So after about 2 weeks since the last time I’ve been to this Chick-fil-A I decided to come back and give them another shot. !!! Now of course management has already reached out to me and offered to give me coupons and things of that nature !!! «I told them my last review was not about getting anything for my thoughts but to make everyone aware». The management team understood that but still insisted on giving me compensation for my unfortunate time there last time. I’m not writing this review because I got a coupon or anything actually I paid for my whole meal I can show you the receipt if you need to see it. But to give Chick-fil-A an opportunity to redeem themselves and that they did my sandwich was absolutely amazing the service was great it was really busy around 2:30 but I got my food in a timely fashion and the lady from last time remember me and said welcome back I hope that we serve you much better this time than we did last time which means a lot to me thank you Chick-fil-A for being so wonderful

If you are craving a shake, this is your spot. The strawberry shakes are sooo delicious! Best one I’ve ever had!

This is the first time I have come back since my first review concerning the poor accuracy of this particular location and guess what? They gave me a soda instead of a sweet tea. Absolutely pitiful. Will not be coming back.

Good food and great service here. I love the flavor of the breaded chicken sandwiches, both spicy and non-spicy. I also like the chicken soup, side salad, fries and shakes here. The food and service make up for the portions sizes and cost. I do like to eat here for lunch but don’t like to take my kids to Chick-fil-A because the kids meals are too small so I have to order them adult meals which costs more than desired to feed the family for fast food. I did struggle to eat here when I was doing the low-carb diet. They can wrap the grilled chicken in romaine lettuce but the sandwich is just too small without the bun. The item costs too much to add a 2nd piece of grilled chicken.

I swear ever since the first day I went here breakfast, every time I go the chicken in the bagel chicken sandwich gets tinier and tinier. Couple times they even forgot the chicken on the sandwich. But this last time this chicken came out resembling a nugget. Over this place

My favorite fast food restaurant to go to! I love going to Chick-fil-A because it is the healthiest choice as a fast food restaurant.(not that any of the fast food is healthy) I love the French Fries here they are the best.

I moved out of Lake Forest 2 months ago & I really miss going to this location. All the employees there are always so nice and go above and beyond what’s expected.

If you like to pay way too much for a chicken breast this is the place for you. You do get a lot of fries. Don’t know why they are the only place left that makes you go to the counter to get a refill on your drink

Say what you want about Chic Fil A, religous, political and social issues aside and of couse the fact that you cannot get a burger here, it is still one of the top two or three fast food chains for value, quality and cleanliness. Always friendly, always great service, always great food and price. This Chic Fil A and the one in Irvine by Woodbury are the two I frequent most.

A co-worker went on a breakfast run for the office. We looked at the menu online and wrote down our orders. What I looked at online as a basic sausage biscuit, egg, cheese, sausage, you know… the usual — what I got was a a piece of sausage between two dry biscuits. I swear, two bites and you’re dehydrated(if you make it passed the relentless chewing). No cheese, no sauce, nothing. It was like chewing a mouthful of sand. You could drain a swimming pool by tossing this sucker in there. If you ever drop your phone in water, simply set it on top of one of Chick-Fil-A’s biscuits and it’ll be saved. You see, I forgot that Chick-Fil-A is pretty much the only restaurant out there that requires customers to specify that they would like ingredients included in their meal. They have duplicate items all over their menu, the actual food and its barren wasteland counterpart. My co-worker was really apologetic about not ordering it correctly, but I really don’t blame him; it’s not his fault Chick-Fil-A employs such blatantly useless menu items. It’s baffling enough that an idea so potently stupid made it out of the bathroom stall it was conceived in; but worse, it still exists! I mean, maybe someone misfiled some papers out of the ‘Criminally Retarded Ideas’ pile and it got put into motion. But you’d think one of their executives would visit a store and see the menu and wonder why the people in charge of that still have their jobs. I really can’t emphasis enough how stupidly useless it is to have two of the same items on the menu like that(to make their menu appear larger?). When you want something plain, you order it plain. That’s how it’s always been pretty much everywhere else. I can’t fathom how someone said, «You know what would be cool? Making people ask for their ingredients! That way, the tiny fraction of people who like plain garbage don’t have to use as many syllables!» without recipient immediately dying from an aneurysm. It’s like getting an over-sized tortilla delivered to your door only to remember, «Whoops, I forgot to tell them I wanted cheese and sauce on that pizza.»

I NEVER get salads from here cuz I’m addicted to the sandwiches on a wheat bun w/extra pickles & plenty of chick fila sauce! But let me tell u suuumthn!!! We had a Cobb salad from here today & we both tried our hardest to preserve & marinate on each bite it came with avocado ranch lime dressing that was delicious to a person who DOESNOT fancy avocado! I mixed 1 pack of ranch w/1 pack of avocado ranch n it was mhhhhhhhhmshshbfhjkkdhenihdnllicioushus! My son is 10& he 2 wants another 1! The price is rounded to 9 bucks a salad which is the reason for my 1 less star! If I could it would be 4.5 but ehhh. I wish this salad was 7bucks even that to me is fair… Besides the price this is my new go to! It comes with some bell pepper tomato crumbs which are nothing like they sound & well worth trying! I wanted more n I HATE tomatoes! Best believe I will try to find this secret recipe! Since this is my 1st I’m not sure if they always give the same portion of(chicken bites) per salad but I did not need more/wanted? Yes but the amount of chicken was sufficient! Almost chicken in each bite! I did not like that they only put ¼ of a egg on there –___– but it ended well. Fix this please! Besides the 2 con’s This was perfect!!! Thank you ppl’of’la for the great customer service ALLTHETIME& not trying to charge for extra dressing… Blessings to u! SN: I WANTANOTHER1

Meet some friends for lunch and was amazed by the service we received by the staff. This is a fast food restaurant with a 5 star dining service! We dined inside and our son played in the play area. Its not a huge area but a fun little spot for him to get his energy out. They take your order and will bring it out to you. Which you don’t find in fast food joints very often. Really liked friendly customer service. They also have diapers in the restrooms for your babies. Pretty awesome to see that for parents. The inside was nice and clean. Only real issues is that is was super busy. I guess everyone enjoys it as much as we do. So lunch and dinner times its usually packed. Also closed on Sunday. I will continue to go stop by Chick-Fil-A when I’m visiting family in Foothill Ranch! For those who have never been go check it out! You won’t be disappointed. Just remember it maybe busy!

I honestly hope the owner of this property sees this because my experience here I feel like should be shared with not only the team at this location but the owner as well. I work at the hotel down the street and decided to go to the drive through today for my lunch break. After ordering food for my partner and pulling up to the next window I realized I had not only forgotten to order food for myself but forgot my wallet at work as well. I felt ridiculous and was extremely embarrassed to have to say I couldn’t pay for the food. Still I told the manager at the window and he said«Don’t worry about it, its on me» to which I quickly responded, «I will come back and pay I promise!» I quickly drove back to work and grabbed my wallet and then back to Chik-fil-A with close to 15 minutes to spare. I went inside and ordered food for myself and the previous sandwich and asked them to not make it so I could pay for it and gave a brief summary on what happened to the cashier. He had no idea what i was talking about, so I told him just make sure they don’t make it and let that guy know(i think the managers name was Joe) I wanted to pay for it and say thank you! After walking away and watching them talk for a minute, another manager(jeffrey?) came over and said we really appreciated it but you didn’t have to do that and gave me a card for a sandwich on them. At this point I’ve already been wowed by the service as that isn’t something you would normally get He then came over with the food I ordered. He handed the bag and let me know both sandwiches were in there and they appreciated me coming back to pay. Long story, The service here really impressed me. The service was outstanding as well as the friendly faces, that can sometimes be overbearing at other locations, being completely on point. This is my new favorite location and you can not only expect me to come over more often but also make sure we recommend our guests looking for good food to come over to you. You never know who you’ll meet and good service goes a long way, especially with someone else who works in a similar industry. Also this is the first time I’ve eaten at Chik-fil-A and not had my stomach hurt after! I don’t know what you guys are doing different or if you are… but keep doing you!

I was waiting a long time for them to bring out my sandwich(a la carte) and someone assured me, «Sorry about the wait, we’re getting your guacamole.» I was like«Oh, wow! They make their guacamole fresh?» No. No they don’t. I waited 15 minutes to have my sandwich come to me with a packet of guacamole on the side so that I could spread it myself. To top it off, the guac wasn’t even worth the $ 0.89!

Ever since their owner hosted a complimentary breakfast at Avalon Baker Ranch Apartments, I have been OBSESSED with their chicken breakfast biscuit. Topped with their signature Chik-Fil-a sauce… can’t get enough. #innerfatkid I’ve been to this location for breakfast many times, a few lunches and the staff is nice. Like, so nice you want to hug them because a lot of people in OC are entitled jerks and niceties are a rarity. Is it that hard?! Don’t be rude to people in customer service! When you thank these staffers they say«my pleasure» and they’re believable in doing so. Masterful. My only gripe is that they’re closed on Sunday but that’s a corporate directive and I respect why. But I always crave chicken biscuits on Sunday?! Oh well

Closed on Sundays! The best chicken sandwiches. Each sandwich comes with a big fat juicy chicken breast. Even the crispy chicken sandwich was crispy and juicy on the inside. All the buns used here are super fresh and soft. They have really good waffle fries. Great extra hospitable staff. Happy Chick Fil Aing!

Chick-Fil-A is an emergency restaurant for us, not a destination restaurant. What I mean is that the last time we stopped in, we were cycling 40 miles and wanted to do another 25 and ran out of energy, so we Unilocaled out this Chick and stopped in for a grilled chicken sandwich – it was an emergency – we were so famished. Another time, we got out of a concert late and nothing was open – we were famished again – Chick to the rescue. The food here is OK, it’s just not quality enough and the value is not good enough to warrant regular visits so we save Chick for emergencies. We do like having them around, and hope that they can financially survive here. Service is excellent.
