I went there with my family for lunch on Saturday. Staffs were friendly and eager to help you get your order in. Place/deco is very bland. It felt too utilitarian and not cheery enough. Whataburger I ate was decent sized but that’s about where all the positives end. It reminded me of Whopper from Burger King but with less flavor. Fries were ok. Overall, it was just ok. I think there are lot of other burger places with better value.

I would definitely recommend going in to order! They are very friendly, but my husband and I use the drive thru more than going in. I don’t think there has been a time when we went through and they got our order right. Every time we go in the drive thru they always miss something. But the general manager is always nice and handles the situation very well.

I have to admit that I am a big fan of Whataburger. This particular location is near my home and a Lowe’s that I frequent. The start to many of my weekend projects is a visit to Lowe’s followed by a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Taquito at Whataburger. I always go into the restaurant instead of just going to the drive through lane. The restaurant is always clean. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The music playing over the speakers is what I would choose.

Good service! The only part I am not sure about is how slow they are. It’s always packed at night especially, so expect to wait for about 20 minutes. Overall, great food! Breakfast starts at 11pm, which is pretty awesome. This is the best one I’ve been to so far.

Service has always been pretty good here. A few times the staff has gone out of their way to make our visits better with their politeness. It has kept us coming back to this Whataburger over others in the area. Thanks!

Stopped by here for a quick breakfast. I really wanted a hot tea but unfortunately they did not have it. I ordered the sausage breakfast sandwich. It was surprisingly good. Could have done with an English muffin instead of a regular bun but that is my preference. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was not busy so got waited on right away. The place was also very clean. Will definitely get breakfast from there again.

I’m not one to complain but I just got home this place and I order a tea with my meal and the guy gave me a tea filled a little more than have way with no ice and a hole in the freaking cup.

I love Whataburger. Always have. Always will. Never a bad experience. The burgers are the best anywhere for fast food.

We’ve been to this location a few times and it has not disappointed. Food is always fresh, hot, and tasty! The staff is so friendly and they look happy to be there! That is rare for fast food these days. I just love their staff! The icing on the cake… thus place is always clean! That is another rarity these days!

Have been to this location many times. The food is consistently good. Burgers are hot and fresh. Special orders, such as grilled onions or Texas toast, have always been correct. Lettuce is always fresh(not limp and brown — one of my pet peeves). Fries are fresh and hot with the right amount of salt(lots, LOL!). The drive thru experience at Whataburger can be a bit slower than some places but I suspect that this is because Whataburger welcomes special orders. Breakfast is also good. The morning manager is very friendly and the coffee is hot and fresh. What more could you ask for in a Whataburger?

For a fast food joint, you can’t beat this Whataburger. The staff is always friendly, service is swift, and the restaurant is clean. The food is made to order and you can taste the difference versus other places that keep premade food warm.

This Whataburger is excellent. It’s always clean on the outside(I’ll confess, I’ve never been inside), and my order is always taken by friendly folks and filled the same way, I’ve probably had breakfast more than any other meal, and the items are always fresh and well made. Just today, I had a sausage breakfast-on-a-bun, and the sausage was tender yet well cooked, and the fried egg had just the right amount of «tooth». My only complaint on the BOBs is that the bun is a little too substantial; I wish it were a little thinner. As for lunch/dinner, I’ve had the A-1 Thick and Hearty burger here when it was«in season», and it was great. Just the right amount of A-1 sauce, and meaty and cheesy. They have a functional NFC reader at the drive-thru that I can use the Google Wallet feature of my cellphone with, and it not only make payment convenient, it amuses and fascinates the employees. It’s a win-win! Finally, it’s super, super easy to get in and out of if you’re going south on the Sam Rayburn Tollway service road; no crazy U-turns or lights or stop signs. Unless you’re wanting something healthy to eat, this is about as good as it gets.

It’s okay. Would be better if they would listen when I say«no bun oil!»

Just can’t figure out the attraction to this chain. The only thing I found to be consistently decent is the grilled chicken sandwich. Everything is just plain«plain».

I visit this location probably 3 to 4 times a week for breakfast on my way to work. I have tried all their offerings, however, the sausage, egg and cheese on a biscuit is a little piece of heaven ! Honestly, I would nominate it for the best fast food breakfast sandwhich in the U.S. !(and I’ve lived all over the U.S.) What makes it special is that they make it fresh as you order it and they CRACKEGGS ! This is not some processed egg mixture. It’s the real thing ! And the biscuits, WOW ! They brush butter on top of the biscuit before they serve the sandwhich which gives it the most delicious taste on the first bite through the last. The staff in the morning have become friends and they always treat me and the other customers I see there with respect and courteous service. I LOVETHISPLACE !

Went to this location, on Saturday at noon. Usually Whataburger is excellent, but on this occasion, it was far from it. I walked in and saw a line of about 8 people waiting to order, and about 10 in dining area eating or waiting. I almost walked out and went to Wendy’s. I should have listened to my conscience. It took 3 minutes to place my order, and another 7 to get it. I ordered the new chicken bites, never having ordered them before. They were cool and tasted as if they were made 30 minutes before. I thought the value of the meal was way short of the expectation I had. The fries were on the end of their edible time and were not appetizing. Not exactly sure what the problem was, but the staff seemed out of sync. They were serving low quality food at the prime time for lunch. The manager was ordering them around and the assistants were trying to increase the flow, but still I did not have a good experience. Haven’t had a problem here before, so I guess ill have to give them another try,

My kids like whataburger but frankly the food makes me ill. The variety is good and it’s their strength. It kind of reminds of the quality you get at Sonic. kind of «plasticy» tasting. To each his own i guess if you’ve acquired a taste for it, I suppose you can stomach this food.

Got the Whataburger with wheat bread, swiss cheese, grilled onions, tomato, lettuce, mustard, and pickles. Next time, no pickles! I don’t really like pickles. But the burger was delicious! The patty’s flavor is something indescribable. I love in-n-out back home in socal, but to compare the patties, whataburger is a definite win. I wish they had it in socal. But in-n-out is still pretty bomb. The first meal I had when I got to Texas(first time also!) Oh! and the burger is pretty big but thin. I think next time I’ma get a double double! :P

This is what a Whataburger is supposed to be. The burgers and fries are always hot and freshly made. I love this location!

having been born and raised in texas, i have had my fair share of whataburger experiences. this location has to be one of the best locations that i have been to! not only was the service(in the drive thru — to boot!) was excellent, the fries were fresh and the coke zero had the perfect amount of carbonation to it! i mean seriously, for me to get onto to Unilocal and review a whataburger– you know it has to be a good one! so if you are in the neighborhood, don’t hesitate to give this place a try!
