Ok we moved to Flag almost 3 years ago and Cuvee has been on our regular lunch rotation from almost day one — great food, awesome service, and decent beer choices! But here is the funny thing — they just got better!!! They took the best of the best off their lunch menu and also the best off their dinner menu and made it one ALLDAYMENU. I am so excited — now I can come in twice a week — once for a tasty salad and another time for a great burger Oh, did I mention they have the best patio in town for people watching. Brilliant move J & T! If you are from Flag and haven’t stopped in lately do yourself a favor and check out the new menu, if you are traveling through or staying in Flagstaff for fun — highly recommend this is one of the restaurants you hit!

Love cuvee 928’s burger and beer Monday! Best service and food in town! Thank you Jen and Jill for always being so accommodating, this is my favorite Monday night tradition.

Ok last time here for sure. This place just plain sucks. The food is boring and nothing special at all. I am not even going to bother going into it but it’s a waste of time and money to go here. The quality, atmosphere and service are lousy! Good luck if you try it. There are better places in Flag for sure. For wine, vinoloco, for similar style food, copa café, tinder box etc.

It has been about a year since I have visited this restaurant. I do not live in Flagstaff. Last year it was a good meal with great service. This year? It was ok food with ok service. Not sure what has gone down for this establishment in the last 365 days, but it seems that something changed. My husband got the short ribs, which were fair. He got them last time we ate here. He did say they were a bit overcooked this year. Now for my dinner, not sure what I though«Overnight Brisket» meant, but that is what I got. A piece of beef brisket so cooked that it was basically shredded and put on a plate. Surrounded by a crème gravy, it was passable in taste, nothing spectacular. The brocollini next to it was over salted and the giant biscuit included, seemed to have seen a few overnights itself. Our waitress had perfected the air of apathy. Although she was attentive, I think the only smile she offered was when she cashed our table out and her communication was terse at best. Kinda made you feel that you were the guest that over-stayed your welcome. I hope they can figure out some of the issues with this place. It has a great location and a pretty good wine list. 2 of the best things for success in my book.

Checked out this place for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by their choices. The place is huge but we were able to find a small place in the corner to eat. My daughter enjoyed the hot chocolate. We had sandwiches and salads for lunch and were completely stuffed when we left. It was a bit expensive for lunch but would be fun to go back and check it again for supper!

Good wine, we had the Zinfandel & Spanish Rioja. Both were good. The cheese plate was so-so. The mustard and horseradish cheese was fantastic. Goat Gouda and Welch Cheddar were not so great. Atmosphere was bland. Service was good, but we were the only pple in there at 3p :)

Great Malbec wines and great food. Only place on flag I have been able to get a truly rare steak with a perfect crust, cool red inside and perfectly seasoned. Pair with a great Malbec, and you have the key to a hearty meal on a snowy December night leading up to Christmas!

Such a fabulous spot I wish I would’ve known about earlier! We tried all sections of the menu and all were great and fairly priced. The atmosphere was big which was refreshing and a good change from super crowded restaurants with the same prices.

I am giving it a 3 because we only had the salad a Mac and cheese and A side of potatoes am giving it the benefit of the doubt that everything else in the menu was good. The salad was good, the mac n cheese was not Mac and cheese it was noodles in a loose sauce that had a lite flavor of cheese but was a far stretch to a Mac n cheese. The smashed potatoes were pasty and bland. All and all not a great experience. Staff was excellent

My bartender was awesome! But my 22 $ meal tasted like Campbell chunky soup, confirmed by my 2 friends, all good tho

Mixed bag, most of it good, but could be better. The mixed cured beef and cheese appetizer is outstanding, the entrees need work. The amberjack with polenta was tasteless even if it was nicely cooked, and the accompanying polenta and broccolini pretty anonymous; the latter specially was underdone and tough. The pork shank is generous, but if there was Earl Grey in there it took the night off… The risotto was like Army food: some of it was OK, some of it was undercooked, really inconsistent. The rest of the plate, bacon and sweet potato(?) was somewhat undefined, and kind of «hot» in the mouth. Subtlety was definitely not a component of this dish. The wine list is OK; the Bordeaux is grassy enough to pass for a Sauvignon Blanc, although the Macon Villages was austere and clean; Trapiche Malbec is just OK. Pours by the glass are OK, and the Riedel stemware is a plus. As already noted, the TVs are a distraction and downright gauche. In L.A., prices would be about 30% higher, but being cheaper and not better is just a wash. If they tightened up the food and made it a bit less«busy», this place could be really special.

My girlfriend and I went here for Valentine’s. It was busy, and they ran out of certain menu items, but what do you expect on one of the busiest restaurant days of the year. I had the locally trout and it was delicious. My girlfriend had the savory crepes and they were delightful. We had an exceptionally long wait, even with a reservation. But our server was nice enough to give us a on the house. I say that’s great customer service! I agreed with other reviewers that the TVs are distracting and do not really match with the environment that the restaurant deserves. I would definitely try this place again when it’s not so busy!

I love this place. Always welcoming, I never feel uncomfortable going in for lunch or dinner and sitting at the bar alone. The food is always changing and their chalkboard specials have never disappointed. I am obsessed with the pan fried chicken with green chile/ricotta stuffed homemade crêpe. The service is always good. The owners, Taryn and Jennifer set high expectations and I feel they hire the right people every time because the servers are always friendly and helpful even when the restaurant is on a 2 hour wait. All in all, one of my favorites and I’ll continue to keep coming in.

Randomly stopped in one afternoon. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I ordered a short rib sandwich, and it was not very exciting. Their meat was tender and juicy, but lacked in flavor. I was told they were famous for this item. Sides were potato salad and a salad. Both were ok. Meal was not worth he price though, especially for a quick lunch. $ 20+ for one person. Will not return.

Place seemed a little pricey at first. There was only two menu items on the Saturday brunch menu. So we picked between the two. We got our food and were a little surprised at how little we got. But then we tasted it… WOW! Some of the best flavor I’ve ever had. The food was so well seasoned I didn’t care how little it was. I would recommend this place if you want good food but not a mountain of it. For the same price you could get a lot more food somewhere else, but it probably won’t be the same quality. Would defiantly come back here on a date maybe, but not with kids or anything.
