Taco Bell

1. The lobby portion of the Taco Bell we went to was CLOSED 30 minutes before the store hours posted outside.
2. We had to drive through the drive-​thru window to find out they were «cleaning» the bathrooms and had to close the lobby THIRTY MINUTES early, which is RIDICULOUS.
3. Cashier was short and did not make eye-​contact after I had asked why they had locked both doors early (THERE WERE EVEN CUSTOMERS INSIDE THE LOBBY, so why lock the doors early? Did they not want our business?).
4. She crumpled up our receipt and I had to ASK HER for the receipt and she tried to print another receipt out, but failed to do so, which made her and her coworkers extremely incompetent.
5. I’ve NEVER had such a terrible experience at Taco Bell.
6. We ordered 2 combos and both of them come with tacos and we only received ONE.
7. The only thing the two employees demonstrated at this location is incompetency and we will NEVER return to this franchise.

I mean it’s Taco Bell… you’re coming here for cheap food, and a lot of it. That’s exactly what they give you. It tastes like what you’d expect: pretty good, but you know you’ll probably regret it later. You get what you pay for. Good for a quick, cheap meal.

Absolutely disgusting lobby, employees barely speak English and are incredibly rude. Order was incorrect and looked as though it was thrown together in bag like trash. Will never eat at this location ever again…

I’ll be honest, this review is slanted heavily towards my recent visit to obtain the new breakfast waffle taco. I found out at this same visit, somewhat by accident, that you can get «regular» soft flour tortilla breakfast tacos as well, and they’re pretty cheap. They accidentally gave me one instead of the waffle taco, and while it looked tasty, I really wanted the waffle taco, so I asked them to fix it.
Upon opening the taco, it was, well, not quite as visually appealing as the ads (shock!). The waffle wasn’t very exciting; I expected a bit of sweet taste, but it was 100% savory, relying on the supplied syrup cup for sweetness (not very convenient for driving and eating). The sausage was a round patty which just didn’t fit the taco correctly. The eggs were fairly light and fluffy, and combined with the cheese, helped elevate the «sandwich».
All in all, though, it was far from a worthy competitor to my favorite breakfast sandwich, the McGriddle at McDonalds. But don’t take my word, try it out for yourself.

2013 is a good year for them now I guess. I was a little apprehensive to go in from the previous reviews but restrooms were clean, place was clean, greeted nicely by gal at counter, order was right and yummy, Sierra Mist drink was cold a clear, overall good visit :)

Can they get an order right?
We have been going since they opened and have yet not to experience some problem. The food is poorly prepared, even for a Taco Bell, which shouldn’t be difficult. The staff can be downright rude. Sometimes they can’t even get the drinks right.
One time; their machine was down at the drive through and they had me sit there until I got so frustrated I pulled up and asked «what’s up». They couldn’t be bothered to put up a sign or walk to the machine and relay the orders. They just sat at the window waiting for the customer to pull up.
