Del Taco Number 906

Just tried «The Del Taco». It was decent, nothing mind shattering, after all it is a taco. But it was packed with cheese. Pretty much beef cheese and tomato. There is supposed to be lettuce, right?

This Del Taco is by far the BEST Del Taco EVER!!! We celebrated a birthday there tonight and the manager Jose was beyond accommodating. They let us decorate and make a party inside. Everyone was so great and helpful.

It sounds funny to say this but I am a huge Del taco fan. I probably eat there once a week. Before they opened the one in Rancho Santa Margarita (just recently) this was the closest one to my work. The drive-​through moves quickly for the most part and they have never made a mistake with my order. At this location inside they have a salsa bar with the packets of hot sauce and also with self serve salsa. I have not seen this in any other Del taco. My husband really likes the self-​serve salsa. The food never disappoints especially the bean and cheese burritos with extra cheese and the chicken soft tacos. They are also open 24 hours so sometimes if you don’t want Denny’s this is another great option. In fact I think I would pick Del taco over Denny’s any day… Haha.

When I order a chicken soft taco, that means a want a chicken soft taco, and not a beef taco! This has happened twice already! Pay attention employees of Del Taco! Please…

This is one of those Del Tacos that is always scrumptious no matter what time you visit I believe a lot of that has to do with that this is like a flagship store as it’s the closest location to their corporate offices.
This Del is always what’s been Del good as every time I’ve been here I’ve gotten my food quick from the dudes who work here who have been super nice and helpful even if they mess something up! The food I’ve gotten always hot and just that Del good as I’m sure you already know!
One thing here that is super Del awesome is the fact that they have a salsa bar with all your favorite sauces on tap and some other fresh made salsa’s that I haven’t seen at other Del locations!
Something here that’s always Del awesome is to mix the Del Scorcho with the salsa from the one in the bowl at the bar it adds two a flavor of what’s already Del o licious!
Del combo burritos are always a scrumptious concoction all wrapped up and just that much better when you add some avocado goodness to them!
Always super amazing are the cheese cake bites do they still have these anymore? Haha!
Del quesadilla’s with the red sauce instead of the green is usually what I ask for as it’s just a yummy combo of cheesy saucy goodness in a tortilla.
Pretty much over all it’s Del if your from SoCali you’ve gone here or Naugles time and time again for delicious cheap Mexican food and occasionally a yummy burger too!
I’ll be back too visit this Del or another Del when that Del Scorcho craving hits again!

I LOVE this Del Taco!
They’ve got a 24-​hour drive thru and even though I don’t go there at weird hours, my sister sometimes does LOL! When I’m in the area going to the craft stores I like HAVE to stop here. I’m a big Del Taco fan, and well it’s near my craft stores.
Today I actually went inside the restaurant. I usually use the drive-​thru, but my sister wanted to chat about stuff over lunch (and because there was a huge line in the drive-​thru). BEWARE THE LUNCH RUSH! Like we thought going inside would be faster, but actually it wasn’t but it was alright because we were gonna chat and check our facebook messages while we waited and ate.
They advertise that they have fresh ingredients and OMG THEY DO! There was a fridge right behind the counter full of fresh ingredients and a huge block of cheese! Like, the block was bigger than my cat! (And I’ve got a BIG cat :3 lol!) Anyways, my sister bought a cheese quesadilla while I tried the new Chicken Street Taco. They’ve got a really sweet salsa bar (sweet as in «cool» just to clarify) and iced tea which I love.
But yeah, we went during the lunch rush so all the orders were called out not in numerical order. So busy, but that gave us time to talk about our Christmas plans and show each other funny meme pics from Facebook. This place has a play place for kids too. Maybe if my boyfriend would pop the question one of these days, my kids would enjoy the play place! Just kidding! ;P

Best deal taco location.
Service is quick. Drive thru moves fast.
Food is hot. Fries are fresh.
Pricing is great.
Del taco please bring a location to greater Seattle area. Most people get excited for in and out when they return home to CA but I crave Del Taco and Miguel’s Jr.

It’s a Del Taco. It’s not much different than most of the other branches with a salsa bar. But it doesn’t have a Coke Freestyle, it has one of those standard drink selection dispensers. The staff was nice and they accepted all of our coupons in one order so we didn’t have to pay separately. Though one of our previous visits felt like we didn’t have enough stuff on our nachos.
This location has a Del Taco Funland for kids. No one was using it in the rain.

Del taco is a go to fast food place for me and my fiancé, generally you get through the drive through fast and I always seem to get friendly people. I will say that the fries seem to come out under done at this location so I always ask for fries well done, besides that I have never had any problems with this location.

Love this place. Best Del I’ve ever been to. Been coming here for years and the staff is always super friendly and accommodating and, get this, they have never even once messed up my order! Amazing! Store is consistently clean and they are pretty quick in the drive thru. At lunch time sometimes they have someone stand out and take orders which is cool.
Highly recommend.

This is the worst Del Taco…“Ever”! They charge you for items you don’t get! «Then»…won’t answer the phone when you want to complain! Maybe they would get it right if they weren’t making and acting like every order was a pain in the ass to deal with (ie: Girl Supervisor)

Nacho Cheese Fries is crinkle-​cut fries topped with nacho cheese sauce and sliced pickled jalapenos. It’s definitely a comfort food menu item for me. When my day isn’t going well or I have a cold, this is my go-​to menu item. The crispy and perfectly salted fries with their crinkles help the nacho sauce cling. The jalapenos add a kick of spiciness here and there when you need it. This is not on the menu at every location, but you can still order it. Just make sure you say «Nacho Cheese Fries» when in the drive-​thru. If you say «Nacho Fries», they sometimes hear it as «Macho Fries» and you will end up with a large fries. Rating: ⁵⁄₅
Shredded Beef Combo Burrito needs a comeback. I loved the tender shredded beef, cheese, and refried beans together in a burrito. I usually add a packet of each hot sauce (Mild, Del Scorcho, and Del Inferno) to my burritos for the ultimate flavor experience. Each sauce has its own flavor profile, but combined are the perfect sauce. They should call it «Del Ultimo»! Rating: ⁵⁄₅
Carnitas Fries also needs a comeback. The tender pork carnitas make the ultimate topping along with sour cream, diced onions, cilantro, and nacho cheese sauce. It’s a meal in itself. I miss it! Please bring it back! Rating: ⁵⁄₅
Asada Taco with Steak is juicy carne asada topped with tangy guacamole, hand-​made pico de gallo salsa, wrapped in two warm corn tortillas, and served with a fresh cut lime wedge. This is currently on the menu and served street taco style in a foil wrapper. It has a good portion of carne asada inside. Although, the guacamole and pico de gallo do make a colorful presentation, it’s just very messy to eat. I think just leaving it with onions and cilantro would be best. Rating: ³⁄₅
Small Taco Salad was on their Throwback Menu. For the price, it was a pretty decent size of lettuce topped with seasoned ground beef, shredded cheese, sour cream, diced tomatoes, and five tortilla chips. It was a refreshing side salad of sort. It definitely tasted like a taco salad. Rating: ⁴⁄₅
The Bun Taco was also on their Throwback Menu. It was a good attempt at making the Bun Taco, but the only location that makes it perfectly is in Barstow off Lenwood Avenue. I don’t know how they make it differently, but at the Barstow location, it just tastes like I remember it back in the 1970s. They even wrap it in the yellow wrapper that I remember. You can still order it at any location, it’s just not on the menu. Rating: ⁴⁄₅

Love how they have really stepped it up and serve the double Del Cheeseburger fresh, hot and delicious, it’s exactly how I remember Naugles Burgers to taste. Their fries are the best, better than McDonalds and In and Out. The rest of their menu is awesome too!

Super fast service even during the lunch rush and my order is always correct and consistently prepared. Very friendly and attentive service. You can tell that the crew are well-​trained and supervised. Avoid the drive thru during lunch — it backs up pretty long and blocks traffic. I stick to the classics– chili cheese fries (deluxe, of course) chicken soft tacos, quesadillas, beef tacos, nachos, classic chicken burrito, and the oft-​overlooked Double Del Cheeseburger — one of the best fast-​food burgers at a great price that you would not expect from a «Mexican» joint. They run the save-​your-​receipt online survey coupon deal thing fairly frequently throughout the year so you can save $ 1.00 off your next visit. Dining room is very clean. The kids play place was just cleaned and renovated.

Nice clean location. Friendly staff. The drive through here gets pretty packed.

I found pieces of small glass in my strawberry lemonade. I’ve been coming here for years without an issue until today. What I thought was a small piece of tiny ice turned out to be a 1 mm piece of glass. I’m worried I may have swallowed other pieces of it.

I’ve never been into Del Taco, but my boyfriend has recently converted me, all thanks to this location!
This location is supposedly their flagship location, because their corporate offices are also in Foothill Ranch and this one is the closest store to them. They film their commercials here! :)
The employees are very friendly and efficient. The store itself was pretty clean, and very big and spacious. They have a salad bar-​type area and lots of condiments, utensils, etc.
Our food came out pretty quickly and everything was good. Their food is SUPER cheap, and I was able to get two tacos at $ 0.59/piece. SO CHEAP! Del Taco is definitely comparable to Taco Bell, but they’ve got fries, burgers, etc. here as well. I haven’t tried much other than the tacos and quesadillas, so I can’t really say too much about the American food as opposed to their «Mexican» food.
This location is also 24/​7, and has a drive thru! Two big pluses in my book!
Overall, 5 stars for this Del Taco. Can’t get any better than this!

i was craving for some burrito which is very unusual of me. i decided to come here since this place was pretty close from where i was at that time. i tried the macho burrito for $ 4.29. the burrito was really big and humongous. i could easily eat it for 2 meals. anyways, when i opened the wrapped, i didnt like the look of my burrito. it looks crap, taste crap, and it is crap! the burrito did have some lettuce, cheese, ground beef, and beans. but the amount of beans they put was like 80% of the whole thing. all i could taste was bean bean and bean! disgusting. i wished i did not come here.
i would have given this place one star but the service is here is really good and friendly, which is pretty rare for a fast food chain.
i dont think i will be back here even when i am craving for some burrito again. i’d rather go to an actual mexican restaurant for a legit burrito.

Other than the legendary Barstow location, this is the only Del Taco that consistently gives me food that tastes and looks fresh and delicious.
I know Foothill is out of the way of almost anything, but it almost makes me not want to visit any other locations since these guys do it right here. Oh, and the staff is exceedingly friendly.

My friend Mahesh has been raving about the Mac ‘n Cheese bites. He ditched our Denny’s «after after» party to come here instead last night. That’s true dedication.
After all the madness at Knott’s scary farm earlier tonight and walking around everywhere, we burned off the «boofet» pretty fast and I was hungry so on my way home I stopped here to pick up an order of guess what? Mac ‘n Cheese bites!
An order gets you 6 cheesy gooey bites. They’re pretty good at first but after 3, the bites and the flavor gets boring :(I don’t know if I’ll be ordering these again. They’re seriously deep fried and overall really bad late night food but eh, you only live once so you really should try and eat everything you feel like eating, right? ;)
The 4 stars still stand. I love this drive thru. It’s fast, convenient, and super friendly.
