I am not fond of the drive thru entrance because you gave to circle the store to get in line or you make the awkward u-turn into the drive thru lane that some people misjudge and hit the curb. I typically just get my ice cream cone fix. I like their soft serve. I don’t care what anyone says! They’re fast, efficient and no tummy aches. Wins all around.

Very clean and spacious! I come here about once a week for in and out lunch. The staff are friendly and the place is not as crowded as other McDs. The good is average what you get and McDs. You can tell the manager really cares about the hygiene of the place.

Great customer service, terrible FOOD! I have tried this location three times. The oil is never changed, so the fries are dark and cold. Ridiculous!

I often go to this McDonalds location in the morning on the way to work. I love that they are extremely fast and accurate. Food quality is typical for McD and service is generally above average. If you’re in a hurry, this is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat and drink thought the 2-lane drive through.

Beautiful inside, but terrible service. The lady at the register was texting on her phone and when I asked if they were still serving breakfast, she looked at me and said ‘WHAT?’ Really loudly. I said never mind and walked away. Didn’t buy anything.

This is the best McDonalds on the west side of 75. My food is usually fresh, the store is clean, and the staff is ‘usually’ friendly … What else can you ask for from a cheaper than dirt fast food restaurant?

No longer has dairy free options on their chicken menu. Save yourself and go to chickfila for their dairy free grilled options. At least they don’t throw them in the fryer with the milk products. Shocking to me how bad these places are getting.

This African lady with a heavy accent working the drive thru literally screamed at me for not asking for cream and sugar for my coffee when I placed my order rather than at the window. She spent more time talking about it not being on the screen than just giving me what I asked for. So rude! I rarely ever go to McDonalds anyway but this experience makes me want to stick to Chick fil a for breakfast for good because they always have excellent customer service !!

This is the best McDonald’s in the area. Food was super speedy. Restaurant was very clean. The inside is huge with lots of seating space.

I generally go across the street to CFA or Whataburger, although, this day, I was in the mood for McDonalds. I haven’t eaten here awhile. Now I know why I stopped going to this chain. Service sucks! Other fast food places such as the two I stated above, have culture in place that emphasizes good customer service. McDonalds does not, and hires people that are incapable of providing it. Not only is McD’s food not as tasty(except their fries), their customer service as a company has gone down the tube. No wonder their company revenue has plummeted. Yet, up and coming chains are dominating. If you own stock is this company… Sell! It’s over for them.

Sometimes the fries are fresh, other times they’re mad cold. Today, they were mad cold. Ugh. Aside of that it’s okay. I’ve never really been inside. (Note: Been here twice… not a fan of McD’s but when I’m waiting to get paid…)

It’s McDonalds, they’re all the same right ?? Wrong! I won’t bash any other locations, but I will say that some other locations including one about 5 miles south of this one on 121, should take notes! The service and quality at this location are outstanding. You can really tell that the franchise owners and management group have trained their staff to go above and beyond. Consistency, Quality, Speed and Customer Service are sometimes forgotten in the fast food industry but this location has never let me down. The quality is outstanding regardless of the time of day and are extremely fast and efficient to process orders in a timely manner. Most importantly the customer service deserves 5 stars! They really show genuine concern for their customers and do the little things that you wish every location did!

This was my first visit to this location; The O’Reilly franchise usually does a very good job in all aspects, and at least as far as the drive-thru is concerned, this is no exception. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches, paid promptly, and they went to the next window. They handed me a bag, but before I drove away, I thought it felt too light, and indeed, there was only one sandwich. I asked for the other one, and it was quickly provided in another bag. Both tasted great and were fresh. The grounds were clean and well kept, and the staff seemed cheerful and friendly. Other than the minor service glitch, this was a winner for me.

Wasn’t happy with service at all… I walked in, to a nice quiet environment, gentleman at the counter seemed distracted through out my whole visit. I ordered my food, asked for no cheese no onion and wasn’t given a receipt with my change, I figured he’d give me cup drink with my order since he told me they could call me when my order was ready and would get a receipt at the end. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and came back. Same guy who took my order asked if he could help me(really? I left not even 2 minutes ago!) assistant manager I believe was the one who nudge my order in the bag on the counter and left, the guy gave me that… but failed to give me my cup for my drink. I asked for my cup to which he replied«oh, you didn’t get one?»(really?) Just felt like I was being rushed off… they weren’t even busy at that moment… I prepared to leave after getting drink and napkins… then looked for ketchup bags, they only had behind the counter, which I understand, but they didn’t ask me if I wanted any since my order was To-Go. I went back to ask for that, then went to my car and found my order DID have cheese. Had to go back, by then there was a line, but remained patient. Went up to ask for my money back. Same guy who helped me called the assistant manager(I believe) and she asked what was wrong so I explained in detail the food order mistake plus all the wrong points(that hopefully they can learn from) she asked if I had a receipt… explained to her the guy never gave me one… refunded money, left, might not come back to this location again… too much of a hassle. Wendy’s is just around the corner :)
