Twisted Tako

I look forward to my Wednesday lunch meal at TT. They are always happy to accommodate my quirky tastes!
The best bang for your buck is by far the burrito (I prefer the BCT). So much so that it’s often times my lunch & dinner, by having it cut in half.
I seriously am addicted to the Banana Bites. Absolute bites of heaven… yummmm!!! Of course I eat dessert before my burrito — you only live once!

These are some really good tacos. Personally I care most about food quality and taste and these more than met my expectations. Reminds me of Shark Pit on Maui Looking forward to eating here again!

Had a bowl from the twisted Tajo. Excellent fresh ingredients nice people. I would highly recommend it!

This taco truck is around the corner from my work every Thursday.
The mahi mahi tacos are by far my favorite! They are fresh and the consistency is perfect!
The people there are friendly and it is quick service. I highly suggest this place to anyone in the area!!!

Had the chicken club tacos and a bite of the spicy mango pulled pork burrito from my friend. They offer a lot of glutenfree and vegan options. Very good, fast service, and really great service. Friendly owner and fantastic food. Definitely stop by if you’re hungry for something worth the money.

Had two amazing takos today at twisted tako. Went with the pork and shrimp. The definatley were twisted up and very tasty. They were also very big in size that matched the big flavor. The service was great, and the food came out super quick. Will def be back to try out some other twisted creations.

Maybe others don’t mind getting screwed over in price points, but I do.
Let’s see, I just paid 12.50 for 4 tacos for the wife and I. These are not huge tacos either I must say. Stuff goes down in 3 bites, NOM NOM. Either 1 for 3.50 or 2 for 6. Special was 3.50 regardless.
I have a problem thinking about tacos down the street of I’d say the same or better quality from a non truck location are at a 1.75 cost point.
To make things better when I attempted to call twice, 30 minutes apart I got no answer to order ahead.
Luckily I was in a hurry and only had to wait 25 minutes for 4 tacos at twice the price at a food truck. Awesome. How much do they pay in rent again?
Yeah i get that food trucks are trendy right now but I will rate them the same way I rate a restaurant.
I will say I enjoyed the fried green tomatillo of the bct but it’s not worth double the price of tacos.

Awesome! Spotted this little gem in a random shopping center on the way back to the hotel. 2 fresh tacos for 6 bucks!!! Boom, sold, scarfed! I must’ve eaten them in like a minute they were so dank. And the owner was the one working it, and he’s good at what he does. We small talked for a little while he made my food, and he is a cool, humble dude. Found my taco spot for the week. Thanks Twisted Tako!

Yummy, quick, and friendly. Will definitely be stalking him. Can’t wait to try an Asian teriyaki burrito. Sweet potato tako, Asian teriyaki rice bowl, and bacon mac & cheese bites… delicious. Reasonable price also a perk. Thank you for the good food and conversation.

I have eaten at this food truck many times and have never been disappointed. The takos taste so fresh. I can’t really recommend one as they are all equally delicious. I highly recommend.

I’ve really been wanting to try the food at Twisted Tako for a while. I got my chance to finally go today and tried their fish taco. I have never had fish taste this «fishy.» I am glad to have tried them to see what it’s all about but I probably won’t be coming back.

Took my family down for the relaunch. Great service and great Food! I will have to find their next location for more. I got three different Tacos and each one had its own unique taste. This was also a filling meal. I recommend this place to everybody.

I have had the fish and pork tacos. Both awesome. Love the mango salsa.

My buddy & me hunted this new truck, hoofed it down to Oregon Wine Lab to give it a try on a Thursday.
I ordered the spicy mango pork tako. It was spicy — thank you!
«Shredded pork shoulder, braised in an Asian coffee marinade, smothered in a sweet & spicy mango habanero sauce and topped with crispy cabbage, pico de gallo and house-​made miso aioli.»
So delicious. I was surprised to taste coffee on the pork.
He also makes a mahi-​mahi tako (which my friend liked very much), a Thai basil BBQ chicken tako and a bulgogi Philly cheesesteak tako, which is just ridiculous and I wanna taste it.
