Pizza Hut

Only one star because I can’t rate any lower. Ordered breads sticks as appetizers and never even got them. Our server never checked on us… not even once! When paying, it reeked of marijuana. When we told the cashier we never got our bread sticks, he said «well I already cashed you out… there is nothing I can do» He offered to give us a credit, but visiting from Grand Junction, this wasn’t an option.
Horrible service, employees are impaired at work, just awful.

Awful. Awful service, awful food and awful employees. They lost my order and claimed I never ordered. Turns out a delivery driver took the order and screwed it up so they put him on the phone and he said he didn’t care. The managers don’t care and it’s no wonder nobody goes there. This dump should be shut down!

Went against my better judgment and tried to order delivery again today at noon. I was told they had no delivery available until 4pm.

8:15 pm on a Saturday night and we are told they are done seating for the night and that we will have to take our pizza with us. No thank you, we found a great place down the street that wanted our business.

Nastiest Pizza Hut in the United States. All employees are really rude to customers, I ordered (online) the dinner box with only green peppers which was veggie, since we don’t eat meat. When I reached to the store, the place was smelling so bad. Nobody tried to help me even though I tried to call them couple of times. I found the lady who was making pizza didn’t have gloves on and putting meat on the pizza. I requested her to wash her hand before she makes my pizza. She started to yell at me and replied she washed her hands. After that she made the pepperoni pizza and was about to make my veggie pizza without washing her hands. So I had to cancel my order. I don’t recommend this place. It’s better to go to Domino’s pizza down the street where employees are really fast, friendly and helpful.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Everything bad that other reviewers said is true. This place needs help!

I wish someone would make them get their s#*t together. They have gone through so many managers and staff. Every time I have to talk to someone different. Would someone close this dump down already.

We love Pizza Hut and order it frequently at home. This location was HORRIBLE did not taste like any Pizza Hut pizza we’ve ever had.

Awful service. Didnt realize it took an hour to cook a medium pizza. Dirty place. Wouldnt recommend to anyone

We were told to seat ourselves, so we found a booth, as we did not want a table, and it was dirty, The server cleaned the table for us, then took our drink order. She came back with our drinks and a towel to wipe the table. She was holding the towel against my glass at the rim. YUCK! I did not drink that! As we waited for our order another party of 2 came in as was seated. They sat there for over 10 minutes and finally left as they were not waited on. In the meantime, the server sat another table, took their drink and food order.
The saga continues, as two of the workers sat down with what appeared to be their family and eat dinner. Then they would get up and go work in the kitchen. I did not see them wash their hands at a sink! Yuck! This place has serious issues!
When our food came, it was only the pizza. I had to ask for the wings. They came about 10 minutes later. The wings were gross and had very little sauce on them. The pizza was good and your typical Pizza Hut pizza.
I will not eat here again!

The pizza is not good. I don’t mind Pizza Hut elsewhere but this location in Durango does not taste like other Pizza Huts. I don’t know if the take liberties with how they make the pizza but they definitely do not taste like other Pizza Hut locations.
