My storage unit had problems with the latch as it was stuck. The receptionist, Lillie was AMAZING. She was able to get the latch to open the door. After I was done, my door could only shut less than half way. Lillie, got her tools and ladder out and with her patience, she was not able to move the latch, but she replaced the entire part! She had called emergency services to come fix unit, but instead she had to call them off! She had never changed the enter piece ever. She was Miss Fix-​it! I couldn’t have done it without her. If was waiting for emergency repair, I might have stayed the night since my door was stuck more than a half way up!

Some units have heating, which is a great thing, staff is extremely helpful. Richard and Julian are truly rockstars. The only down point on this unit is that they apparently have only one moving cart that stays locked after office hours, so it would be a plus if they had more of those and if they were to be available all the time.

I made a reservation on-​line and was able to complete almost all the information before I came in. Everything was in order and went very quickly. The Office staff were really friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and very well lighted. I am really happy with my choice and will happily recommend to friends and family. Pam G.

Went in the other day to grab some boxes for the holidays. The manager (Ashlee?) was super friendly and helpful. She told me about some great discounts going on and I’d consider renting a storage unit in the future with their current prices.

Property is always pretty clean.
Never had my unit tampered with.
Gates are in good working order.
Staff has been friendly and welcoming.
My unit had a light (that you could turn odd and on) as well as a power outlet in case you needed power.
I rented a unit for about 1.5 years. No problems. Wendy assisted me with closing out my acct, and was very helpful. So far no weird acct closing fees have been tacked on (like I’ve experienced at other storage places). I have to give them credit, they make it easy to leave: no notice required, close out by the end of the month and you’re out with no problems!
Two reasons I didn’t give it 5 stars.
1). There are occasionally some creepy people that wander through the storage areas. I’m not sure if they are renters, or just street people from hwy 99 that made it onto the property.
2). They require that you use a cylinder lock (you can put an additional lock on it if you wish to have added security). I didn’t have a cylinder lock, so I had to buy one. Which means the startup cost climbed a bit~ but wouldn’t be a big deal if you already own one.
Recommendation? Yes. Easy to move in/​move out. Staff was friendly (thanks Wendy!)

Jo helped me on the fly I needed a unit, she gave be a tour of the facility to ensure my goods would fit. Very Friendly & Excellent Customer Service! Jo & Angie were the best part of my moving day! Great place for storage and Great People to work with! I would refer them to everyone I know! Thanks Lady’s!

Good experience at this place. Good, efficient service. Rented a unit for one month at the $ 1 first month rate. They require that you purchase a lock through them that can be used on their units only (~$ 10). There is also a one-​time fee admin fee (~$ 25) and required insurance (~$ 10). After tax, the $ 1 first month actually costs you $ 53.70. Still, pretty good deal for a 10′ x 15′ unit I can drive up to! Was just what I needed.

They were great & I am very happy with the service they’ve provided. They made sure that I had the right size unit & all the additional accessories needed. Great job!
