Perfectly cooked ribs with great smoke flavor. Tender and moist, flavorful tri-tip. Excellent chicken. Good hot links, but I wish they were cooked til the skin was crispy. Very tasty potato salad, with pickle relish mixed in. Sweet, almost candy-like beams, with a hint of spice. I wish the bread had been white instead of wheat. I wish they had brisket. I prefer a sweeter sauce, but it’s not bad. Great southern style barbecue. A cut above Dickey’s.

This is a good addition to Fairfield’s Suisun Valley… B&J’s is only open on the weekends so it makes it that much better when you actually do get to eat it. Suisun Valley is a beautiful place to come and enjoy a good BBQ. The Tri Tip is always good w/is side of links and so are the ribs.

Honestly, one of the nastiest and most disappointing BBQ I’ve had. It was overpriced, $ 20 for two«sandwiches». What does a «sandwich» entail? Two nasty slices of white bread, meat, a side of BBQ sauce(tasted mostly like vinegar), and a side from 3 choices. You also have to construct this meal yourself, as it comes in separate pieces. Won’t be back.

We were on our way to Larry’s and totally got a whiff of the delicious BBQ. After we were done getting our healthy veggies we stopped off to get some BBQ tri-tip sandwich to split & boy were we glad we did! The sandwich comes with 2 pieces of bread, your choice of BBQ sauce, and a side or two. We opted for the hot BBQ sauce & potato salad. She accidentally put beans on it and gave us a small container of potato salad. Super sweet of her. Meat was juicy and tender, sides were delicious, & man that BBQ sauce was amazing! We look forward to stopping off again!

Follow Your Nose! On a warm Sunday afternoon, we were wine tasting around Fairfield and discovered the Wine Cooperative. The delicious scent of BBQ was filling the air around us. Low and behold the aroma is coming from the BBQ truck next door. Perfect time for lunch with a wine pairing! Fabulous!

Pretty well-placed BBQ cart next to the wine co-op. After a few glasses you might be hungry for something and B & J delivers. The brisket I got was a tad on the dry side but the sauce was pretty good. They give you a couple slices of bread too so you can fashion a sandwich out of your meats and sides which is also a welcome sight. Probably not the best BBQ I’ve ever had, but it’s definitely decent and for being some of the only food around while you’re wine tasting in Fairfield, I was quite satisfied. If I ever get back to that co-op, I’ll stop by and try the hot links!
