getting the drinks out efficiently though, which means they’re used to this extremely busy chaos. Seating is a little inconvenient, since tables are limited. There is plenty of outdoor seating, although cold rainy weather does not make that optimal(they don’t offer heaters like some places with outdoor seating do). All in all, this is a solid Starbucks, but it can definitely improve on being a «third home environment» that Starbucks spends so much of its marketing on.

Not enough staff. Saturday morning, one girl taking orders and brewing coffee of the day and one girl making drinks. Seriously, people? The line was out the door. Funny enough, when I checked in on that other app(you know the blue on with the check mark), all the tips were about their inability to staff properly and the line always being out the door. Hey management team — check social media! However, both ladies were fun, funny, personable and had good customer service skills — my guess is they need them to keep people from screaming at them for having to wait so damn long for a cup of coffee. They were able to manage my two drink orders without a mistake — both in personal cups. They also gave me my discounts without needing reminding. Also, they didn’t argue with me that my cups were not really Grande-sized(read my other reviews). The Barista was surprised it was Grande and commented that it was deceiving, but that it looked like an awesome mug. The coffee was delish and made properly — just get more staff in there. It is either a popular location, or it just seems that way because they are so understaffed. Fix it.
