In-N-Out Burger

i’ve never been disappointed at an in n out before until i came to this one. it’s empty in here and it literally took an hour for our orders. they forgot mine and i had to ask them four times until they brought my order of fries. the fries were cold and my burger was soggy. the only thing good was the pink lemonade that i had 2 refills of before i actually got my food. it’s sad it’s at a perfect location but such slow service… three stars just because it’s in n out. but otherwise, one star.

Can never go wrong with Inn N Out. I usually get A double double animal style (no lettuce or tomato) with animal style fries. Today I tried their veggie alternative which was a «grilled cheese» animal style with animal style fries. It was ok. I was expecting something a bit different. It’s just a regular animal style burger without the meat. The bread wasn’t grilled. Next time I’ll try asking for grilled bread. It still tasted great, but was missing some substance in there! I wish they’d get a veggie patty, would make their veggie options so much better.

My burger was pink (double double) and my animal style fries were cold and soggy.
I notified the cashier and my food was remade in what seemed like double the time.

I love In-​N-​Out. Classic so cal staple. I visited this one on a recent Friday night to get some food for me and the hubs after a long week. The drive thru line was packed as expected. I don’t know why people wait in it. There were plenty of parking spaces. I walked right in and was able to order right away. No lines! Very clean restaurant. Lots of families with kids finishing up various sports activities. Mostly baseball uniforms. Lol.
I ordered my food and waited less than 10 minutes. It was exactly what I ordered. Warm fries that don’t leave an aftertaste (I’m looking at you McDs) and the best burgers. I prefer mine without onions and with cheese. My husband prefers his animal style (grilled onions) with no cheese. We were both satisfied. I think this in-​n-​out is better than the one on Inglewood in Lawndale. Next time I’ll ask them for more of their secret sauce. That was the only thing I would change. Yum!

Very clean place! One of the best in n outs I’ve been to in a while! Food was really good! The quality and freshness was excellent you could see and taste every condiment on my double double animal style add chiles. French fries were cooked just right. Golden crisp! Not to mention the customer service Nelson gave while cleaning the tables. He took it upon himself to take my tray and throw it away after I finished my meal! I will come back!

In-​N-​Out has always been a mystery to me, yes they have good burgers, and the prices are reasonable however the waits are sometimes out of proportion with the goodness factor, maybe it’s because I can have In-​N-​Out anytime I want, there are so many close by, it just doesn’t seem that special and if there is a long line I have no problem going someplace else. Other people seem to have to an addiction to In-​N-​Out that could require an intervention.
With that out of the way, this location is nice, the staff is as at most In-​N-​Out locations very friendly, the food is good and the prices are reasonable. While the parking at this location is better than some locations it can still be a problem finding parking and the drive thru is something I avoid unless absolutely necessary.

Definitely a good location. They are very quick here and very friendly. The place is cleaner that most. The drive thru was super long but wait inside was quick. I’m from NJ and wanted to try In N out burger since we don’t have them here and everyone rages about how good this place is. I wasn’t super into it though, I sitll think Five Guys is better.

Jackie at the cash register is killing it… Watching the staff from my seat and they are working really well! My food was made to perfection. Will be returning!

Finally a closer In N Out! I had been waiting for this local restaurant to open up! I was very pleased ok my first visit. Very clean area, everything was practically brand new! Staff was very nice and affable. And our order came out in less than 7 minutes which was great because we’re so used to longer waiting periods due to how busy they can get. The French fries were fresh and hot out of the fryer and the burger was excellent! Keep up the nice work! :)

I’ve heard Californians raving how this is the best hamburger ever since the ‘70s and I finally got a taste. Unfortunately that title is more deservedly earned by Steak n Shake, a Midwest franchise now available in Santa Monica. They upgrade the meat to sirloin and the cheese to cheddar, making a huge difference in taste.

I am a big fan of In N Out. This is such a great location right here in town. I am now able to walk and get a Cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. I love the inside too. The staff is very friendly here too. What a great addition to El Segundo. I will be eating here often.

YES… finally! Located near LAX and one of very few food drive-​thrus in El Segundo, here’s an In N Out that knows how to cook that burger well done when asked! I love these burgers and would venture to say that they are my fav. But other locations have let me down by consistently giving me medium rare patties rather than well done, no pink, rubberize it if necessary, just «kill it» patties that I ask for! Not a big fan of the fries but their old fashioned burgers and chocolate shakes are consistently hitting the mark for the burger cravings.
You can eat In N Out for years, then you go try other burgers, and you always come back to In N Out!

New Location that just opened on 12/​30/​2015. Just wish walking into the establishment was easier from Sepulveda opposed to crossing in between cars in the drive thru lanes. Friendly and helpful staff and great consistently tasting food.

Opening day the crew left nothing out. Great service and waiters on the patio asking if they can refill your drink. The food is insane and it’s a total ESUSD hangout already. Bill Ruane the #1 Realtor in El Segundo should sponsor a crossing guard as the kids are navigating a busy road SEPULVEDA. The outside speaker system needs to go as people wait inside for an order. Listening to the loud screaming numbers on a speaker is a tad much… I mean we have loud jetliners that already cover the noise pollution space. get a BURGER… OH…wonder what TV show or Film this spots shows up in first?

It is OPEN NOW!!! Ordered the number 1.
Trying it now, will post more after. 10 minutes later … WOW!!! Delicious as usual for IN N OUT. So as you can see in my pic I posted, it’s the #1 with extra pickles and a pink lemonade to wash it all down. It’s the Grand opening, so they have extra employees on staff today, originally I was only going to 7-​Eleven to get an energy drink and snack, then I saw two girls wearing In n out uniforms, so I asked then when they open and they said it’s open now!!! So I got back in my car and decided to take an early lunch and head over. Great Location closer to my work, usually if I wanted in n out I would have to drive towards LAX, but now I won’t have to. I received my order in less than 10 minutes, the presentation looked good. I guess Unilocal is saying this store is closed right now, but it is not, so if your craving some All American Burgers stop by, you will not be disappointed. I surely wasn’t. Unilocal if you are reading this, OPEN the In n out at this location so we can check in.

A SoCal burger joint staple that you can’t go wrong with. This brand new location adds the accessibility for folks traveling through LAX. This location is located south of LAX and if you are not aware, they have a legacy location north of LAX. The north location is world famous and it is always busy and crowded. Hopefully, this new location will balance the demand and chaos of the north location.
If you’ve never had their burger or fries, order a regular and then try them in «Animal Style». If you’ve never had their milk shake, order a regular and then try them in «Black & White». You won’t regret any of these suggestions. Enjoy!

Talked to Colleen at the 800 customer service number listed. She states they are expected to open before the end of December, but there have been construction delays beyond their control. They are still hoping to open by the end of the month.
