Quiznos

Quizon’s was a big hit in the past, but it’s clear to me that it has taken a hit, mainly due to its competitors. This location is okay and I’ve never had any serious issues with it.
To start, the prices at Quizno’s are too high. Their direct competition offers much better prices and they make similar subs.
This location is generally clean and I’ve never been disappointed with the condition of this location.
The staff is just okay. I’ve never had a bad experience, but I will admit I don’t ever walk out feeling like a valued customer. They could probably step it up in this area.
The food is okay and I like to come here to change it up from time to time.
By the way, if you sign up for the Quizno’s email list you can get a coupon that can save you a buck or two. Also, they participate with Ibotta, so you can get a rebate as well of you use that service. This can help offset the high prices.
I hope they can do something about the prices and the customer service elements. If they do I’m pretty sure I’ll be more of a regular.

My fiancé goes to this Quiznos a lot. He has had problems with this place before, in particular with who seems to be the man owner and the main cashier girl who has major attitude. He tried to place an order online, but an error message was received. Then he went in and just ordered normally due to the error. As soon as he was up to pay, they interrogated him about his online order. He explained the situation and assumed they would understand. No. They didn’t refund the duplicate, online charge, then overcharged him in person. Money hungry over sandwich money? Lame. After all that trouble for a mediocre sandwich. Just go to Subway.

And to think I actually used to like quiznos! They try to skimp on everything at this place, and because of the badly placed signs you cant see exactly what they are doing! Now I understand why the place was empty. I should have just stopped at subway and gotten my monies worth for 5 dollars instead of getting the smallest sub for the same price. What really urked me is when I tried to tell the guy to put toppings on he tried to close the sandwich after each topping… uhh…IM NOT DONE PUTTING TOPPINGS ON YET… as a result of his hasty and amateur sub making all my toppings fell out.
I wish it was how i remembered it — something similarly priced to subway with MORE TOPPINGS… and a place that actually lets you see what they are putting on the sandwich… I wanted to jump behind the counter and make the sandwich myself (I still would have paid I promise).
I have one complement — the lady stopped from short changing me on bread which was badly cut (even with the 5 minutes she took to discuss this with the guy putting the toppings on).

This location is fine. Neat and clean and nice staff. But, I don’t know, I guess I’m just not a Quiznos fan in general. I’ve been here once, and now I’m soured and I won’t be back.
I got something like a «California club» something-​or-​other that had turkey, bacon, and avocado. Two big gripes. The first one is pre-​cooked bacon. I guess that’s how a place like this serves up your order so fast, but, damn, that stuff is nasty. Never again.
The second is the whole «toasty» thing. From what I understand, «toasty» is the whole appeal of this place. But my sub was not toasty. I saw it go through the toaster, but what emerged was a warm, soft sandwich. No toasty crispness at all. Disappointing.
I’ll stick with Subway.
