Terrible service and VERY SLOW. I am amazed that this place stays in business and it only does because of location.
The owners are never present and it shows. They are frequently missing ingredients and once we went in and they told us they were out of bread. No they were not making more, they were out. but the doors were still open and employees still there.

No $ 5 footlong, no $ 3 breakfast combo. This is one of these shady places that benefits from corporate advertising and then tricks the customer by charging more. But at least it’s dirty! Please note, there’s a real subway 1 mile west on the same road that honors real subway prices.

Everett, WA
I was there today and watched the employee making sandwiches, never change his gloves through 5 customers. Through all the different meats, vegetables, touching counters, etc DID NOT CHANGE HIS GLOVES. When asked the other employee to tell him to change his gloves between customers, she said they don’t need to. Hmmmmm… I think I’m done with this Subway.

You know when you see a commercial on TV… and it says,
«Only at Participating Subways»
…but, you still think to yourself —
«Nah, I’m pretty sure ALL Subways are doing that»
Well…if you recently saw a commercial for «JanuANY — Any sub sandwich during the month of January is $ 5 for a foot long — ANY sandwich»
Well…soon as you walk in the door to THIS Subway location, you will be told,
«We are NOT doing that promotion you saw on TV»
So… my big dreams of buying a
Five, Five, Five-​Dollar Fooooot Loooooong
Were crushed instantly.

As a Subway restaurant, this place is pretty standard. Nothing particular good or bad about the sandwiches, customer service or ambiance.
However, as others have mentioned, whoever owns this particular franchise doesn’t participate in most of the Subway promotions (and doesn’t really note this anywhere), so if you walk in expecting to get a cheap sandwich for Januany for example, you’re out of luck.

Terrible — fruit flies all over — disgusting.
Convenient to home but I’ll drive further next time. They never participate in the $ 5 footlong deals (literally zero this time the sale rolled around) and there were fruit flies all around the veggies. Gross. I thought about mentioning it to the staff but they were so unenthused it would have been lost. I did submit feedback to subway though — this location tarnishes their brand.

The worst subway I’ve ever been to. Employees look like they hate life. Employee was sitting on curb smoking in front of store when I pulled up. I was the only customer in there and it took them minutes just to acknowledge me! Also their 5 $ specials are sucky compared to other subways. Food was fine, but I second guessed it if employees are so disgruntled who knows what they do?
