This place is filthy. I wouldn’t recommend anyone eating here. If you are considering delivery… Rethink!

Food quality is horrible. I got sick almost immediately following my meal and haven’t eaten anything else today, so I’m sure it’s this food. From what I’ve read, I’m glad it was delivered to me and that I didn’t have to see the place. Everything was dry, overcooked and my meat had a very strange taste and texture.

Horrible, terrible, no good, very bad. Holy shit never again. I think this place is a cover for some illegal activity. The atmosphere is set up to scare customers away. There are never any lights on and the owners are grumpy.

Horrible place! Not only is the place filthy, you can see as soon as you walking how poorly they cook their food. We came in and asked for lo main and chow main… We got lo main and some weird onion chicken slime. The service was horrible. They didn’t say one word to us and they didn’t make sure the lids where closed, so obviously everything spilled on our way home. Would not recommend to any of my friends.

Straight up the place is nasty and there was not another customer when I walked in at 11:40 am. I placed my order and immediately checked the reviews while I was waiting. I would never advise to eat in. The food was actually decent. I That funny meat that we hope is chicken and not cat was in my dish. I looked online and found that there is a velveting process that makes the chicken that tender. So it’s not cat. I don’t know how many chinese dishes I threw out because I thought the chicken was cat! Will I go back — No. It’s not my type of place I was just hungry and it was there.

China Panda is one of those Chinese restaurants that does most business as takeout. There are a few sticky tables for customers. Eating utensils are plastic. The food is freshly prepared but nothing to get excited about. Ingredients are okay. Quantity and price are good.

Freshly prepared, «New York-style» Chinese food. If you like the Americanized Chinese Food(which I do), and are of the opinion that greasy hole-in-the-wall take-out joints are their own category(which I am), then you will love this place. It’s not authentic Chinese cuisine, and it doesn’t claim to be! I give it FIVESTARS based on what it is: Dirty, fried, greasy deliciousness.

Recommended by hotel. Charged higher prices than menu. Menu said combination would come with egg roll & pork fried rice. No egg roll. Came with white rice. Food was average. Nothing like paying more and still not getting what you wanted

I took a chance based on the hotel suggestion. Ugh ewe, I wish there was a negative. This has to be the worst food I’ve ever ever had. I ordered Kung Pao chicken and I honestly cannot tell if this is chicken or beef. I asked them to make it spicy, clearly no effort at all. Disgusting and nasty. When I called to ask where my hot sauce and tell them I was not happy with the food the woman actually yelled back at me. By the way, the delivery was fine. It was a cold cold night and I gave him a good tip. This review is no reflection on him. Just nasty horrible worst food I’ve ever had and a complete waste of money.

You are either going to love or hate China Panda. Good, Americanized Chinese takeout to order. The shrimp lo mein and shrimp with spicy garlic sauce was hot, fresh, and made to order. Egg drop was great with freshly made crispy noodles(so many places keep it under a warmer). Warning: Dining area is dirty and tables are sticky. You go for the food, not the ambiance

I’m guessing the high ratings might be from diners who have food delivered. I walked in to eat in the dining room and when I ordered my food at the counter, the kitchen and surrounding areas were, well — we are all friends here: nasty. My apartment kitchen during my college years was spotless compared to this. I decided to try it anyway, I was in the Marine Corps and survived some pretty adventurous food. But I wasn’t going to eat there on a sticky table. I took it home and ate it. I still don’t understand the high ratings b/c the food wasn’t great either. I had sesame chicken and the sauce was really bad. I threw away ¾ of it. I’d be interested in other recent ratings to see if this place was a gem in the past and went down hill. Maybe they’ll rebound.

I generally don’t like greasy Chinese food, but was very impressed with China Panda! We used to order their take out at my work, and I craved(and still do!) the egg drop soup. Nowhere in Nashville competes with it, and I wish it was still so close to me. Great job China Panda!

Not the greatest Chinese spot in the world. Pretty standard compared to everywhere you go. Bonus star for service when making larger orders. They always have my stuff cooked on time, fresh, and a few times they actually hooked me up with some freebies…

I have to drive past at least 2 other Chinese restaurants to get to China Panda and I do it willingly! They have by far the best Chinese food in the area, except for PF Chengs. This is my #1 lunch location in Franklin.
