The staff were fabulous. The coffee and donuts delicious. There was a line but it moved along. I was advised by other customers that town law won’t allow breakfast sandwiches.

waste of space, literally. they cant toast anything, the coffee was cold and seemed old, and the line was out the door, because the space is as big as a closet. why would you go here if you cant get something toasted? JUST avoid it.

I have been going to Eastham on vacation every summer ever since I was a little girl and have seen this shopping plaza go through many changes. This is probably one of the worst additions to the plaza. I understand they don’t serve food in order to help support the local economy, and I respect them for that… and that alone. I’ve never had great service here, but I’ve never felt the need to write a review on it. It was mediocre at best. However, on Sunday, they set a new record for the worst customer service I’ve ever had at a DD. Imagine just finishing up a 20 mile run for the first time in your life(training for my first/last marathon). I was utterly exhausted and all I wanted was my absolute favorite coffee– pumpkin– for the ride back home. As soon as I gave my order to the young girl at the counter she starred blankly at me, asked me what I wanted in it, proceeded to ask again to make sure, visibly irritated.(Not sure what I had done wrong at that point.) Then when she handed me back my card and said nothing, I gave an enthusiastic, «thanks!» and she obnoxiously(and very loudly) grunted«uuggghhh, NEXT» in front of everyone in line behind me. To top it off, the guy that gave me the coffee practically threw it at me and didn’t even say a thing! Had I done something to piss everyone in the store off? I guess I just don’t understand how or why they are still in business when they treat their customers like they are such an inconvenience. This is your job. You’re in the customer service business. Aside from your mom possibly forcing you to get a big girl job, this is YOUR choice. Smart up and lose the ‘tude or get out of the business before it gets rid of you. I obviously won’t be supporting this DD anymore.

I find the staff here very friendly I was surprised to see the same people here year after year! I find these other reviews harsh it seems like the town of Eastham is at fault here, the store must abide by the rules.

I needed caffeine and food STAT but since it was early, very early morning during the second day of the Ragnar Cape Cod Relay — there were few options. Located in a shopping plaza this DD is a very small location. The line was wrapped around the store and out the door but it moved quickly. I give this location props for having new LCD menu boards but that is where the priase ends because in addition to serving some of the bitterest coffee I have ever had(yes I even noticed this in my sleepless state) they do not not sell breakfast sandwiches nor can it toast their bagels. Eck! I wish I could give this location 0 stars but I will give it 1 and that’s only for it’s menu boards Cold bagels, no breakfast sandwichs AND bitter coffee… come on DD where is your pride!

Decent but I’m unsure why«town law» says they can’t make sandwiches or toast bagels. Seems like an odd law to me when they can do it right next door in Wellfleet.

We wanted coffee and a little breakfast sandwich before we decided to go explore the Cape and found this little Dunkin Donuts. There was a line out the door but it seemed like it was going fairly quickly. After a couple of minutes we managed to get inside(the wait was still another 10 min from the door) and were so disappointed to see that they didn’t serve breakfast sandwiches here — only donuts and bagels. So we decide to roll with the punches and split one toasted bagel. We get up to the front, order our coffees, and ask for our toasted bagel. They tells us that they don’t toast there. Um, okay. I’m sad to say that the DD in the Providence Airport is more equipped than the DD here, which means that this DD is super sad.
