I think what may turn people off/away from this place is the location itself. It’s right next to a pretty big sized market which has a small parking lot and tends to get full quick. Subway itself is the last store in the left of the small strip and there’s a corner tucked in off to the left of that which is a breeding ground for drunks, homeless/panhandelers. If you can get passed that you should be OK. I read a couple of negative reviews about«Eric», an employee of this establishment. Now I personally think you must have the wrong Eric or the wrong establishment! 4 of the last 5 times I’ve been here, my family and I have been served by Eric and there couldn’t be a nicer, friendlier guy than him! Very attentive, great attitude, great sense of humor. I mean, I can’t say enough about this young man! I told my two sons yesterday that employees like Eric are the ones that deserve and shoot right up to management! My kids even said«Mom, dad, I hope Eric is there, he’s cool» on our way there. I said: «Yup, he’s a really good worker and I hope he’s there too». So to the owner of this franchise: «Thanks for hiring Eric! You really HAVETO consider making him the store manager and definitely give the man a raise»!

Don’t know his name but he’s an African American guy he’s got a really bad attitude greets you at the door but helps you out with such an attitude. Sat down and ate my food there, all the workers were just playing around and not doing their job

They had one person working on a weekend and the line was ridiculously long, I didn’t even get food while waiting in line I read that they don’t serve breakfast, I looked up and saw the menu and it is true they don’t serve it. So I left.

Unfortunately I could I wouldn’t give any stars but I have to give something– This location needs new management and/or needs to get better employees. I’ve been here 2 times. ONLY2 and both times horrible service. The first time wasn’t greeted, the store smelled like chemicals, the food was left out while they were cleaning the bain unit instead of putting them in the back Counter to keep them away from the danger zone above 41 degrees, and when asked for tuna in the back the employee rolled her eyes at me. After that experience I called corporate and complained and instead of the manager or district manager apologizing to me for the inconvenience he just defended the employees and that was it. The second time, keep in mind this was 2 years after the 1 time, I was asked to go so I did as a favor and when I did wow again didn’t get greeted, wasn’t busy, I didn’t care that the employees spoke mostly Spanish, the bain was messy, low on everything, didn’t look appealing, one employee was unjust done sweeping and grabbed gloves didn’t even bother washing their hands and the uniforms weren’t clean at all. In other words this location SUCKS!!! Warning to all that have guts to go in this location. .. GOODLUCK.

Poor customer service rushing you on ordering. I asked for avocado and gives me a brown on the inside so I asked to remove and she goes on saying it’s still good and how she still eats it like that.

Shitty from the start! I went here, thinking this was the location of my online order, unfortunately, wait actually, thankfully it wasn’t. I stood behind the people getting their sandwiches made, until everyone had their orders completed to be asked why I was there. I replied, I am picking up my online order. To which I was rudely told and given a look as if the employee smelt fresh S#!&, we don’t have any order here… Well I used my card online, so unless Subway stole 13 bucks from me, she obviously didn’t know how to properly respond, so her co worker joined in an asked what name it was under. She goes to the back and informs me, It is at a different location. Okay that’s fine, but don’t act like you knew my order wasn’t there without even checking. I hate to specify on someone’s appearance to inform others who to avoid, but the shorter Hispanic girl with red highlights, is the one to avoid. Just avoid this subway in general, usually when I do come they have attitude and half ass the sandwiches. Take the extra 10 minutes and head up to Peck and Ramona, they had the courtesy to apologize for the crap service I received.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a joke the people saying racist remarks really? Like really… anyways I am mexican and this lady truly is trashy af though. Despite her ethnicity people, she has no common courtesy or class. I speak Spanish and most of the people in there at the time we’re white not trying to profile but yea. Lol she clearly told her Co worker I want a beer in Spanish and it literally grossed me the f out… then she went on to tell her Co worker«he has long hair huh»(in spanish) like if I wasn’t there, they were both agreeing I was dumb for having long hair as a guy and it being hot(it was 90 degrees)??? Who cares silence? Right in my face I was laughing instead of getting mad they looked miserable and had no desire to work from the looks of it. This happened Friday morning the 31 at noon.

Got a meatball sandwich and got food poisoning. Oh yeah I noticed it was very hot inside and the air conditioning not working. Not cool. Subway needs to make sure the food and cold cuts are keep at a cold temperature to prevent people getting sick and vomiting on the way home. You are warned don’t eat here or you will get sick

I usually come here because it is so close to home. Usually, they have O.K. customer service — I see different faces work there in the past couple years. Some employees are very friendly… one time they had a Hispanic girl working here– pretty young but I could not get this young girl to at least smile. She had a bitch face making your sandwich from start to finish. Not very friendly at all. but I think she’s no longer working there. The African American dude was hella cool though. I wish I had gotten his name. He gave us free cookies once. He greeted customers as soon as they walked in and was very talkative. You can tell he liked people. Even if he didn’t LOVE his job, he didn’t take it out on the customers. He was always singing too to the music they provided in the background, so if that helps — whoever he is, I liked his customer service! Anyways, the reason why I decided to write a review was because I had to share what happened the other day. I walked in, there was only one customer before me– it was pretty empty, and I was next in line. There was one female employee who was almost done with the other customer. She greeted me «Welcome to Subway!» as I walked in line… and as I was standing there, it was about 6:30pm during a weekday and a lot of people starting coming in. One after the next, people began forming a line. And I’m expecting another employee to jump out from the back to help her? Did they? Nope! So, she finishes the customer’s sandwiches before me, takes off her gloves to charge them-handles CASH… and I’m staring at her to make sure she goes to wash her hands after to prepare my sandwich. and does she? Noooooo :(This girl needs to understand that no matter how long the line is, people are always noticing these things. If she is going to be back and forth handling food and cash because she was the only employee, WASH your hands! It only takes a minute or two. Anyways, She took my order– I was looking at the poor girl funny at first cuz I couldn’t believe she just put new gloves on. But either way, I didn’t feel like embarrassing her in front of the huge line. Anyways, about 6 customers walked in after I did. She saw the line growing and didn’t hesitate. She kept her composure trying to multi-task our orders. I grabbed one of the managers card’s and wanted to call but didn’t want to make it a big deal at that moment. I was just hungry and wanted to go home with my family and eat. But really, they need to hire more staff. I understand business need to save money but sometimes stupid decisions can cost you bad Unilocal reviews! Remember that next time. And to the girl I believe whose nametag started with an R, wash your hands please!

Small little place on the corner. The staff is super friendly and make your sandwiches really fast. Overall the food is good, nothing fancy just your average subs. When I go I like to order the Italian BMT or the sweet onion chicken teriyaki.

Like any other Subway. This is not a breakfast store which doesn’t make any sense cause they open early. So this one gets two stars.

A normal, typical subway. Came in on a Saturday around 3, not busy at all. Place was clean, and workers were courteous. Tastes just like any other subway I’ve had, no better, no worse.

It’s Subway. All Subways taste the same to me. My mom told me to get some food for my brother, so I just drove to the local Subway. Parking in this plaza is never a problem. It’s cheap for the $ 5 footlongs. We ordered the black forest ham and the buffalo chicken(not a $ 5 footlong). Service is slow and apathetic, yet there is never a wait. Sandwiches taste mediocre. Yup, that’s Subway for ya.
