Previous comments about this particular starbucks are all true. This is the first starbucks that has no happy spirit and appears to hate their job. I can tell by the way one of the baristas had rolled their eyes at the soldier behind me, when he entered. Then when the barista was taking his order, didn’t smile, put their hands on their hips, and had the most bored face ever. It’s a coffee place, where starbucks is supposed to «nurture the human spirit», I’m pretty sure this is their motto. I don’t think I’ll be coming over to this place anymore after that. I went to Bagel Einstein bros bagel instead(right before the px). There they were much kinder and enthusiastic.

I love Starbucks, and this is the worst location I have ever been to. Unfortunately, it’s the most convenient, so I am there frequently. Extremely poor customer service! The employees are somewhat lazy, some incompetent, and just all around not friendly. Multiple times I’ve waited at the register ready to order, but have to wait for the employees to complete their gossip session before I was helped. They need some training(or some new employees) and the location would be MUCH better.

I am new to the area, but definitely not new to starbucks or customer service. I am sure that everyone goes through some stress in their lives, but when you work at an establishment that prides itself in customer service, then you must not let the stress affect your performance. This is the third time to this particular establishment, and I experienced extremely poor customer service. There were no greeting at the register of «hello» or «good morning», just a finger point to the register that’s open. I always have multiple orders when I visit and all three times, the baristas had the look and expression on their faces that I was being difficult. Keep in mind, still no pleasantries. I was asked«debit or credit» and when I said credit, the barista asked for my ID. I didn’t mind this at all but this is how it was requested: Barista: debit or credit? Me: credit please Barista: let me see your ID (How bout«may I please see your ID?) I was then handed my receipt with no «thank you» or anything. I just can’t believe that the management of this establishment does not at least observe the employees on their customer service. If they are, they might have to do this inconspicuously. I tried my best to give hints to the baristas by saying please, thank you and good morning. Didn’t even get a response to my good morning. I guess it was not.

I have never seen a Starbucks where the customer is treated as an inconvenience. The employee got smart because I asked for extra caramel drizzle, she made my drink completely wrong. Put soy milk in my cup, dumped it out and started again with the same cup. Usually I would have no problem with this but I have an allergy to soy so I asked her for a different cup. She took her time so as to prove a point that she didn’t care. She put caramel all over the drink and all on the outside of my cup. I politely smiled at her and said«I hope you have a better day». I just don’t understand why work at Starbucks if you aren’t going to be nice.

I like being greeted with a genuine smile. I like my name on my cup. None of those happened. I felt rushed along. Blah.

Went to this location and was reminded of why I don’t like going to this Starbucks. The employees feel a sense of entitlement to belittle the customers who come into their establishment. The employees need remedial customer service training. Poor attitudes and service. Not at all like a Starbucks coffee shop.

They don’t redeem your rewards free purchase at this location. However you can still pay here using the rewards card. There customer service at this location is always hit or miss. The workers always seem rushed and uninterested in pleasantries such as authentic«good morning» «thank you» «have a nice day», they sound so dry it is better if they don’t speak at all(which many just don’t speak)

Nice clean facility that is usually speedy to get your drink. Nothing out of the ordinary for a Starbucks. Usually grab a number for the pharmacy and then walk down here to grab something for the wait.
