We are living a Heart Healthy Lifestyle now — so finding approved foods has been a challenge. We have slowly been researching restaurants and their nutrition list to see where we can go and what we can have. So for lunch we found Quizno’s had a few items. I tried the Honey Bourbon Chicken and wow it was wonderful and filling. If you are looking for low sat fat, low cholesterol, and low sodium but high taste — choose this:)
