I love Saigon Café, their spring rolls are great! I love the pad thai as well.

Glad that they have expanded their menu, and how at this specific location they open later. Good services, good food, happy customer :)

I keep forgetting to go on Unilocal about this place! Love, love, love! I love that Duluth has so many different ethnic flavors. A friend introduced me to this place and I’ve been telling other people about it since. My favorite dish is the B2(I’ve also tried their A1, A4 and A6 appetizers, also delicious). It’s a nice, quiet restaurant and the staff is friendly enough. The food is inexpensive and I’ve consistently experienced great service here.

This is my default place to come for Phở. The amount is generous for a cheap price. Even my picky parents commented how good their broth is. I am addicted to their Phở! Service is not bad either, but I really don’t like it when the servers clean my table while I am still eating. I considered the Boba tea here expansive compared to other shops around here.

After coming here many times, I’ve never been disappointed. I’ve even once came when we had a snow storm approaching and their service was still exceptional. Whether you order phở, a rice dish, vermicelli dish or their other dishes, everything is delicious! So don’t be afraid to try a new dish Their cooking has always been consistent and their service has always been excellent!

I love this place, the food is delicious. I usually get the phở, but I have tried some of the other items too and they are very good. Nice peaceful atmosphere and kind servers!

Saigon Café is consistent in service and food and is one of a couple defaults that come to mind when looking for phở and other Vietnamese dishes in Duluth. There are a lot of other Vietnamese restaurants to go to in Duluth, so it’s a matter of location in my mind, but I can safely say I’ve never had a negative experience during the many times I’ve been here. The décor has a tropical theme to it which is far better than all the other Vietnamese restaurants where it might feel more sterile and plain. If you check in on Unilocal with a purchase(an entrée I think) you can get a free boba drink! Nice!

This place is disgusting! Worst phở restaurant I have been to! Broth taste like it came fresh out the can, veggie plate looks like it was assembled 2 weeks ago, chop sticks look like they been chewed on. Then to top it off asked for extra onions in the soup and they bring us a whole sliced onion I guess as an asshole gesture. I will never give them my business again and I advise anyone reading this review to stay far far away from this place. At close to $ 10 a bowl u would expect it to be fresh but that’s not the case. If I could give them no stars I would! Two thumbs down

I usually enjoy it more often here than I did today. I come here every few Saturdays, and I’m usually pleased with the service. My typical meal is the create your own phở, which I order an X-Large and share with my companion. I became pescetarian recently, so I no longer eat the create your own(even though I love their brisket and flank). I ordered the seafood noodle soup and enjoyed it, but the crab and fish balls tasted a little odd. I wish there was more seafood, too, but I suppose you can’t have everything. I was only able to eat half, so I tried to flag down a waiter so I could get a to-go box. I was able to get the box(which I had to pour in the noodles myself) but it took me 5 passing waiters to get a bag. Usually I’m more satisfied with their customer service, so I generally let small blips like that slide. I often enjoy this place, so I do recommend it!

Love the SF4! Love the Thai Tea with Boba. HOWEVER. I do NOT like the new hours! This was my late night go-to. They now close at 10pm instead of midnight. If they are closed, you can always rely on I LUVPHO off of Satellite BLVD. They usually stay open till 4−5am! I wonder if the new hours will hurt their business because they were always slam packed around 10:30−11p when I would go! The food is great! Haven’t tried anything bad yet!

I visited this phở shop a couple weeks ago after church, and it was honestly an okay place haha. We were greeted to a tropical-esque décor walking in, and were seated at one of the booths to the left side. I wasn’t really in the mood today for phở, so I just ordered some vermicelli instead with pork. When I got it, the pork was a bit on the dry side, and the other toppings on the vermicelli were a bit bland and not special. It was a little pricey for what I got, and I would recommend going to I Luv Phở instead.(Though you do get a free boba drink if you check into Unilocal at Saigon Café). I probably won’t come here again, there are better phở restaurants around this area.

I love Saigon Café! I’ve been coming here for about 10 years now. The quality of food has remained consistent throughout the years and the employees at this particular location are very friendly, patient, and fast. My absolute favorite on their menu is the seafood soup with egg noodles(you may get rice noodles instead, if you like) and their fresh spring rolls(which I get with shrimp and without pork). You can also request the spring rolls with tofu, if you’re a vegetarian. Their Thai tea is also pretty good. Over the years they have altered their menu slightly to include other Asian delicacies, such as Thai dishes(masaman curry, pad Thai, etc). Those are a bit bland when compared with same dishes from authentic Thai restaurants. Overall, Saigon Café keeps delivering consistent service and quality of food and that’s a major plus. And they’re open until midnight! I’ve never had a bad experience at this particular location.

One of my FAVORITE places to be. The Saigon staff in Duluth are awesome. I am pretty much a regular there. From the moment that I walk in until I leave, they are always courteous, helpful and on point! The food is great and the atmosphere is nice. I truly hope everyone will have a chance to try out this location. There are a ton of Saigon Café’s in GA now… most of them are franchised. SO. every location is different as far as the atmosphere and staff is concerned. This location, happens to be my GOTO spot. A million THANKYOU’s to the staff for their hardwork and awesome customer service! Macy M. Duluth, GA

Back in 2001, Saigon Café was one of the few places to get bubble tea and good phở. Not knowing any better in college and wanting to escape the routine trip to Buford, we would occasionally make the drive from Decatur. I believe this was their original location, but they have since opened up 6 new locations. Well a lot has changed since 2001. New phở restaurants and an abundance of bubble tea spots have opened. There are a lot more options basically and as much as I hold a dear spot in my heart for Saigon Café, I think there is better phở and bubble tea elsewhere. While Saigon Café may not excel in one area, I think you get a pretty reliable dining experience when it comes to taste, service, consistency and value. You pretty much know what to expect when you walk in and this consistency brings people back. Large menu, generous portions and fair pricing.

I have eaten here numerous times for lunch and the food is always great. They offer a variety of phở’s which is nice. I’ve tried three and each was delicious and contained a nice ratio of meat to noodle. The thai curries are also really tasty, I had the panang curry and was quite pleased. You can easily get two servings out of it, and the sauce is rich and spicy. My only complaint, and the reason for the star deduction, is that service isn’t exactly great in there.
