This is one of my favorite subways. They are always super friendly and are not skimpy on the toppings. I have been here 3 times in the last 2 months and was very surprised when I saw the negative Unilocal reviews. They have obviously worked very hard on their customer service since the bad reviews. One of the ladies behind the counter could speak at least 4 languages including perfect English so there are no communication issues. I will continue coming to this Subway. There are actually 2 in Fairfield that I avoid, especially the one on North Texas St because of their customer service and having to tell them to add more toppings three times before I get the amount that I want.

Staff here doesn’t care at all about the customer and they treat each other horribly in front of customers. Their quality of food is always bad compared to the one on central. I witnessed an employee being condescending and rude to the fellow employee that was helping us. I think most people wouldn’t say anything but it was extremely unprofessional and I asked the girl that was being treated that way for her manager’s number. Then, the rude one started to argue with me because I asked for the info. Too bad! Emailed subway. Hope that guy gets fired because it was that bad a scene.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The staff is terrible, most of the employees barely speak English and the English they do know is resigned to menu items only. They bicker between each other in their own language and seem to want to talk to each other more than they want to help you. It takes a ridiculously long time for the employees to understand what exactly it is you want. After they do, their attitude towards you is yet another tipping point. The lunch crew tries desperately to rush orders, falling behind and completely ignoring customers in the process while the night crew is utterly ambivalent towards the consumers as they try to rush them out as quickly as possible in order to clean the store before closing. The manager, Daniel, seems awesome. However, the owner leaves much to be desired and seems to only come into the store for his money or free food. It seems he could care less about his employees, and the amount of employees they seem to go through is a testament to his lack of competency and the obvious abuse he must put his employees through. Do not go here. The food may be alright sometimes(depending on who makes it and what mood they are in), but the owner seems to be such a rude prick that I avoid this place just out of principle as I feel sorry for those that have no other choice but to work for him. Pro’s: The manager does his best and it shows. Con’s: Pretty much everything else, especially the owner.

I wish I can give them zero star on their horrible customer service. They seemed to be care to customer once u enter like«hi how r u «but so annoying. I can feel that is so fake . They were helping 2 customers ahead of me n tried to rush my order while they r doing others sandwiches then later ask me again when she actually making it. Then why the heck r u bother me with questions. I recommend to have polite English speakers. That India employees r talking their own languages n yelling(idk that’s how they talk in their culture) Another thing. They r sweeping the floor while ppl r eating. Hello !!! Can’t u just wait? Small room n all dust r flying away . This location!!! Someone fr headquarter should re training them. Never again. All r with India jewellerry n nail polish n no hair net.

Quick place to grab a sandwich! Although I have to say that if you decide to come around 12−2pm, you may have a bit of a wait so be patient. It also depends on how many people they have on staff and if customers are being picky. They seem to fluctuate in employees and many of the old ones are gone and in place are new ones that need BETTER customer service. One, don’t look so huffy when we take a second to decide. Two, don’t try to rush people when there is NOONE else in line and third, employees need to keep opinions to themselves. I had one straight up and ask«what’s on your nose?» Uhm a scab from a scratch. «oh you should get something to cover it.» WTF. Awkward pause and chuckle…

I buy a sandwich every Wednesday and Friday morning around 8 :45 to take to my business to eat for lunch. The two ladies that work in the morning go out of their way to give great service. They are very efficient at making sandwiches and make conversation as they are working. They ask me how my family is doing and are always polite. I used to go to Safeway for my sandwiches but no more. Thank you for the great service and starting my work day in a positive way.

I see that this location has some low reviews but just wanted to let you know that we order from Subway at this location for our office monthly meeting which is held over at the Green Valley Center — and we always get great service. I order for an early pick-up for a group of about 15 – 20 and the staff is friendly and my order is always hot and ready on time for me to pick-up!!! Very happy with the service I have gotten. Come here maybe twice a week. I know I can’t ask for much from a subway but this was by far my worst experience. I order a sandwich and the bred is not cooked all the way when she goes to cut the sandwich open. So I ask for a different piece and she gives me attitude about it. I don’t want to eat a sandwich with not fully cooked bread. The employees are so hard to understand that I feel stupid asking twice what they are saying. Then they talk in another language that I of course don’t understand so I think they are talking bad about me! Getting a sandwich for a good price is not worth the time with the service and uncertainty you’ll get from this place. I will never go back.

I come to this location almost weekly for my dinner as my school is just around the corner so its super convenient and I have to say I never have a problem. The customer service has always been good, chatting it up with the students about school and what not. It can get a little busy as the location is small with only a few tables but they make it work. I switch it up between the sandwiches and pizza and always leave satisfied. They are generous with the meats and veggies. Overall I have to say its a good place to grab a quick bite to eat and go on your way.

I had a veggie delight and man did they skimp on the veggies, I mean come on its a veggie sandwich! I also got charged extra for avocado despite every other sandwich spot that let’s you substitute it for the meat. The girl that rung me up even laughed at me because I asked if I was getting charged extra for avocado on a «veggie delight».

The owners of this location, I believe, are the same owners of the Subway in the Budweiser Brewery just up the freeway. In regards to this review, it is for the brewery location. If I would could give this location negative stars, I would!!! I am usually pretty good at giving people the benefit of the doubt… but, not after receiving the same terrible customer service, it never fails! This is pathetic considering I have pretty low expectations. The employees are sleeping half the time, as soon as you walk in they wait to get up or even acknowledge you until you address them first. One employee wears her iPod while making your sandwich and then asks you«what?» a million times because she can’t hear your order. One gentleman when asked what kind of cheese they offered said«they are all right there and they all taste the same anyway.» They never say thank you, they have perishable product in their coolers that is past the expiration/sell by date, and one thing that drives me nuts is that their pizza cutter and knives are ALWAYS dirty! They NEVER use a clean knife to cut into their«fresh» baked bread. And, really, sunglasses while you are working… during the day, in a well lit establishment… yea, let’s talk about professionalism. You will not help but notice their lack thereof immediately as you walk in and are greeted by hand written, taped up signage. While they are a completely separate, independently operated business, they make the Brewery look bad.

As much as I love a good sub, their customer service is horrendous. On more than one occasion have I came to the Business Center Drive location for lunch and have stood in line politely waiting to be served while the employees chatted amongst themselves and completely ignored me for several minutes and were generally unprofessional in conduct. If I have to go to a Subway, I avoid this location like the plague. Even though I have very few complaints about most of the quality of the food beside the condition the meat is in, I’d rather walk a few doors down to Safeway to pick up a hot bowl of soup or some fried chicken for a much better price at that. I tried breakfast there once and I cringe just thinking about how horrible the breakfast sandwich I had was. You should never have to substitute taste just because you want to eat healthy. There are enough food locations to choose from in this shopping area that I don’t miss going here at all.

This subway is pretty good. I sometimes come here for some lunch during the school week. Their tomatoes aren’t actually soggy or flimsy like some other places near my home. The taste is all the same like the others. So, if you love Subway, you will be happy. haha There is a restroom at this location. There are not so many tables so lunch can fill it up quickly. The parking lot is massive so you can park anywhere.
