Besides the amazing, enormous selection of amazing craft beer, the staff is incredibly helpful, patient, professional, welcoming and friendly. Keep an eye out for special events such as new releases or tap takeovers. Delicious, fresh food, simply prepared, made to order to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Quirky but comfy bar décor, a feeling of being in a clean, well-maintained frat house barroom. Limited(free) parking. THE #1 spot in Broward County for craft beer fans.

Decided to come here for dinner during a layover. It’s only ten minutes away(I’d recommend getting an Über as our cabbie seemed angry that we kept him from a longer drive/bigger fare) and totally doable if you’ve got about two hours between flights. The bartenders and waitstaff were so sweet and attentive. They have an outrageous beer list that’s always changing, but we enjoyed a Barrel of Monks trippel and a Sea Cow milk stout. For dinner I had a good burger and awesome hand-cut sweet potato fries. My husband loved his pulled pork sandwich and side of fried spicy chickpeas(called Hot chicks, which made me giggle). Skip Auntie Anne’s and the Landshark Grill at the airport. You’ll be glad you did.

This spot is ok. Nothing compared to its sister venue, Riverside Market. Approx 4 coolers of beer, and maybe 4 on tap. A couple of servers, a couple employees in the kitchen. Ordered drinks simply by letting the bartender know that I like belgians and have enjoyed trying some of the holiday beers lately. He picked two very good ones for me! Kudos to him, and he had many comments and reviews for interaction. Ordered a pizza, which is just as good as the original Riverside pizza. Get it, it’s delicious. So, 3 stars right now because of a few things:(1) it’s being compared to its original, and it’s not quite up to par yet(2) small venue(3) certainly not marketed enough… this space was taken over from Keg On 6th which didn’t get much attention either(maybe just not a good location for a bar/restaurant) and(4) the ambience is different than that of its original Riverside Market(although a difference is sometimes good I’m not sure given smaller venue and not being marketed if it’s a good idea right now. Maybe later on after they get on the map, change up the scenery from the other place). As always, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great beer selections.

I had a wonderful first time visit to this location(The South Location) Jerrod the bar tender was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable on beers. There was a female working the floor that was so lovely, I can’t recall her name but this was Wednesday the 6th early afternoon. The atmosphere is welcoming, food was great(I had the turkey meatball sliders) and the beer selection was on point. This is a must visit if you enjoy trying new beers, great service and enjoyable food.

If I lived in the area I would come here all the time. As soon as I walked in the door I felt welcome. The beer selection is awesome, and it was even better that the bar tenders really know their beer !!! Also food is good, music is on point and décor is fun.

I needed to drop my boyfriend off at the airport around 8pm, so we decided to head here to grab something for dinner beforehand. We arrived around 6:30 on a Tuesday evening. There were a few others inside, but they weren’t busy by any means. We opted to sit and the bar and were greeted by a very friendly bartender. She asked if it was our first time, and we told her it was, and then asked if we had ever been to their other location, and we told her we hadn’t bee(I know, it’s on my to do list). Since we were newbies she happily explained to us how things work. They have coolers full of about a million different bottles and cans of beer which you are free to grab at your leisure, and save the empties when it comes time to tally the tab. They a good number of beers on tap(not as many as the original location, but still, many). The bartender asked what I was in the mood for. Originally I had planned on getting a glass of wine(which they do offer) but with so many beer choices I decided to be a little more adventurous and told her I like fruitier beers. She suggested a mango saison and let me try I sample… I ended up ordering it, so I think she can read people’s taste well. From there we began to look over the menu. I wanted to try everything. I know Riverside Market is famous for their pizza, so that was automatically on the list. My boyfriend wanted tacos so there was another item. I knew I had to order the crab tots, and in the interest of trying a full array we also got the hummus sampler. I thought it was going to be too much food… and it kind of was… but I would do the same order again for sure. The bartender was kind and intelligent enough to split our meal bringing the crab tots and hummus as appetizers and pizza and tacos as mains. The food came out pretty quickly and we were enjoying our hummus. The platter comes with four: a sun dried tomato, a roasted red pepper, a jalepeno, and a garlicky one. I thought they were all great, and it was hard to chose a favorite. I like the spice in the jalepeno, but I think the sun dried tomato was the one I ate the most of. The crab tots, which came six to an order, had great flavor and I loved that they were served over a bed of arugula, with the aioli they could be eaten as tots or kind of like a salad. Our main courses arrived in perfect timing. I didn’t try the pork tacos, but they smelled great, and boyfriend loved them. He was only able to eat two of the three in the order, so Rita got some shredded pork when I got home and she was also a fan. The pizza definitely didn’t disappoint. I would describe it as New York style meets California Pizza Kitchen… those are both pizza styles I really like so I can say the pizza lived up to my expectations. The crust is thin, and there’s tons of gooey cheese. I ordered the«small» which is probably ten inches… and brought about half home… it was great leftover too. Our bill was a little over $ 50, so not a cheap meal necessarily, but we did order four things for two people and had enough leftover to make another meal. My beer was $ 5. I’m excited I found this place, and the location so close to the airport is great for a pre flight meal and drinks that isn’t fast food, or overpriced. The service is very friendly and the staff all seemed to actually enjoy working there and interacting with the customers. I even noticed one member of the staff ordering something from the kitchen on her break… when you work there and eat there, you know it’s good.

The menu is small but the food is great! It seems like they were going for a local neighborhood bar and they nailed it.

I am happy to hear that Riverside Market has expanded because it is a wonderful concept of a home town local neighborhood bar. This location is smaller than the one up north. Came here for a UnilocalEVENT and had a great time sampling beer and desserts. There are a few«parknfly» type lots around which is good after you get shuttled back from the airport, you can always grab a drink before heading home LOL.

Delicious Menu That Hit The Spot Before Going Brew Tasting! SITREP Since we were already here for an earlier brew-tasting & dessert event, we actually pulled the trigger on grabbing dinner here as well since it didn’t make sense for us to go on a wild goose chase trying to find something before heading up for Cherine A.‘s «Boynton Brew Week UYE». THESETUP Riverside Market South(Riverside) is a very engaging divy sort of place, but in a GOOD way! Close to the airport, it is in a more Industrial neighborhood than anything else, but when you think of it, that’s one of the perfect locations for a gastropub with a great basic menu: no real hassle with parking. THEMENU We all got different things: * Krys just settle on their(quite substantial) battered rings($ 4) * I got the Shrimp Po Boy($ 12) * Cherine got the Hamas… wait. I mean, HUMMUS($ 8 — and a little Pres. Candidate«Ben Carson» pronunciation-joke thrown in) * And Edwin pulled the trigger on the Pork Tacos(which by the look of it, looked like the best deal if you were measuring«cost» with«heartiness of the dish»($ 10) MUSIC I don’t recall there being any music. Unless some radio was on. PARKING Again, it shouldn’t be problem whether in the moderately-sized lot or just on the adjacent streets at the curb. THELOWDOWN Everything was tasty, and the price was very reasonable. So if you are in the FLL Airport hood and are looking for a quick bite — and perhaps one of their local brews — this is the perfect spot to pull into!

We went with a few friends on a Saturday night. Staff was really friendly and took the time to explain how everything worked. My friends wanted to try new beers and Jesse gave them perfect recommendations. We had the buffalo chicken dip, which was delicious and my friend had the north fork sandwich. He said it was amazing. Will definitely be going back. Also, the bathroom was clean! A huge plus in my book!

Want beer? Want great, friendly service that actually knows what they are talking about? Go in, sit down, ask about the beers your interested in and then happily drink to your hearts content, or until you need a cab! The budding food menu also looks very promising with a wide variety of items from charcuterie to po boy’s, you’ll be sure to find something you are going to like, and the perfect beer to match it! They also have beer fridges with a huge variety of local and national beers to pick from. They carry many of the local seasonal brews as well, so you can be sure to find your local favorite or find a new favorite you didn’t know about! You go look, pick it out yourself and pay later, couldn’t be easier then that!

We had the buffalo dip, shrimp po boy and mahi tacos. Everything was on point. The best part were the beers. For being as new as they are, they are killing it here with service and their menu. Will gladly come back here next time we’re in town.

My fiancé and I were actually trying to check out LauderAle and stumbled upon Riverside Market South. Being on Unilocal’s Top 100 places to eat, this was a score for us. The gastropub features more than 300 craft beers by the bottle, and another 28 on draft… get excited! SERVICE We were greeted as we walked in the door and told to sit where we wanted. The staff was very attentive, constantly checking in on us to make sure we were good. With over 300 beers on the menu, making a selection can be a daunting task. Being first timers to the gastropub, the staff took the time to help us figure out which beers to try. As you walk in, the bar area is to the left with seats at the bar and along the windows. Then additional table seating to the right. There are I believe 4 self serve coolers along the side of the bar/kitchen and towards the back, with cases of beer sprinkled throughout. FOOD/BEER We weren’t starving so just tried some small bites during this visit. –Crab cake tater tots-homemade lump crab tots served with a remoulade dipping sauce: delicious little bites of crab cake. Perfect size to pop them in your mouth. Great little starter dish. –Riverside Tacos– 3 slow roasted rotisserie pork tacos topped with pickled cabbage and pico de gallo: super tasty pulled pork!!! The taco was incredibly flavorful… the pork was juicy… the cabbage and pico took the taco to the next level. –Roebling Vanilla Espresso Imperial Porter– it was a little flat for me when I started drinking it, but as soon as it warmed up it got much better. Allowing it to get to room temp brought out more of the espresso flavor. Wasn’t bad! –Bell’s Expedition Stout– another good beer… had a nice thick body. Got notes of chocolate and roasted coffee when drinking it. I really dig the concept and the laid back ambiance. We were very happy with the food and of course the beer selection. Would definitely come back… can’t wait to try out the rest of the menu and more beers!

Had an amazing time at this quaint little restaurant. Andy helped us — she was incredibly helpful and really enhanced the already welcoming environment. They have a crazy amount of variety in their beer fridges, and, as a vegetarian, their black bean burger was delicious. Prices are reasonable. Will definitely come again when we’re in the area!

As always, superb beer selection. Had the Shrimp Po’ Boy and Onion Rings as well tonight. Save for being out hoagie rolls, the Po’ Boy was dericious! Really enjoyed the remoulade on the shrimp, as well as the shrimp. The onion rings were very good… way better than expected. Jessie is a good, knowledgeable bartender and a doll.

Great new beer spot near the airport with yummy food too! Lots of beers here on draft plus in bottles and cans. We had the spicy chicken tacos and OMG they were delicious! Very chill place with great service. Feels like a restaurant more than the original riverside market, which has more of a bar/hangout vibe.

Like it’s north/western sister riverside market south has all the touches one would expect but with some big differences too. They have much more on draft(about 28 drafts) they only have about 2 – 3 coolers for self serve right now.(They are planning on putting in a couple more) it’s a much smaller space in general. It has much more of a bar feel than the original location. The original location feels more like a store. A store that you drink in. They do have food(didn’t try any this visit). They haven’t had their grand opening yet so they are still getting set up and getting the word out. One of the great things about that though was it was not insane packed like the original always is.

We were leaving LauderAle’s 1 year Anniversary and wanted to keep the beer flowing so we headed over to Riverside Market South. I guess we were expecting the crowd that’s usually at Riverside Market on a Saturday evening so we were shocked to see that it wasn’t very busy. Worked out for us though because we got to sit at the bar and talk to the bartenders. It was nice to see some familiar faces from the original location. We wanted to try out the menu so we ordered the chips and salsa to start. Loved that the chips are served warm. We were told the pork had just come out so we ordered the pork sandwich. Delicious. Super flavorful and juicy and the fries were good too. Mark suggested the turkey sliders but they ended up being out of them; so, that’s on the list for next time. Hoping they start serving pizza since it’s a favorite. We asked about cookies and Mark was nice enough to have the kitchen throw a batch in the oven. Red velvet = amazing. I like that they kept the self serve coolers even if it is toned down a bit from the other location. The décor is great and the tap selection was good. Hopefully the Riverside Market vibe that we’re used to will carry over to the new place.

So far so good. Though not officially open yet I stopped by and they were serving beer. The old Keg on 6th is being reborn as Riverside Market South. Same on the outside and a brighter more lively interior. Already a great selection of beers and what sounds like a promising menu. This is all I can say now but will update in the near future after a couple more visits. Feeling really good about this place. Until later Cheers.
