Always love a good burger and fried and Five Guys never disappoints, especially when it comes to an overabundance of fries to share. My buddy from work and I came here before going to see a movie and were pleasantly surprised to actually sit down(not often is there a seat available due to the lines of people). We got lucky, because after ordering our food and finding a seat, about 20 people walked in behind us and it was packed beyond belief. It shows that if you put out a good product people are willing to wait in line for it and I haven’t had any bad experiences with Five Guys and I’ve eaten in several different states and had the same quality everywhere. If you like a lot of fried and good burger, you gotta try Five Guys at least once in your life(unless you’re a vegetarian, than it’s probably not for you).

Five Guys… you sons of bitches. I rarely ever eat fast food, but I was forced to consume this after a Patriots playoff game in January, since the only thing better that we could get into was the Panda Express. We came here with a party of eight and I’d like to start by saying that your food is by no means bad; but it is also not very good. After we placed our orders, you served us quickly. However everything went downhill from there on out. I ordered one plain hamburger with nothing on it, and when my food was ready, I opened the bag and found a hamburger, un-properly wrapped, with pickles on it. I do not like pickles. Yuck. When I expressed my discontent with the food that I was given and asked for them to «please make me another one», the man upfront laughed and said«take off the pickles». It is not as simple as just removing the pickles from the hamburger, sir. In my mind, the minute those pickles touched my hamburger it was ruined. When they refused to make me a new hamburger, I requested a refund, which they also declined. At this point I just decided to drop it. Then they messed up my cousins order too; that was it. I took my fries, dumped them on the table, and me and my cousin left. Everyone else enjoyed their food though. The five guys in Seabrook, NH was better than this(though I’ve only been there twice since it opened), and for a once-or-twice a year fast food experience, this was terrible. I am willing to give it a try again, because I have faith in it, but it was a truly awful experience. The Patriots did win the game against the Colts by a large margin, which still allowed for a great night; GOPATS!

Everyone that works here is absolutely incredible. I’m there all the time and they know me by name and order now. Their food is spectacular given that it’s technically fast food and fairly cheap. Yes, it may be a little more expensive than most fast food places for a burger, but it’s so worth it. Plus everything is fried in peanut oil, not grease. That doesn’t necessarily make it «healthy» but it’s certainly better than McDonald’s or Burger King. 5 Guys, my favorite burger joint around.

I am always on the look out for a new place other than Mcdonalds when I am feeling ill and want to clean out my system: if you know what I mean”…went here Friday, no line, ordered a burger shake and fries, for 14dollars… Shake was about what you would pay anywhere and the quality was good, fries, hand cut, very good also, the burger on the other hand tasted excellent but at the over 5 dollar price I think I will stick to Mcdonalds if I am going to do a French Connection run to the Mens room afterward…

Definitely a step above your typical McDonald’s/Burger King/Wendy’s fast food burger. Fries are good — and bountiful. It’s our go-to before a soccer match, especially given the other options at Patriot Place. There’s quite a bit of seating, but it’s at a premium on game days. We typically take our to go and go eat on a bench outside. Pro tip: Skip the line by ordering online. They have a smartphone app. You can specify the time you want your order to be ready, then just go pick it up, avoiding the line that typically stretches out the door.

We have been to this location several times and this has to be our worst experience to date. I ordered my small cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo and bbq sauce. There was so much mayo on it that when I unwrapped it, it practically fell apart in my hands. Everything was sliding all over the place and the top bun was a soggy, mashed mess. Every time I took a bite, I ended up with more mayo on my face than in my mouth. The tomatoes kept sliding off, so I eventually just pulled them out and ate them like a side. My husband had mustard and ketchup on his and while it wasn’t as sloppy as mine, there was still enough for three burgers.

I work at the stadium so this is a go to for lunch before work. The burgers are always fresh and cooked to order. The burgers are always juicy and the fries are awesome(though greasy). There are tons of toppings to choose from. There are boxes of peanuts along the wall so you can snack while you wait. Minus one star because it is rare to get somebody that speaks English behind the counter.

Its Five Guys, what does anyone really have to say about this place. The staff is nice, the place is always clean and they have the best burgers in the world. They’re not fancy, they’re just perfect. The bacon cheese dog is also incredible and more people need to try it. Throw healthy out the window and order one. Best heart attack you will ever eat

Just ate here and it was excellent. Bacon burger was fresh and hot. Fries were hot and very good. Would recommend this anytime. Service was excellent.

The food is consistent with every other Five Guys you’ve been to(which, in itself, is a testament to brand standards), and the system they put in place for game days is absolutely unreal. Queue management, order proficiency and table timing are uncanny. I mean, we’re talking one of four fast-casual eating spots beside a stadium that seats 68,000 New England faithful. And most are fiercely carnivorous! And of importance, the plain and simple fact that this location doesn’t jack up the prices to match the overwhelming demand — along with the same free soda refills you’d find at any other Five Guys — puts this locale at the front of the 5G pack.

I honestly didn’t get it. I stopped by there for a meal while I was working at Patriots Place, and was A: Expecting it to be cheaper, and B: Expecting the fries to be MUCH better. I found the price was a little off(not for the amount of food I got but the quality), and the fries were just kinda… gross…Maybe this is not the place for a vegetarian?

Definitely 4 stars for my cheeseburger(with lettuce, tomato, ketchup and jalapenos). It was huge, delicious and juicy. Everything I want in a burger… even if it did fall apart seconds after my first bite. The fries were okay… not awful or anything but kind of soggy and unmemorable. Yay for having Sprite Zero in the fountain machine… that’s a rarity! They were busy, but not swamped and I was a little turned off that the table we sat at had some crud on it. There was a girl with a rag but she must have missed our table. In any case, I was too excited about my burger on the way to really get bent out of shape over it. I’ll definitely hit up 5 Guys when it comes to the South Shore and review again.

Five Guys is an all-around solid burger place. The beef is fresh and flavorful, the toppings are very nice, and the fries(I always get cajun style) are soft on the inside. Service has been above-average and the facilities are generally clean(for fast food, at least). The peanuts are a pleasant bonus. My major gripe with this chain is that they wrap up the burgers so tightly in metalic wrap, that by the time you get a chance to open it, the bun’s steamed and soggy. Eating the burger becomes difficult with a soggy bun. The fries, while I like the soft interior, aren’t quite crispy enough, generally. It’s hard to compare with, say, In N’ Out because of the price point. The portions are somewhat larger at Five Guys, which is partly why it’s pricier. However, the quality is worth the price. But I’m still partial to In N’ Out. :-)

I love the burgers at Five Guys. What can I say, I just do! This location tends to get a bit of a line when there is any type of event at Gillette Stadium, if you go on a normal day you don’t have to worry about waiting in line. The service is fast, the food is good, plenty of toppings to choose from, and the mound of fries that you get is also impressive. Don’t make the mistake of ordering a large fry, the«regular» size comes with a brown bag full of plenty of delicious hot fries.

I expected alot more from Five Guys because of all the build-up from friends over the past year. I’m not saying it’s either terrible or spectacular, but it was good/ok. I like how you design your own burger and the complimentary peanuts as you wait. The fries were really good too and man, what a heapload! The guy taking our order was kinda snippy but if I’m in the mood for a burger in the future at Gillette, I’d go here again… hopefully, the other 4 guys are nicer. ;)

Generally I only get 5 guys when I’m completely hungover and in abject misery. That said, it does the trick. It will mostly help me over my hangover, but then stick me in a greasy meat coma. The array of toppings is impressive, but i feel they all end up tasting like greasy meat. The fries are great, and the portion size is ridiculously huge. Cajun fries have just a hint of spice. Service is fairly speedy, But the giant ketchup pumps always seem to be empty. And i have a fairly unhealthy ketchup addiction, that will keep me at those things pumping away for the quarter ounce of sweet sweet condiment that i might get out of it. Its a free work out at least.

It must be me — people talked it up, the lines were long, and everything was jumping. But the burger was mediocre, the fries were oily and bland(even when Cajun-ified), and I just wasn’t impressed. Better’n McDonald’s, sure, and with prices to match. I think this place is taking a free publicity ride and many of us are happy to go along with calling it a great arrival in New England — my taste buds just don’t buy the hype, though.

This is without a doubt the best option for eating in or around the Foxboro Stadium before a Patriots game. The food isn’t great but no one going to a football game is looking for fine dining. The burgers are big, juicy and reasonably priced. The fries are not great, something about the handcut with potatoe skin on them I am not a fan of. Basically you need to look at this as something to hold you over while watching the game. There is a good chance all the grease from these burgers will make you mess your pants during that game. The lines are usually really bad and the wait is even worse. There is a high probability that someone else will take your order becasue they are tired of waiting. Limited seating, especially right before a football game. The best approach is to have some hold a table while someone else in your group gets food. This establishment is one of the few that offers Mr Pib a truly underrated refreshment. I find the name a little comical in some situations, it always makes me giggle when someone says they tried five guys and it was fantastic. Hamburgers are never the first thing that come to mind… If you have ever been to a Patriots game all the things I have described are pretty much normalcy anyway so you are probably used to it.

Five Guys is not a place you want to go to too often, and this is only because these burgers are so good, but so bad for you, that you may put your own health at risk just to keep eating these burgers. Burger choices are pretty basic: Little Burger, Big Burger. Then with cheese, with bacon or plain. Most toppings are no extra charge, and they put them on for you, even condiments. They have a list of odder toppings for an extra fee. Malt vinegar and extra ketchup are available on the side for your fries. Service is pretty fast, and they give you a TON of fries, which are also delicious. Be ready to order when you get to the front of the line. The staff means business. Whether you’re hungover, starved or just looking for a quick lunch, these burgers are like manna from heaven. Perfect with just ketchup for me, thank you. If you have peanut allergies, DONOTENTER. They say so on the door. They have peanuts available to snack on, and shells are sometimes scattered on the floor. Décor is basic. Tiled walls, butcher block tables, open kitchen, with sacks of peanuts stacked along the walls. Honestly, I’m not sure what they do to these burgers to make them so good. They are juicy and hot, not wilted and limp. The toppings are fresh and crisp. Everything is full of flavor. I love them, but only every once in a while.
