If you are looking for great phở and Vietnamese food, this is your place. Quick service, made to order, and very flavorful. They will adjust the spiciness to your liking. The beef soup is amazing and the chicken noodles are equally as great. They do full service dining as well as take out. You won’t be disappointed.

Not good. Very disappointing. They use too much MSG in their Phở broth. The phở doesn’t even smell right. The ingredients are not that great. Their bun is okay but the fish sauce isn’t well made. Their egg rolls are bland. Their rice dishes aren’t anything special. I have been to a few other Phở que Huong locations and they are decent, this one is just no good. It kills me that there is no other Viet restaurant close to my house sometimes I just crave some Phở or Bun Bo Hue or Bun Cha Gio Bo Nuong but this place is not good. I always feel sick after eating here — tried 3 times now everyone was awful. Obviously Dallas is not going to have as good Vietnamese food as Orange County, California, but this is disappointing. Also, any Vietnamese restaurant that has an English only menu is a joke. Should be in Vietnamese with translations. These people have no idea what I’m ordering or saying. Sad!

I am posting my same review for this Frisco location. I go here from my home… I go to the Preston one from my work location. Both are equally good, the Frisco one just having a slightly more updated look and feel with the décor… I love this place for quick lunch or dinner, it has replaced my fast food drive-thru trips for burgers and tacos… there is so much flavor in this food! Lucky I had a Vietnamese friend to show me around the first trip, but I haven’t gone wrong with anything I’ve ordered. I like that it is quick and casual. The service is usually very prompt and the food is pretty quick. Their kitchen and dining room seem well staffed. Great place to meet with a friend for lunch or dinner. It also appeals to my cheap side, $ 6.50 for a bowl of phở with real slices of beef(brisket & flank is my favorite) or with meatballs. That alone fills me up, even being a pretty big guy, but sometimes I’ll get the large for $ 1 more or an order of the shrimp spring rolls, also good, fresh and not expensive.

According to my check-ins, I’ve been here 8 times so time for a little review. Solid phở place for Frisco. Much better than the other place in Frisco, I Love Phở(see review). The staff is friendly and attentive. The food comes out quickly and accurate. The only thing I really dislike about this place is that it smells like chemicals and it takes me about 10 minutes to get used to the smell. I mean I have to cover my nose for a few minutes when I walk in and sometimes I even consider leaving. I think they use very strong smelling cleaner in the morning and I usually go here for lunch so I am always exposed to this smell. The food is really good though so I push on through.

This is the better location for phở in Frisco(beware of I Love Phở!). It was empty when my family and I walked in, but an hour later, the whole place was packed. We began with the shrimp spring rolls which I have to say is rather bland. It’s a LOT of lettuce, some rice noodles, and three pieces of shrimp. Dipped in the peanut sauce, I got my missing flavor. Whenever I get phở, I usually get a mix of brisket, steak, and meatballs. They did not have this specific combination on the menu, but the server was happy to oblige. The phở came out quickly and smelt amazing. I squeezed some lime and added bean sprouts to make it even tastier. On a separate occasion with my nephew, we ordered a large bowl of combination phở, pork fried rice and sauteed black pepper beef. My nephew ate the pork fried rice in a snap and my mother and I indulged on the beef while splitting the bowl of phở(this should tell you something about the portions). Yes, the service can be a bit slow, but with how great the food was, I wasn’t too bothered. The way I judge phở places is if I eat all the contents and finish the broth which is definitely what I did here(and every time I go). Eating in is better than the take out, though!

As a picky Vietnamese wannabe food critic, I think it’s the best Frisco got. In comparison to I Luv Phở in Little Elm, this is way better. But that doesn’t mean I am not disappointed in the food. My husband and I were recovering from a wedding night and we wanted PHO. They are so busy, but you can’t seat yourself. You have to wait til someone freed up to seat you. Not efficient. Then, we are seated and I’m ready to order. I flagged someone down. A waitress came by and said, «I’m busy.» The weird part is that she came to our table just to tell me that and I’m not efficient. She could have just jotted down our order. Customer service is not an issue for me when I walk into a phở restaurant. It’s fast food. Order, eat, pay and leave. Simple! Once I got my order, my broth taste bland and more a funny after taste. I tasted more of the starch from the rice noodles. I normally down the broth, but I just ate the noodles and the meat. However, I will return. I just live too far from Garland.

Nice clean location with friendly customer service in Frisco serving up all my faves that I’ve come to expect from Phở Que Huong. They packaged up my P1 special combo phở with extra meatballs expertly for takeout so that I was able to enjoy my noodle soup at home. Other personal recommendations: A1 Vietnamese Egg Rolls(2 fried), any of their spring rolls, V10 Grilled Beef Trio Vermicelli, A6 Grilled BBQ Meatballs, and C1 Grilled Lemongrass Pork Chops, and their chill drinks like the Rainbow and Che 3 Mau.

This location wasn’t as tasty as other locations. They are are individually owned and I guess this one just wasn’t that great. Favor wasn’t there and customer service wasn’t impressive.

Food for the most part is fresh. Staff is a little inexperienced but polite and wanting to help. Veggie are plentiful but meat portions are a little small. I would rather them add a dollar to price and increase meat or fish portion to their dishes.

Started feel a little sick on my trip in and decided that I was in a phở treatment. Saw this place from the road and dropped in with some family. The girl serving us was very friendly and attentive to our table. She checked in every so often and made sure that my water was always full. We got an order of spring rolls and wasn’t too impressed. The lettuce inside tasted a bit old and the shrimp was rubbery. As for their phở, it was interesting. I haven’t had a broth that tasted sour before. That was the main turn off for the whole meal. I hope it was just an off day in a kitchen, but I think I’ll stick to the hole in the wall phở restaurants.

This was my very first phở experience! Loved the atmosphere! Very modern and urban. Clean. I chose to get the beef stew phở. Loved the flavor of the broth and the noodles were great! The meat was too fatty to eat. They didn’t trim any off and that was kinda nasty. Lol we also ordered egg rolls and pork meatballs. The egg rolls were amazing! The meatballs were not my thing. I would be back but would try another type of phở.

Although this is a franchise restaurant it is pretty good. You can enjoy a good Phở soup any time of the year. I love their chicken curry soup and their chicken sandwich. Today, i had the Bangkok Seafood Soup. It was good. If you live in Frisco, i recommend this place.

I’m going to first say after reading comments… If your coming to any phở for great service you are pretty unrealistic. It’s just a simple place to eat where you don’t have to go through a drive through and order over processed food. When I go back and see my family in tx I come here sometimes and every time I came the owner is working and she is nothing but nice and the food you get is worth the price.

Been here a few times and finally writing this review. In the Frisco area actually one of my personal choices for«Asian» food. They have a decent spread on the menu ranging from phở to curries and fried rice. I’ve had a sampling of enough of them to say that, while this is not the most authentic, it tastes pretty good to keep me coming back. Let’s start with portion sizes. you get massive value by a big bowl of their phở, and if you order their stir fried dishes or noodles/rice, rest assured your $ 8 will be feeding you twice. The taste is pretty on the point, it isn’t bland but isn’t overly salty. You can actually taste the flavor deep in the broth of the phở without having to add additional seasonings/chili. I haven’t really had anything here I didn’t like, so would certainly come back. In my humble opinion better than some of the other phở places around…

300th review — making it count! I was staying with Roger M for the week and I recently recommended to him Phở Que Huong for some good Vietnamese food. Being this was Texas and not California, I was expecting just average quality food. We rolled into this joint for a late lunch and were pleasantly surprised. We both ordered the P1. Special Combination with extra jalapenos. We live off Phở when traveling for work so I was very nit picky about the quality of broth, meat, and also noodle texture. Fortunately these all passed with flying colors. The broth was hearty, beef was of good quality, and noodles were just the right texture. For drinks I had the Vietnamese iced coffee via the drip style thingamajig. We also shared a BBQ pork banh mi but the bread wasn’t quite meeting my expectations. I wanted a crunchier outer crust and it wasn’t present here. I’d say it was«close enough» to the real deal. They were able to perfect a staple meal and they are a keeper in my book. Friendly staff, owner, and welcoming atmosphere. Bonus points for accepting credit cards and also 10% off Unilocal check-in.

I’m actually really happy we tried this place out. We just moved up to Savannah and needed to find some staple restaurants in the area. The ambiance is relaxed, and the staff were all pleasant. We ordered 2 phở bowls(1 large and 1 small), a pork banh mi, and the meatball appetizer. My small phở bowl was the perfect size for dinner, and the broth was quite good — granted, I’ve never had«amazing» phở broth. The meatballs were REALLY good, and I highly recommend them. The banh mi was also tasty, with some pretty flavorful pork inside. I do wish it was filled a little bit more. I believe there was a discount with a Unilocal check in, so make sure you check in! Next time, I can’t wait to try their viet drinks.

5STARS: –The food. It’s excellent; all dishes are wonderful on multiple visits(just don’t be in a hurry) 4STARS: –The nicest restaurant in the DFW-area chain –Very friendly waitresses 2.5STARS –Service here is consistently the worst at any restaurant I frequent around DFW. Last night, I got my noodle soup, and 20 minutes(no exaggeration) later my daughter got hers. Admittedly, we had a group of 10, but the restaurant was half empty. –More on the service: They take a big table’s order, then bring out the dishes one at a time spread over 20 minutes, and bark out its name or code(like«P17»), forcing everyone to stop what they’re doing 10 times. It’s extremely inefficient, expecially since the waitress walks around the table taking our orders(giving a good indication on where each plate goes). In sum, delicious Vietnamese food in N. Frisco, but drop your expectations to zero with regards to speedy and efficient service.

I love Phở and Vietnamese food, but this location was disappointing compared to other locations. Service was really bad and slow. Price and portion are reasonable. Clean and nice décor inside. My friends and I came for a late dinner, like 45 minutes before they closed. They acted like they didn’t want us to come here because they were about to close or whatever. We asked them if we could eat in or not and they told us yes. So we were kind of in a hurry to order food. I ordered fried pan curry noodles or something. It took them forever to cook. My dish was so greasy I couldn’t eat it. My friend had egg rolls and they were kind of meh too. All dishes were tasteless. I feel like food could have been fresher and tastier. I’m sorry I won’t go back like ever.
