DONOTWASTEYOURTIME! I went here today with co workers and after reading the reviews it looks like I’m not the only one who experienced terrible service, and everything else ! Maria helped us out today for a lack of a better word! She could barely speak English which made things even more slow and frustrating, there was no manager around to help and we ended up being shorted a few of our items, such as a drink, and a soup. I hope they get it together !

This place is disgusting don’t spend your money here. Plus the service is horrible I was refused service because I was paying with a 20 dollar bill. Pathetic and you wonder why your business is tanking.

I’m not sure why anyone goes to Quiznos when there are so many other sandwich shop choices. I just paid over $ 7 for a sandwich that I don’t think even has an ounce of meat in it… so NOT worth the $ I’d rather pay more and at least have some meat. Don’t bother going to Quiznos, go across the street to Bristol farms or down rosecrans to jersey mikes

I rarely review fast food chains. But this place deserves to die. Burn the building and salt the Earth. I came to Arclight for a 12PM showing on a Saturday afternoon. I decided to check this place out and I checked in as soon as I did. I looked at the reviews but thought ‘How bad can this truly be?‘ There were 2 guys ahead of me. There was literally one lady running the show. She was assembling sandwiches and being the cashier. The thing is, for every damn ingredient that was being asked for, she seemed to have to run to the back to grab it… with no sense of urgency, mind you. I’m not sure exactly what time they open, but it seems like she didn’t even bother to set up the most important stations needed. The place was dead quiet. You don’t appreciate useless background music until it’s not there. Add the fact that it was hot as balls inside while outside was nice and breezy added to some frustration. To make matters worse, the steak sandwich I got was really bland. A few more people lined up behind me by the time I was paying. It was just one of the worst sights I’d ever seen. I’m not sure if someone called off or if they literally only schedule one person at a time… but I will never be back here. *Taylor Swift voice* Like, Evar.

I walked in on 11÷21÷14(Friday) at about 3:30pm to order a sandwich. The worker was on her phone texting. I gave her the benefit of the doubt she didn’t see me and let her finish. She finally finished and then proceeded to stick her hand down the back of her pants and scratch her butt. Mind you I got the pleasure of seeing the top of her butt as she pulled her pants down a bit to do this. I AMNOTJOKING! I was in shock. At this point she still had not seen me so I interrupted her mid scratch. I asked her if she could please wash her hands and take my order(I had no intention of ordering anything at this point, I just wanted to see her reaction). She looked up startled, looked at me with what I hope was embarrassment, and she muttered something. I didn’t stick around long enough to ask her to repeat herself. I said I was obviously not eating there and walked out. Not that it would make it any better but she wasn’t scratching her butt with her pants a quarter of the way down in the back, she was doing it in front of the«Order Here» sign. I was appalled. I have never experienced anything like that before. I had to call my friend ASAP as we ate there before when seeing an movie to let her know under no circumstances to ever go there again! I shudder to think I ate there before a couple of times. I thought about calling the owner or manager but after reading the other reviews on here I see that they don’t care about the place or the people they hire. So my advice to anyone reading this is to avoid that place at all costs!

Now I know why the low reviews. I walk in and the lady working here is eating her lunch(2pm mind you) with her son and clearly gets annoyed when she has to get off her butt and take our order. Which is how she stays employed!!! Hello!!! Didn’t know the Quiznos is a daycare center too.

1 person working on a Saturday night. Took forever to just get a sandwhich. Who ever runs this place is slave labor. I feel bad for the lady making the food… I will never go again.

Unfortunately there are not many other places to go eat when on a quick lunch break. The girls behind the counter are very slow and not personable. No smiling or feeling of being welcomed. I have heard them complain about the store to each other so of course the place is terrible. Never feel like this at any subway I have been to.

Slow and terrible service. The girl behind the counter was just aweful. Just go somewhere else if you want a sub.

It has crawled it’s way back up from an embarrassment to just another place to get food. Like any other Quiznos, the only real time to go is when you have a coupon otherwise the lack of meat and the costs just don’t add up. The service has improved, I noticed different staff then my original visit and the manager there previously has warmed up to me with polite conversation. While he hasn’t really given me any extra goodies he is polite and the staff is slowly getting on point. Perhaps some more training in customer service would go a long way here but alas I’m not the one in charge. Final thoughts, go there when it’s cheap otherwise you won’t be missing much.

Totally disgusting place. They run business exactly like they are in a 3rd world country. I asked for a Tuna sandwich. She started by putting some sauce on it. I asked her that I don’t want it. She than took the bread and used a knife to slice out the sauce. Don’t go to this place. Horrible!!!

***The reviews for this Quizno’s are pretty bad and they might be well earned; the bread was very bad and definitely lacked the toasted crispy outside that Quizno’s is known for*** This Quizno’s is a small one; it is located in a retail and dining complex that also houses an ArcLight movie theater and a PF Chang’s. There are several office buildings nearby so this might be a convenient place for several El Segundo workers to walk to for a quick lunch. This sandwich shop is basically a stand. There are a few small tables inside and several covered tables outside of the restaurant. In terms of the menu, this Quizno’s seems similar to other locations. I had the Classic Italian, which came with capicola, salami, ham, pepperoni, mozzarella, black olives, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and red wine vinaigrette. The flavor of the sandwich was fine though they put a very skimpy amount of lettuce on the sandwich. The biggest problem of the sandwich was the bread though. It was incredibly flat and kind of squished – like someone sat on it. The sandwich was toasted and there was no golden brown or crispy exterior. It really felt like the sandwich was not even toasted – it felt more like it had just been slightly warmed up in a microwave. Service was pleasant enough, but it was kind of slow. Prices were not too high, but you do not get much for a small sandwich. This is a pretty bad Quizno’s. Considering that Quizno’s highly promotes its toasting of sandwiches as their big selling point, the flat, uncolored bread here is a big problem. I am not a huge fan of Quizno’s, but I think big Quizno’s fans would be disappointed after dining here, which seems to be the case when you read the Unilocal reviews for this location. There is a parking structure next to this retail and dining complex that offers free parking though it can be difficult finding an open space. It is easier finding free parking in the parking structure across the street.

This is a place that deserves 0 stars! I too had one of the worst lunch experiences in a very long time. This location feels more like a cave. The service is horrible. The sandwiches suck. This is a must miss!

Best service from two separate guys behind the counter compared to any other quizno’s I have been to. They may have just been having a good day.

WTF!!! This was the worst lunch experience in a very long time. We arrived at this small location tucked in behind the PF Changs off of a very busy street because I was craving a toasted sub and I am not going to lie, I also had a coupon. So we get there and there is one guy ahead of us in line and we very quickly notice that there is only one person working behind the counter. It is a few minutes before noon so I expect to see someone rushing back from their break at any moment. The guy behind the counter seems nice enough and we are in a pleasant mood so we don’t really mind that he basically ignores us while he makes the guys sandwich, sends it thought the toaster, waits for it at the other end, finish making the sandwich, rings it up and chats a few minutes before coming to ask us what we want. We place our order and I am relieved that we got here when we did because the line has gotten pretty long behind us and the missing counter person has failed to materialize. So of course after we see him prep our sandwich we move along to the register, thinking he would afford us the same courtesy of toasting, completing and ringing up our sandwiches before starting on the next order. This is where we were wrong. I notice he has started prepping three other orders and our sandwiches haven’t even entered the toaster oven. We wait… and wait… and wait… you get the picture. He finally after prepping five sandwiches decides to send them all through at once. Of course they all come out at the same time and so it takes him a lot of time to complete all 5 sandwiches and bag them when he comes to register(about 15 minutes) after we ordered our sandwiches to ring us up. At this point our sandwiches were cold and I notice that the cheese on my sub was added after it went through the toaster. The counter person did offer to resend it through the toaster, but at this point we had waited so long that I just took it and ate it. It was not the one guys fault that he was left alone during a lunch rush but someone royally screwed up because it made for some horrible service and food.

Why can’t we give negative stars??? Dammit… please don’t pay attention to the 1 star everyone is giving… it’s much worse! I went with a group of co-workers one day. I’m not much for Quiznos to begin with, but, everyone else was down to go and the stupid pictures of their tri-tip sandwich worked on me. Why… oh why did we come here? To start, there were 5 people there before us. Three people were complaining because their orders were messed up. One person got short changed. The workers behind the counters were like the three stooges. It took 20 minutes from the time I got in line to the time I got my sandwich… which turned out to be the ENTIRELYWRONGEFFIN’ ONE! In fact… they got 3 sandwiches completely wrong in our group. On principal, we went back to tell them… I was so tempted to just dump it and leave… but how will they ever know how sucky they really are unless you let ‘em know? I stood there for another 5 minutes, half my lunch already gone… as the ringleader attempted to toss a quarter into the tip jar — he missed three times and just kept laughing at himself then says, «and that’s why I work HERE.» I left it at that, dumped my food and left. He said it… not me. The only REDEEMING factor of going here was when we left… Gary F. was pretending to smack some ass on a fire hydrant next to the store — and he smeared his hand all over some freshly laid bird sh! t!!! It was so freakin’ hilarious, I kept randomly falling down laughing all the way back to work… Yeah… don’t come here… you’ve been warned!

Avoid this location like the plague! Don’t get me wrong, Quiznos is good and all. Their PrimeRib sandwich is delicious, but this location is SLOOOOOW. It took them 10 – 15 minutes to make a sandwich. Imagine standing at the register for 10 minutes and getting angrier as each second passes. Not fun. I’ve been there several times thinking, maybe the last couple times were a fluke and maybe today would be different, but nope. Slower than a slug orgy.
