Yep, it’s a McDonalds. Kind of an odd set up as they share the building with a Chevron gas station /convenience store. So, I guess if you need gas, want to eat at McDonalds, then grap some beer and chips for your afternoon party, this is the ideal place for you! We hadn’t been inside this place for over a year. Seems like they have updated and upgraded the interior of the McDonalds dining area. It looks larger but I know it’s not. Nice looking compared to what it was before. They also have a tablet/kids area in one corner where I saw a couple of kids playing on the tablets. Because it’s part of the station, it’s not large enough to have a kids play area. The drive through is around the back but if you wind up getting in line when it’s busy, you’ll block the parking for the convenience store. But, if you go on the other side of McDonalds, there’s ample parking but you’ll need to walk a little farther. Standard McDonalds food. I was a bit impressed that my Big Mac looked like a Big Mac, stacked up straight and not a mess. The fries were excellent McDonalds’ fries and the servers were cordial and efficient. They give you a number and deliver your food to your table(probably a Chick-Fil-A influence). So, in a nut shell, if you’re in the mood for McDonalds, they do a good job. Also note that they are open 24-hours so good for your late night munchies. Enjoy!

Place looks recently remodeled, so it’s very modern looking and super clean. It’s attached to a gas station, so you can walk in from the gas station and end up at McDonald’s or enter from its own doors. Food is as good as McDonald’s food can be. Staff could use a bit of smile when dealing with customers. Doesn’t look like any of them enjoyed being there the day I went.

Extra service that you don’t expect from McDonald’s. Service brings food to your table and walk around checking how you are doing. Clean modern design.

This burger joint has made a mockery of the ohop near fat burger. if i had a penny for every time i had a nickel, i would be poor. i just chicken nuggets, BUTNOTTHEONESHERE!!! the pattys are way too small and way too over priced. i think none should ever go here. if none went here there would be no lines. if there were no lines then i would be the front of the line. if i were the front of the line i would get an M&M Oreo mcFlurry, a hash brown, and french fries. the standing room is better

Bad, even for a McDonalds… If the average McDonalds is a 4/5, this one is a 2⁄5. My food wasn’t hot. My fries were cold and stale, inedible. Too bad I got them to go or I would have made them make new ones… The mozzarella sticks were nasty. The service sucked too. On the bright side my McChicken and Big Mac were pretty decent.

It’s McDonald’s so let’s get right to the pros and cons of this location. Pros: They have at least three checkouts open at lunchtime and I’ve never waited more than 3 minutes to get my order in. They actually gave me a number and brought my food to my table today(first time that’s happened!). The«server» gave me her name and offered to help with anything else. Food: standard McD quality, not much to say about that except the burgers here are actually put together nicely as opposed to the hasty assemblies I’ve seen at other locations. Cons: I’m cutting down on my soda intake so I always ask for ice water. At this McD they give you a prefilled water cup, the size of a THIMBLE. It’s the size cup the dentist gives you to rinse the blood out of your gums during cleansing. And their soda machines don’t have a water dispenser so god forbid you need more thimbles of water, you’ll have to go back to the counter and ask for one at a time. Wonder how much money the McD empire saves with this little number. Ridiculous. While you’re back at the counter, make sure you ask for ketchup. Also we had to self-clean our table and booth, there were crumbs everywhere. But nothing really bothers me except for the ice water and for that they lose two stars.

This was my only meal yesterday. I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese, medium fries and Hi-C. Hot and fresh. It is more than five hours later and I have had no sickness from the food.

To-Go and Drive-thru — check your orders before leaving! Honestly, this place will find a way to give you the wrong thing and/or leave something out. Especially the ketchup, you have to ask for it. In the 10 years I’ve been coming here I’ve even gotten Hotcakes w/o syrup; Iced Coffees routinely do not have the required four squirts of flavor or are the wrong flavor; once I got a Big Mac that was so, what, overwhelmed? Flooded? Drenched! So drenched in 1000 Isle. you could just tell someone just sloshed it on with contempt/it was disgusting but I didn’t realize it till I drove the 2 mi. back home. Literally it was inedible and I could feel the contempt someone splattered and ruined this sandwich with. Fries are often stale and like cold rubber before getting out the door. Also watch the early morning shift they try to get away w/o wearing gloves on the line sometimes. On the plus side they do a good job of keeping the restaurant/tables clean and personnel esp. mgmnt. keep to an above average retention rate; I’ve seen many of the same people for years.

Hair in food. They get –5 stars. Went through drive through. Got my order. Got back on the road. When I opened the sandwich up. There was about an 1⁄8 of slice of cheese and about and 1⁄8 teaspoon of tarter sauce shriveled up and cold! And a HAIR! And the mcflurry was runny like it has been sitting around for and hour. This was lunch time folks! Can’t turn back too far away in my drive. I called the number on the receipt and Rachael picked up the phone. Would not let me speak to the manager. She said call back tomorrow. Very evasive in answering my questions. She said her mangers name was Fernando. Then she told me to call his manger Rafael, gives me 310−544−9936. The announcement states corporate office. But that is BS. It’s just an answering machine. The men are cowards NOT business MEN who care about quality or customer service. I wouldn’t feed this crap, filth to my dogs or a homeless person. They never called back. Didn’t eat it. Threw it away. They owe me $ 6.41. Thieves is all they are!

I wentbthere with my Mom yesterday to purchase some hamburger and chicken. After waiting long in the car they filled up the wrong order and have switched my order with someone else’s… I understand they can get busy at times but they still should pay more attention. I will never go there again.

Some wonder how you can eat healthy if all u have are fast food restaurants nearby? Easy as pie, grilled chicken sandwich no mayo sub honey mustard and I add jalapeños to add flavor and give it a kick! Yes it looks bad but it’s not fattening and I received my food in only 2 minutes. McDonald’s is known for its greasy food but what people don’t realize is there is a hidden healthy way to order food here too!

Cant believe im giving a fast food place 5 stars… but i feel this location deserves it. Drove up to the drive thru with at least 7 people in front at around 9:40. Mind you, the drive thru looked short in comparison to the line inside. Anyway, long story short. i paid/recieved my coffee and breakfast sandwich in about a minute and a half. The staff was friendly and the food was much better than any location ive been to.

Interesting how you can get to the McDonald’s through the liquor store! It’s like an airport sized McDonald’s with very little frills. Staff is adequately nice, food is standard fare for McDonald’s, and relatively clean. Just watch out when you park in front because when you backout, you have to look very quickly all areas behind you as cars can be speeding towards you as they either enter from sepulveda, exit from the drive through, or exit from the chevron gas station. It can be action packed!

So I guess this is my 500th review didn’t quite time this one lol. Stopped here after my doctors appt it’s connected with the gas station mini mart not much to say to me it’s like most McDonalds w/free wifi. Service was ok for the morning crowd. Parking is ok. I’ll probably be back whenever i have a morning doctors appt near by.

If the MCD ketchup packet has a year of 1986, why are they giving it to the customer? The fries are not on the Dollar menu item. Water is not available at the fountain area.

4 Stars because this location is consistently good, very clean and they have never messed up my order. HOWEVER — the parking lot goes to hell around noon. It’s a Chevron/McDonalds combo and the line for the drive-through goes by the gas pumps and«newbies» always get confused about where the line is supposed to be; sometimes you get people trying to merge into the drive-through line from both parking lot entrances. The«correct» drive-through entrance point is turning Right from Sepulveda. The actual parking spots all fill up during lunch too and it can be a real PITA to pull back out if there are a ton of cars around. All that said, this is my «go to» location in the area. If I can help it, I just use the drive-through so I don’t have to deal with parking.

I go to this place for my morning coffee on the way to work and sometimes splurge on a sausage mcgriddle. What can I say? The coffee is actually decent! And those mcgriddles. I’m definitely going to go on some cholesterol medication in 2014. Drive-Thru is fast and easy even during the morning rush.

I’ve only been to this McDonald’s once and I was satisfied. Drive-thru was quick and efficient — I had no issues with wait time or accuracy of my order. Fries were good, fresh and had just the right amount of salt. Just an every day visit to McDonald’s, no problems.
