Food was amazing but our waiter was absolutely immature and ruined our whole dinner. He rolled his eye at us and had a bad attitude. Definitely regret not talking to the manger about this.

The food was ok but the service was poor. I have ordered grilled shrimp before as a substitute to their fried shrimp. They never had issues before however their chef refused to prepare this for either grilled shrimp or grilled chicken. They have other grilled dishes including a grilled chicken skewer appetizer! They refused to make their dishes like this. I won’t be back.

Great dinner, AND, when they didn’t have any more of the dessert we had wanted, the manager gave us another choice on the house! Class Act. THIS is why we come back.

I have dined in at this location too many times to count and never had any complaints with service or my food while dining in. However, each time I’ve ordered take-out, my food has been lackluster. The first time I experienced lackluster take-out at this location, I thought it was a fluke. Mainly because of how great the food was each time I dined in. So, I gave them another try, several tries actually, with take-out. And each time, the food was drastically different in my opinion than when dining in. I always order the exact same thing whether dining in or carrying-out: chicken and shrimp fried rice. It’s kind of hard to mess that up. While dining in, my rice was ofcourse hot with plenty of chicken and shrimp. However, for take-out, each time my rice was lukewarm(even somewhat cold a time or 2) with very little chicken and shrimp. The last instance was yesterday where I had very small, almost itty bitty pieces of chicken(and only a few of those) that were quite hard to chew. There were only a few pieces of shrimp with mostly just rice. The whole meal did not taste fresh at all, as if it had been made earlier or sitting out. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of it, especially for the price and the fact that I had not ever had experiences like that before while dining in. I will still visit Chang’s at this location but for dine in only. I’ve had enough of their lackluster take-out.

Went there a couple times and I like their food. Their food is definitely not authentic but some of them are not bad. I don’t order anything like broccoli chicken fried rice since it is totally made up Chinese American dish and they are never tasty in any way(sorry). But their eggplant and fish dishes are pretty awesome. I tried their noodle once and it was average. Hot and sour soup was editable. I even went there for my birthday a few month ago and I am planning going back soon.

Worst service and food I’ve ever had at a PF Changs, ever. As someone who eats at PF Changs 2+ times a month, this particular location was a huge disappointment. The food sucked. The waitress was terrible. Even saying«well I don’t know what to tell you» when we had an issue with our food. The manager became involved and even though we each ate literally one bite before wanting to leave, he didn’t comp our meal. Needless to say, we won’t be coming back.

Look. It is what it is and I generally detest chains with no soul. However, this one has shrimp fried rice and Mongolian beef. Occasionally I have to indulge that craving. The rest of the menu you can keep drink plenty of fluids before and after as it is akin to eating a salt lick.

I thought it would be nice to have some hot and sour soup and a nice glass of Sauvignon Blanc at PF Changs because it’s really close to TJ Maxx where I planned to do some Christmas shopping. However, upon sitting down at the bar I was completely and totally ignored. Sat at the bar for several minutes at 1:45 pm on a Tuesday. No less than 5 servers passed by me and did not acknowledge that I was even there, a hostess also walked by without smiling or meeting my eyes at all. The bartender finally appeared, but she also did not greet me or even acknowledge my presence. There was only one other person at the bar, so being busy is no excuse. I was beginning to think that I was invisible, apparently the servers and bartenders here are not very well trained, and definitely are not paying attention. If I’m going to have a $ 50 lunch then I would like for somebody to at least greet me and say«I’ll be right with you» I was there for about 10 minutes before I finally got up and left. The manager also was not paying attention, as I had to tell him why I was leaving. He was polite and apologetic, but I don’t feel that that makes up for such a poorly trained and unfriendly staff. The food at this PF Changs is usually pretty good, if you can get someone to wait on you. I don’t normally write negative reviews, but this is not the first time that this has happened at this particular PF Changs. I did go to the one on West End Avenue for lunch last week and got prompt and friendly service.

First time at this famous chain and had a good experience. Not fancy and oh my– such huge portions! We shared the lettuce wrap with the ground chicken and crispy rice noodles. I loved loved loved it! That would have been enough haha. We also shared steamed pork dumplings. Dumplings were good! I ordered a chicken salad as an entrée and I liked it until I found a cut up piece of strawberry leaf, clearly a thing that should have been discarded from another dish. I stopped eating after this because I wasn’t sure what else I would find in there but the manager was kind enough to offer to replace it, I had enough food by then so the dish was complimentary. These things happen, not a big deal, but I really appreciated the kind and professional gesture! My husband had the orange beef, and oh boy that was good!

Our waiter was great; fast, efficient, and friendly. The kung pao beef was probably the best I’ve ever had; which, to be honest, I wasn’t expecting from a chain. It was delicious. They had a good wine selection and the dinner for two option was well priced and full of great options.

I admittedly eat here almost once a week, because I work nearby. I typically walk in and eat lunch at the bar. People don’t think of this place for lunch, so compared to other Cool Springs places it doesn’t get the rush. I can get in and out quickly! The steamed/fried dumplings and Chang’s Spicy Chicken are my go-to dishes. I also like their Honey Chicken dish, but it is heavier than the Chang’s chicken. The waitstaff has always been great to me, especially those behind the bar. I keep coming back because I know that I can eat well, and eat quickly if needed. They even have a lighter menu and craft beers on tap. Not your average chain restaurant, at least for this location!

Very disappointing experience– we wondered why we were the only people there at lunch on a Saturday, and now I know. We ordered from the lunch menu and were surprised at the size of the portions. When the bill came we found out why– they had stopped doing lunch on the weekends and had let us think we were ordering lunch. They also charged us $ 3 for a flat Coke we had to send back and never got a replacement for. Don’t be surprised when your restaurant stays empty.

We made a reservation. We took seat was pretty smooth. My son and husband both has allergies. They have a list for break down ingredients that was very nice. But I think the restaurant was under staffed, they took forever to bring drinks and appetizers. And they didn’t have edamame and white rice. The food were already cold and not so good. I had Mongolian beef(one of my favorite). It was overcooked. So disappointed overall, we were paying pretty good money for meal. But we can’t get what we want and decent food. I haven’t been PF Chang years. I always had a great experience in Orange County, CA. I hope only this location is not good.

Why am I just not a fan of this place? I don’t know. Years ago I took Chang’s off my dining out list because for one reason or another I just never seemed to like it. But after probably five years absent, this weekend hubby and I decided to give them a try since a) it was something different, and b) we have a new love of sushi, so I thought maybe my parameters were different now. Yea, nope. We had a crab rangoon appetizer, which is Chang’s world, is not sweet at all. The savory flavors were different, I’ll say that, but just not the yummy cream cheese decadence I was thinking of. I ordered two small plates for dinner, the Chicken Satay and their new Kaliedoscope sushi roll. The chicken was very plain and rather unexceptional, three skewers of grilled chicken with a slaw-ish side. The sushi roll was OK, but not nearly as attractive as the photo on the menu for sure. And it’s a small thing, but the eight pieces the roll was cut into, the last two were not even with the other six, and the last little tail of a piece honestly should’ve been discarded. If I’m paying $ 12 for a special roll, I’d like it to seem special… and this was not. Hubby had the Honey Shrimp which was quite good. But we both said everything about our experience we’d have been happier if we visited any one of four nearby alternatives… and in every case our bill would have been less, too. So nothing against them, just nothing really for them, either… it’s now off my list again.

I used to love go here! Unfortunately have decided to take a break or rather give them a break to improve! Their dynamite shrimps were to die for but lately the portion size decreased, sauce reduced and sometimes was given uncooked batter prawns !! I am hoping the next time(if I do that is) visit I am not let disappointed!

I came here for a solo lunch on Monday. I usually go to the PF Chang’s on Went End, but I was in the Franklin area already. As an ex-server, I know no one wants to wait on a one top, so I headed to the bar. I sat there for 7 minutes, and the bartender never acknowledged me. I did see her interact with all 4 of her other customers in the time I was waiting.(Yes, there were only 4 other people at the bar.) I was going to walk out but the thought of Chang’s spicy, delicious, addictive chicken made me stay. I went to the host stand, and I was sat at a table. Kimberly took care of me. It turns out it was her first day. She did a wonderful job, and she made up for the lack of service at the bar. I got the hot and sour soup, Chang’s spicy chicken and fried rice. They were all wonderful, as always. PF Chang’s has a great lunch menu. It’s a lot less expensive than the dinner menu, and your entrée comes with soup. The portions are smaller as well, but the lunch portion is just perfect for me.

My wife went out for dinner and a movie. Had not been here in a very long time. She had the Firecracker Chicken– apparently back from 2 years ago. Very different in that it is delicious. I had the Sea Bass. Portion was huge and came with what looked like a bushel of spinach. We realized we were going to be late for our movie and the server got us out fast. Great visit. Food was worth the price.

Saturday night at the peak dining hour and we wanted to eat«now»! I hadn’t realized, but PF Chang’s accepts reservations, and I was able to make them at 7:30 for just 30 minutes later — 8PM. That was great! They were hopping, and people were waiting for tables, as they always are in Cool Springs, but we were quickly seated. I hate that I can’t remember our server’s name, because he was excellent. He helped us with our wine choices, and quickly brought our drinks and appetizer order. The three men at my table inhaled the appetizers. I did eat one of the lettuce wraps, delicious as always, and tried one of the shrimp dumplings, which was ok but not really my «thing». Between us, we had honey shrimp, Mongolian beef, sweet and sour chicken, and beef and broccoli, as well as vegetable fried rice and shrimp fried rice. A massive amount of food, which we boxed up to take home(the leftovers). Everything was quite delicious. I wish there was more actual rice in the vegetable fried rice… and egg… but that’s personal preference of course. One of the wine glasses received was covered in hand smudges all over it which gave me the heebie jeebies, and the table was initially not clean enough, which our server attempted to remedy on his own without us having to bring it to his attention. Overall great dinner.
