My favorite wings are lemon pepper and atomic. I love how crispy the skin on the wings are. Also, most of the time their Cajun fries are good. There are times that the fries get a little too soggy. Overall definitely my go to place for fried chicken wings.

This is a good location to have one of my favorite place, Wing Stop’s are pop up everywhere which is good for me, as I do adore the wings and«crack» fries. This location is really no different from all the other location I have been to in the past several month. The location is well lit, has plenty of parking especially during lunch hours. I am always very happen to find a packing spot really quick to get my food. When you walk in you will find employees that are happy to serve you. They have always been able to helps other decided, like their menu is that big. The floors are maintained and kept clean, not sticky like other restaurants I have been in. When you place your order, your food is cook right then, which means you will have a small waiting time for your food unless you have ordered it ahead of time(which sometimes is a good idea). The soda machine is one of the newer machines from Coke Cola, which means you have have the best selection available to mankind or womankind, depending on how is pouring the drinks. When you do get your food, it is always hot and fresh, I never had a problem with wing or drumsticks, so one or the other is good. Plenty of napkins available and of course the restroom to wash all the delicious sauces from your hands when you have to get back to work. The restroom here is very clean, which means you can enjoy your business in the level of comfort. If you are coming here in a rush, then you make sure to order ahead of time by their website, app or calling ahead. Otherwise no complaining about the wait for your fresh, cooked to order food. Great location, good staff and good food. I highly recommend this location.

Another Wingstop, another satisfied fat kid. It’s a franchise, they do their best to keep everything consistent. This was like any other day. Our wings were great, staff was friendly, and we got it all in a good amount of time. If you don’t get all that I can understand a lower rating… but if you do and still rate low… what else are you expecting?

The service was incredibly slow and the employees particularly rude. I decided to give Wingstop a chance since Buffalo Wild Wings came to Pacific Commons. I was the only customer in the place and it still took 40 minutes to make 50 wings. The employees also seemed angry that I ordered 50 wings! I will never comeback here.

Wtf Wingstop. I love you so much… But I have been very disappointed with my last visit. I would rate my last visit a 1 star but I can’t bare to give them such a bad review. So I ordered 20 traditional wings and what happens? Every single piece was a drumstick. Not a single wing to be found in here. Wings are my favorite and I don’t mind if it’s mostly drumsticks but ALL of them drumsticks? This can’t be a coincidence. Did the guy on the phone get my order wrong? Probably. The cashier was super friendly but friendly doesn’t change the order :( Seriously so sad right now.

My 3rd time at this location. Awful experience, I ordered a 6 piece combo at 5:28 pm. Several people came in after me and ordered. At 5;48 I realized that those people were getting their food but I’m still waiting! Associate«Cheyenne» chose to ignore me, and manager«Kevin» doesn’t have the skills to deal with an unhappy customer. He wouldn’t try to find out what happened or take any responsibility. He just said We are waiting on your fries. I told him you’ve been handing out fries right and left, he said«well that’s what the cook said». At 6pm I got my order and left the store very disgruntled, a good manager would be proactive and make sure the customer is happy.

The first time, I ordered my usual, 10 piece classic wings, all with Lou Rub and a side of hot buffalo sauce. What I received was 10 piece classic wings, PLAIN, with Lou Rub and hot buffalo sauce on the side. Today, I ordered the same, this time I had to wait 20 – 25 mins for my order, yet, those who arrived and place their orders long after me, received their orders in the minimum abount of time and before I received my order. But, when I complained, the girl behind the counter had the nerve to tell me they ordered boneless, which is a lie because I heard him order 8 classic wings. I will NEVER frequent your establishment ever again and go where I’m appreciated as a customer.

Worse wingstop I have ever been to. Messed up my order and when I told them that my order was wrong. They suggested that I buy something else. Staff is unfriendly and doesn’t know what to do in these sort of situations. Ended up paying for some boneless wings even though I didn’t want them.(I was just starving). If you end up eating here, do not order the boneless wings. They are dry flavorlous, hard. Just disgusting. 0 stars if I could.

The hot wings are hot! Both spicy and temperature hot. For my tastes, this is a great place for a snack. But as a dinner or lunch spot, I would feel something was missing. Louisiana rub and garlic Parmesan are favorites for my family. Beer is available too.

The service was horrible, this location is exactly like the union landing location. This was my second visit to this location because I love Buffalo Wild Wings and I thought I give this location another chance since I live 10 minutes away, but I left disappointed again and it was on my birthday too, which made it worse… The staff in Fremont needs to go to a customer service training class or here’s a thought don’t work with the general public… I highly suggest going to the Dublin location they have an amazing staff!!!

A little disorganized but one can’t beat the wings they serve. This is a place to order for a party let it be a Super Bowl one or just a get together for friends. The options they have are some of the best I have seen around any place.

Love the online ordering. Could use a bigger dining room. Cheaper than going to buffalo wild wild wings.

The service I give a serious 5 stars! The food, I give it about 3. It’s ok — not the best wings, but not the worst and I would definitely come again to try the other sauces. Our to-go waiter suggested a bunch of different sauces and buffalo Mac n cheese, and we ordered it all. He was that enthusiastic about the menu, which made a difference too. The place was clean and there are tvs everywhere. The location opened in December so it is fairly new. We went on a Monday night and it wasn’t too busy. I bet on game nights though it could get pretty busy! Caution! Lastly, I vote for spicy garlic all the way. French fries are just normal fries, but the fried mushrooms on the happy hour menu were definitely worth it. Yum!

Perfect spot to catch the Sharks games. They stay busy and seating is limited but if you go at the right time then you get prime seating. They only have two TVs… or is it three??? Well two or three but since the seating area is not so big, it works out just fine. Their wings are really, really good. My favorite is original hot and the one I would not get again is the lemon ones. The lemon ones are super greasy. I love their soda vending machine with all the coke flavors and can’t get enough of their veggie sticks. Their customer service is always friendly and approachable. Highly recommend.

This is probably the worst experience I have had at a wing stop. The boneless chicken wings had too much batter to chicken ratio and were dripping with oil. In addition to the lackluster food was the stale customer service. I know you are probably at the end of your shift, but is a smile and some manners too much to ask? Will not be coming back here. (Wish I would have snapped a photo of the chicken. It was so crunchy! Not nearly as good as the decadent chicken wings I am used to receiving at wing stop) I would recommend another location.

The wings taste OK, but the wings at Wing Stop are all anorexic. I like me a chick with meat on er’ bones. The fries are tasty though. You are better off finding a Korean or Chinese joint that does wings. SmokeEaters also does amazing wings.

Came here on a busy Saturday to sastify my food craving for wings. I decided to order to go so I can enjoy my food at home without the busy crowd. I ordered a 20 wing combo with original hot, lemon pepper, and terriyaki. The sauces they put on their wings are okay but I am so disappointed by the quality of the wings!!! I don’t know if its becase they were busy or what, the wings were overcooked and dry. Every bite of the wing was extremely chewy and hard, not to mention dry. It is sad to see this place’s quality go downhill. Overall, I will not be returning here due to the poor wing quality, especially for a place that specializes in wings!!! Service was friendly though

I come to this location since it’s on the way. The staff here is very nice and they do suggest flavors as well as explaining the menu. I usually get either Garlic Parmesan and Louisiana Rub, I am so happy that they brought Mango Habanero back! If you love spicy, you’ll love it! It’s sweet and spicy and it’s definitely my favorite of all. I hope they keep it forever. The other two flavors are good, too. Louisiana Rub also has a small spice kick, which is nice. Garlic Parmesan is your typical flavor and you can’t go wrong with it. A lot of people like Lemon Pepper but I think it’s a little too lemon-y for me. Overall, I always have a good time at WingStop, no matter the location cause the food taste pretty much the same(for me at least) and that the wait is the same as well. You can also call ahead of time so you don’t have to wait as long but you can’t do that if you’re ordering 30 wings or more.

Knowing how much I love chicken wings, it’s a miracle I haven’t stopped by here since it’s a relatively short drive for me from home. In fact, I haven’t been to Wingstop since… college. O_o does that make me old??? Anyways…lemon pepper by far is my favorite flavor here. Crispy, tasty, and just the right amount of seasoning and the bbq flavor is a distant second. And we also got the Hawaiian but it was a little too saucy and sweet for my taste, so I wasn’t too crazy about it. The wing sizes are pretty big but I guess that can vary reading from the reviews… And if you’re going to make a stop here, they have 50 cent boneless wings on Monday/Tuesday nights(minimum order of 10).

Cajun, lemon pepper, and BBQ. I’ve tried all of the flavors so far, and these three are the reason I keep coming back. The atomic is exciting, but I think I’m a one-and-done. It starts off manageable for the first few bites, and over the course of the next few minutes proceeds to completely destroy your mouth. I’m a huge fan of spicy food, but if you can’t taste anything for the next few days I say you’re no longer worth it. Mango habanero is better at Buffalo wild wings, so don’t waste your time. The magic soda machines are also rather entertaining.
