I’ll give them credit for great service in the sense that I was helped 3 times — in the 8 minutes I waited for curly fries and 2 $ 1 tacos.
The «Curly Fries» I received were the over cooked leftover bits at the bottom of the batch, maybe half of 1 good fry in there, everything else was small little bits.
I suppose Somebody’s gotta get the bottom batch today, unfortunately today that was me!
–Also didn’t get ketchup for the fries.

Check your order because they tend to get them jumbled, but otherwise it’s standard big chain fare. Store is clean and open 24h.

I work the night shift, so I normally visit this restaurant around midnight to get some quick dinner before heading home. The lady who works the drive-​thru during the night is super sweet and is so nice, she really makes your day a little bit better.
In my opinion, the food here is better than McDonalds for sure. But the breakfast sandwhiches are sadly not as good.
I do not know how it is during the rest of the day, but the night staff here are awesome!

This location has such a hard time getting the order together when it comes to the drive-​thru. The items are usually over-​cooked and not worth the money.

Since I worked at this Jack in the Box from 2005 – 2008, I can tell u we have the best spicy chicken sandwich ever. I will never openly order a burger from here or mozzarella sticks. It was well kept (thanks to me) and have a variety of food. Our service was slower than hell because Jack himself believes to make the best meal we need to cook it when ordered with cook times of products being 2.5 minutes and up! Should not be considered fast food!

Sadly, this Jack in the Box has gone way done hill the past year. The staff has become very difficult to communicate to, to the point where 90% of the conversations staff have are not in english.
The staff is frequently wipping there forheads with the hands, which are wearing gloves which then touch the food you are eating. Wait times have increased and cleaning has decreased.
With coupons there are still some great values here, but overall, its just not worth it to eat here anymore. Its a shame and really goes to show the impact staff can have on a store. The only time I get good service is when a redhead manager is working, she is the absolute best.
