Located in a newer development next to Sopapilla. We moved to the area and I’ve tried a variety of bar and pilates classes when we lived in Atlanta and Chicago. This is a nice mix and gives a good low impact workout. Its different than the Bar Method, but both are good workouts. I feel both are better workouts than the Bar Amped classes in other studios around town. The barre stick class has more of a Pilates reformer feel to it. They have a good variety of times, especially on the weekends and Sundays(which some other studios in the area are lacking). Keep an eye out online since they sometimes have special packages.
