The only people that give this taco Bell the high rating of those that work there. We went there yesterday and waited 15 minutes and no one came to the counter and waited on us so we actually left. The only thing good about this taco Bell is it right next door there’s a Pizza Hut in a dominos across the street. You get you food faster if he actually goes south of the border

5 stars for the drive through window customer service. I pulled up in the drive-​though and the guy in front of me proceeded to order ½ of the menu. After many, many, many minutes of ordering then changing his mind, then ordering that instead, and that, and maybe that, no on second thought not that, but what does that taste like?, oh I don’t know, maybe I’ll get that too, oh wait, I want that too but what did you say that had in it?, he was finally finished ordering. Forward about 5 minutes more sitting waiting for his gargantuan, insane order to be filled and delivered, I pulled to the window where the window guy apologized and PAID FOR MY TACOS! I offered to pay since it wasn’t his fault the nimrod in front of me ordered ½ of the menu in the drive-​thru, but he insisted. I just have to say thank you! What a great experience!

Did an online order! Super bad and not one custom thing was right, called and the manager hung up on me! Super bad service 1÷29÷2915 at 10:20pm!!! Boo!

Always great service. Very fast and they’ve gotten my order right everytime. Great selection of foods but quality lacks. The pricing reflects the quality but still good!

Foodwise it is a, well, «Taco Bell». One of the better fast food taco establishments! This store is one of their newer and better kept Taco Bell stores at that. I personally like their Steak Grilled Boritos the best followed by a crunchy taco downed with the refillible supply of Pepsi (yes they sadly don’t have Coke).

The food was served hot and fast. One of the things I noticed was the attention by the staff to the customers in the store. They were just very personable and attentive. I asked or a side of sour cream with a dollar in hand expecting to pay for extra’s like other establishments make you, but the employee gave it to me for free. Was a nice change.

Kirkland, WA
This is one of the best run Taco Bell’s I have ever been to. The staff is friendly, the location is kept clean and when something goes wrong, the staff makes it up professionally and quickly for you. The only thing I do not like is there drive thru, as often cars can turn from the order screen to the window pretty quickly. I have almost been rear ended because of late night teen drivers a few times now and prefer to only go inside now. Great location; however, very poor drive thru layout.
