Been to this Wendy’s couple of times and food was good. I would recommend this to give it a try.

Need a good reason not to go here? Need to know how rude and unprofessional this place is? Well look no further!!! WARNING: long review. There was more but I didn’t want to bore more than it would seem Can I give 0 ‘s? Please? Let me just say the manager Adwhali(I could’ve hear her, there was static on my phone) was a total bitch. Me and my husband went for the ghost pepper fries, we asked for two large fries with the sauce on it. When she handed us the bag, we could tell it was not in its traditional black plastic container that it’s been in since serving. We pulled around to see that she gave us a regular large fries in the cardboard containers with probably a tablespoon of sauce plopped on top which you will see in the pictures. So we waited in a line of about 7 people, which isn’t a huge deal if you worked in fast food like I have. I’ve worked at McDonald’s when my shift always revolved around the lunch time of the business buildings and the jr high school which all in all we had about 40 – 50 people easy. We always got shit done. We finally got to the front and my husband was very nice and asked if we could have the usual amount of sauce and if could be in the black container so it wouldn’t leak through the cardboard. I would’ve handed this woman a a box of Kleenex if I had them so she could clean up her snotty attitude. She told us that since they were busy we would have to ask for the container that it comes in. So does that count for everything else? So if your busy do you just plop everything in the bag? We told her it was a bit odd to have to ask for a proper container to which she continued to tell us «if you want the container you need to ask for it when you order it. You need to understand we’re busy.» Lots of ‘you’ messages, implying that this whole thing was because we should’ve known. I learned this is fast food, and also in counseling training. This is a big no no. She argued for another three minutes and gave us the fries with less sauce. We were just fed up and decided to call. I asked if the manager was the person at the window, the woman on the phone said ok and hung up. so I called again and asked the same thing and she just said I’d have to wait to talk to her, trying to explain I didn’t want to I just wanted to know her position, she hung up on me again. I tried calling after and they refused to pick up. Soooooo if your still reading, then you must realize that the nightmare isn’t over yet. Well my husband called the next day and she said all we had to do was bring a receipt and we could get it fixed. When we arrived, the woman who was at the window kept asking when we called. We told her when and she, in all her attitude said«well I was here and no one ever told me someone was getting a free meal, but if you say so.» And when she handed us the bag we decided to check while still at the window… and guess what. Zero… sauce. So when confronted she said there was no more. There was no arguing at this point. Not because we didn’t want to explain, but because when we turned to tell her she shit the window in our faces. It seems that this establishment only hires the bottom of the bin, the people who have zero idea of how to communicate with other human beings in a polite and efficient manner. Even though we had gotten less sauce in the first situation, if she hadn’t argued and just said like I have many times«I’m so sorry let me fix that.» This review wouldn’t have been written. I hope one day you can get as many Kleenex as you need, so you don’t have to be so snotty

I was so mad after they up sold me a soda and gave me one with a cracked lid. It was unmanageable hard to keep it from spilling in the car. Of course, after telling Felix 5 times about the lid, he spilled it all over the carpet. Who’s fault? Should put good lids on the sodas.

Came here the other night after a late shift at work and the guy taking my order must have been either new or didn’t know what he was doing. He assumed what size I wanted my order, didn’t wait for me to finish before telling me what my total would be at the window, and got my order wrong. When I got to the window, I corrected my order and was not given a receipt. I get home and check my account later, to find I was charged twice with a total of $ 30 for a #10 and a kids meal. I then called the manager who was no help whatsoever. Going to try and contact someone who can actually help me tomorrow. Bottom line: worst Wendy’s.

I just got a large frosty and 10 spicy nuggets what can go wrong? Well I got 1 spicy nugget and 7 regular nuggets a total of 8 cold nuggets and the frosty should have not be serve to customers because it’s all foam. Seriously ?? Its almost 12.30am and your employees turned off the frosty machine and are to lazy to fry more nuggets ?? The service was horrible too. The lady huffed and puffed when I asked for a cup on water, only gave me 1BBQ sauce and DIDN’T GIVEMEMYRECEIPT. I am calling corporate tomorrow morning.

I usually go to this Wendy’s only because I literally live across the street from it. Other than that, I wish I wouldn’t frequent here as much if it wasn’t so damn conveniently close. I don’t like going through the drive-thru mainly because each time I order there, they get my shit wrong. I’m pretty sure the kid who took my order was COMPLETELY new. I ordered the #8MEDIUMCOMBO which was the Chicken Asiago. Now, I normally get asked the question«would you like your chicken spicy, homestyle, or grilled?» and I didn’t get asked that question at all! I also asked for a MEDIUM sized Strawberry Iced Tea and a Caesar side salad. They gave me a SMALL drink and when I asked for extra salad dressing the girl in the back says«she already has one she doesn’t need another one». THEHELL?! This tinyass packet does not cover the salad, which is why i asked for another one. And when I asked the kid why my drink was a small one when I asked for medium, he said«I’m pretty sure you got the medium.» FOOL, I KNOWWHATTHEMEDIUMSIZELOOKSLIKEANDTHISAINTNOMEDIUM. I gave him the most pissed off look ever and drove away. When I got home, my sandwich had the HOMESTYLE chicken when I knew I should’ve made sure they gave me a grilled chicken. This Wendy’s needs to stop hiring dumbass people who can’t provide good customer service. UGH.

I usually like to go to Wendy’s when it’s late and I’m in the area. The food is usually better then descant. I had the worst experience with this cashier last night around 9:30pm. She took so long when taking our orders and made awkward intermediate pauses when asking what we wanted. I guess she most of been«high» or mentally ill because she referred to «beer» as a drink choice at least 3 times. I wasn’t sure if I was talking to a bartender or a fast food cashier. It became quickly apparent to me that she must of been flirting with me and my buddy. After the prolonged and unnecessary amount of time it took her to take our order she said it came out to $ 30.50. I don’t want to play games! I just want to eat! After about a minute or so of trying to get the real price out of her, she told me it would be $ 12. I felt some relief… it’s finally over I said to myself. No but it had just begun… She gets our order wrong! Then she proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay for the chicken sandwich I was suppose to receive. Can I get a courtesy call please and let me have a free sandwich to redeem yourself? But no. Bottom line: don’t ever come here if your tired and hungry after 9pm.

I really love the cheeseburgers and the pretzel burger. The fries are really good and has a good taste. I will definitely come back here for lunch. There is so much on the menu that has good quality burgers.

This is by far the WORST Wendy’s ever! The past 2 times I went through the drive thru they got my order wrong… not only do you have to get down and complain, they don’t even apologize or are nice enough to care. They have the worst customer service. That whole team needs retraining! P.s. You don’t like your job then quit! My recommendation go the the Wendy’s off automall.

Wendy’s does have good food! But if you do not like blue cheese stay away from the Strawberry Garden Chicken Salad! It is loaded with that nasty cheese!

The whole reason I went to Wendys was to get the kids toy in the kids meal. Mission accomplished and I found out they have free WiFi. Can’t vouch for the food to much. We get kids the cheeseburger meals for our grandmother. No ketchup. I think she liked it as much as any other fast food burger. I’ve not been to Wendy’s in over 15 years.

Been going here for a while and saw how this place deteriorated in terms of service and food quality. What really tipped me over was that I found a piece of HAIR in my side salad! And when I asked the crew member who was cleaning the tables, she didn’t even speak english! Didn’t bother to confront anybody else and decided to leave. This place is shady… DON’T GOHERE.

Customer service was excellent on my visit. Guy was very nice and fast. Food came out hot and fast as well. The reason for 3 stars is the place is filthy. Tables need to be cleaned floor needs to be cleaned. Think I need a shower after being in here. So if they got there act together would give it 5 stars.

Cleanliness seems to be an issue here, and today I was in no mood. Nor did I appreciate the jerk who counted out napkins to me as I asked for them. Seriously? Who asks a patron how many napkins they need then counts them out? They are napkins and I had a child with me. A stack dude. A stack.

Came here for about a week now with their coupon in the mail. Sometimes if you go in mid afternoon the front counter is under staffed and you can wait quiet sometime before you can order and more time before you get your food. Overall it’s pretty clean, staffs are very friendly. One thing I like is in the afternoon there are a bunch of senior citizens like to hang out at this place, which is a deter for the high school kids to come into this place since there’s a HS just ½ mile down the street. also this is the place I go when I crave their dollar menu Chilis.

I ordered a frosty float with orange Fanta. When we got the float it had chocolate frosty instead of the vanilla like the menu picture. It might not have been too bad with root beer or coke or something, but who in their right mind thinks chocolate ice cream in orange soda is a good idea? Guess you’ve got to be really specific and double check your order with this location.

Never again! We just came from this Wendy’s on our way back home from a disappointing A’s game(a little after 10pm and at the drive-thru) and we will never come back here! We should’ve driven further south and gone to the Wendy’s on Auto Mall Parkway instead. They have better reviews. Wish I was able to check the reviews before we got to this place. I asked for a hot n’ juicy burger with no cheese. The guy who took my order even entered no cheese on the screen. When he gave me my bag of food, I wanted to ensure that there was no cheese on my burger and sure enough there was cheese, so gave it back. Seems like they are consistent with messing up on orders per previous reviews. When I got the burger back, I took a quick peek and saw that there was no cheese so I was happy. However, when I took a bite into it, it wasn’t tasting as good as I’ve had before in a different location. I had something a bit slimey, maybe it was the onions or maybe another thing that came to mind which made me spit the burger out. I took a look inside of my burger and there were remnants of cheese in my burger. Mind you that wasn’t the reason I spat it out. The girl who I had heard responding back to the order taker when he gave my burger back, just scraped the cheese off of the burger they originally gave to me. That is so bad. Have some pride in your work! Never again!
