We bought 40pcs chicken. We had to buy gravy for it. I know when you buy chicken gravy is included. Only on this branch i had to buy gravy separately.

We got the chicken bucket and a chocolate desert. The chicken was nowhere close to good… I’ve had soo much better fried chicken. This location does not live up to the name. The service time was also hugeeeee and there was hardly anyone there. The desert was nothing to ride home about.

I see the negative reviews but my recent experience was great. I ordered a huge amount of wings and the store manager(Danny) was very helpful. I had my food available at the time I said I was going to pick it up and everything was well received at my event.

I wish I didn’t have to give one star. This specific place always runs out of chicken, and isn’t ever willing to substitute for the chicken they don’t have. I’ve had to order from here 3 different times and each time, they got my order completely wrong. A nightmare you don’t want to deal with when you just want a cooking break and don’t want to settle for burgers. So disappointed. This place needs some serious revamping, management, employees, something. Smh.

This KFC needs alot of help. The staff mostly, they always forget to put something in the bag or they even give you the wrong drink, they are so rude. I went there one night and they were all cussing and yelling so loud it was so hard to enjoy my meal. I would never come back to this KFC.

After managing Kfc for 3 years, this one included I now visit them as a customer very often. Ever since I quit working with them my craving for KFC has grown, but unfortunately I can not come to this location anymore which makes me sad. I live closer to this one and every time I come now all of the employees are so rude. I’m not sure what is going on here. My order is always wrong too. Now I only go to KFC while at work in Cupertino because it seems all the KFC’s in this area are going down hill. It’s a shame considering I loved working for them and to see my old stores collapsing is just sad. However if I do have the craving in Fremont I will only go to the Fremont Blvd location, they are the only decent one in this area.

The person at the drive-through window talks so quickly you can’t understand a word he saying. After meeting my receipt I noticed they put large coleslaw. When I ask Benjamin at the window what kind of side is in the baghe abruptly stated I don’t know I didn’t pack it and walked away. I had it and take everything out to look for myself what was in there. Customer service here has gone from worst to terrible.

I used to go to this KFC every time I wanted chicken. The food was always KFC good, the service was acceptable and wait times were acceptable. None of this was superb — it was just good — but it was better than other chicken prep deli’s in the big stores. Twice now this year, I have ordered a chicken-only bucket, full mix(not just legs and thighs) and paid full price for it. Both times, I was delivered a bucket with the confirmation that it contained a full mix, only to find out it was legs and thighs. In addition, service is now slow and the chicken is super greasy. I go to other KFC stores, such as South Fremont, and do not have these issues.

I give it one star. First, the ground and chair is so sticky that it’s like a giant piece of flypaper and also the bathroom floor is so slippery that it’s like a skating rink. Only reason they deserve one star is because of the chicken leg.

I believe in 3 strikes. Even though the drive thru light was on, the rest of the store was dark at 8:40 The speaker did not work… Young man asked if I was ready to order… as I am giving my order he mumbled something and all was quiet. He again asks«are you ready?» I am giving my order, and again, all is quiet. I yell out«hello?» He asks if I am ready. I yelled out my order, and he mumbled something. Frustrated, I drove to the window. I ordered 3 $ 5 meals… but was charged $ 13. When I told him the order was wrong, he mumbled something and turned away. HENEVERCAMEBACK! My order has been wrong 2 times prior to this visit. This is the third strike. I did the on– line comments, but they seem to be unheard. This store is still dirty, napkins don’t seem to exist, and only one fork was given to an order that clearly needed 3. My family was amazed that I even went back, a little angry too. Very slow service and the employees always forget an item in the meals. They forgot my kernel corn. Anyway, Make sure to check your bag before you go. But they are nice people so I gave 2 stars and I didn’t want to make a stink over my forgotten kernel corn.

The only star is for their hot wings. I guess I am lucky enough to always get the good ones.(Not those bony ones) But this place needs serious staffs training. 50% of the time, they got my drive thru order wrong. Usually the mistakes were small items missing here and there, or wrong items placed. I usually let it go when i found out after I arrived at home. But this time, it was my main meal missing. Only side dishes were included. How could that happen??? Rule number one, check what you deliver to your customer! I guess they’ve never done that practice! So please, do all of your customer a favor, seriously, TRAINYOUREMPLOYEES!

Worst KFC ever. I was sitting passenger seat while my mother was ordering via drive-thru. My mother wanted to switch out an order she placed and the lady was extremely rude. She began barking and rudely said with a loud voice«ORDERWHENYOUREREADY. FIGUREITOUT». When we already had figured it out. We just wanted to up the amount of pieces. We asked for her manager, she said go ahead complain. I mean wtf what type of customer service is this. Don’t ever order from this kfc. WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEWHENITSJUST A DAMNFASTFOODPLACE. GETBETTEREMPLOYEESANDPAYTHEMBETTERSOTHEYSHOWSOMEDAMNRESPECTTOTHEIRCUSTOMERS. Yall got some shitty ass service. This happened on March 287:50PM. Their phone service is just as shitty as their service in person. Hope everyone reading this, can feel my anger towards this woman working at this place. That fat lady running the drive through needs to be fired and get slapped with some sense of respect. You guys are not people friendly. I had to make a Unilocal account just to b! tc* about their shit ass customer service. I suggest no one to give this location any business. Poor quality people working here.

I came back because the manager messaged me and asked me to try again but this time I came it wasnt much different. The food was okay nothing special better than last time it was just KFC chicken, however it was 16 bucks for a 8 piece bucket of legs and thighs… I just cant justify buying chicken for about 2 dollars a piece, like a drumstick for 2 dollars??? I dont think so… I would rather go to Cocos chicken across the street, at least that chicken I know is fresh. The chicken felt like it was sitting in a lamp for awhile it was pretty dead so I dont know. I probably wont ever be coming here again 16 bucks for 8 pieces of legs and thighs. I couldve gotten 4 chik fil a sandwiches!!!

My God, how did they get even worse than before? It was 9:01pm and I came here because most places were closed. I walked in and they told me they were out of chicken, potatoes, coleslaw, corn, and biscuits. I asked the server what they had, he simply replied, «Not much!» and walked away. If they were out of food, they should have just closed the place.

Very unfriendly place, greasy floor. Have you been in the restroom? The floor is so greasy that you can not stand to do your job. It was hot day, pretty warm in the restaurant, so I opened the door to let some cool air in and the employee keep go to the door to close it. After we are done with the meal he finally turn on or lower temperature. Never come back there again. K

The worst service EVER!!! Waited twenty minutes in the drive thru and when I got to the intercom… NO answer or reply for five minutes. Went to the window and the manager on duty saw me and pretended not to hear me. What!!! You forgot there’s customers in drive thru??? The worst. Negative infinity stars!!!
