Shipping prices are on the rise and when I have to pay for a package to be sent I cringe at the amount. Luckily this store makes the transaction of removing money from my wallet a very pleasant experience. Everyone is very nice, helpful and the shop is impeccably clean and well maintained. We have used the notary service several times, and all of our experiences here have been excellent. It’s nice to have this store in Edgewater.

I wanted to scan 25 years of diaries/​journals so I called around to places I found online. The first one said it was too «small» of a job (49 journals), the next one said it was too «big» of a job (by the way this was another UPS store in Maryland) and the next one was Pam Kronquist at the UPS Store #5050 in Edgewater. Pam, the owner, said «Sure, we will give it a shot, bring them in». She took a personal interest in it (which made me feel good because they were private and I didn’t want too many noses in them) and she gave me regular updates as to the progress. I happily paid .20 cents per page (PDF because there were photos and stickers etc inside). It ended up being a $ 1,600 plus job with shredding (might as well if you are going to go digital why keep the books) and I felt Pam was looking out for my project every step of the way.
