Jersey Mikes always delivers on great sandwiches! The staff at the El Dorado/NDT and Preston/Stonebrook are great.

Bought a large roast beef and turkey last night and I will never buy a large sandwich from there again. My wife had more meat on her next size down sandwich then I did. I had all bread and a thin layer of meat for that price? Don’t buy the extra large sandwich.

I am a huge fan of Jersey Mikes, the Denton store and the store on 121 are great. This Jersey Mike’s was extremely disappointing. The first issue was the cashier ignoring us while talking to the person ahead of us after he had already paid. Then our sandwiches went to the wrong table and when they finally got to us they weren’t labeled! And to top it all off the bread was awful, it was cold and tough instead of fresh and warm. And somehow in the short span of time it took to get from the counter to our table the bread was already completely saturated in grease. I will not be returning to this location ever again.

I’m horrible with names, so I might get it wrong but Bryan and Delmar(I can’t spell either) are the best. They know my exact order as I walk through the door. Sometimes I am with my girlfriend and then they know they need to make me a giant sub. I stopped going to other sammich shops just because of the staff at this Jersey Mikes. Always greeted, always thanked for coming in and ALWAYS happy with the sammich that I get! Number 8(rosemary n parm bread if they got it) mikes way with no tomatoes!

Best subs anywhere! Skip the mayo and oil and do the spicy relish instead. Adds nice flavor and saves a bunch of calories. The subs are generously sized and full of fresh sliced meat and cheese. Great choice for lunch.

Usually I love Jersey Mike’s. However, today was just terrible. The employee who took my order couldn’t have been less friendly if he tried. I asked him a question and he just shrugged his shoulders. There were about 5 employees just standing there. No one else in he restaurant. He looked and acted like he would rather be getting a root canal than working. Then my sandwich was just so/so. Ugh! So disappointed. Probably won’t be back. Too many other places around.

My first response is to those who write a review and say everything was good and tasted great and continue to come back but yet only give 3 Stars. I have been to Jersey Mike’s multiple times the #7(Turkey), #13, and the Big Kahuana are all favorites of mine. Everytime I go I tell myself, I love Jersey Mikes. Service is good, speed is fast, and food is great.

There are a lot of places to get subs and sandwiches but I really really like Jersey Mike’s. The meat and toppings are always fresh and delicious. The sandwiches are very light but very filling. A great sub that is different than the rest.

Friendly people and great subs. Keep it simple and make the subs to order with fresh bread and that’s what you get at Jersey Mike’s in Frisco.

I ate here every other day for a year I loved the sandwiches so much. I have since slowed down my obsession but still eat here every two weeks or so. The Roast beef is amazing. The staff is always professional and if you get there before 12 the bread is usually still warm right out of the oven.

So fresh! Jersey Mike’s is my favorite sub shop and the only one I crave! I love the roast beef, my daughter gets the turkey and my husband gets the Big Kahuna(Philly cheese steak). Yum for the whole family and something actually good for you on-the-go.

This jersey mike’s is very clean, which is always nice. They can run slow sometimes, especially when there’s a like that builds up around lunch time. The bread is fresh, most of the time. I have had a sandwich that wasn’t the best as usual. But overall, the sandwiches are good and fresh.

Jersey Mike’s makes good subs. I like the selection of hot subs, which you will not find in many sub places. Every time I come to this restaurant it seems like the crew is all new people, but the service is always friendly and the food is consistently good. I have no complaints — for what it is, which is a small ny-style sub restaurant, it meets my expectations and for that I keep coming back.

I was pleasantly surprised. As a displaced Philadelphian, I am always wary of trying a cheese steak *outside* of my home city. I’ve been burned way too many times. Within the borders of the city of Brotherly Love or even South Jersey, almost any restaurant can make a decent cheese steak. Outside though… not so much. Usually they just cobble together ‘steakum’ and cheese whiz and throw it on some bread. It’s just that I haven’t been anywhere near Philly in over a year, and I was craving one. I had heard about Jersey Mike’s and thought I’d give it a try since the place is not that far from my house. I’m glad I did. Not pefect. But defiitely close to a Philly original. Fresh bread. Good meat. Best cheese steak I suspect in the state of Texas. Establishment was also pretty clean. I’ll be back. Go Eagles!

Ok, I’m mixed on this one. For several reasons. First of all, I ordered my sub, along with several of my co-workers, and thanks to Allison E.‘s advice about the vinegar and oil decided to ask for it on the side so that my bread didn’t get soggy. Drove all the way there and got back to work to find several things wrong with my order. First, yes they gave me the vinegar and oil on the side… but also put it on the sandwhich. Umm… kinda defeats the purpose, eh? Then, they forgot the mayo and pickles on mine, and the bacon, mayo, and pickles on another sub in the order, and then forgot pickles on yet another sub in the order. Had it been just my sandwhich I probably wouldn’t have said anything, but basically every sandwhich was wrong. And I drove there to get our food because they don’t deliver(even though we’re two streets down). So I called, and the manager asked if I wanted him to remake the order. Of course I want you to remake the order… I’m hungry! So he did, and he was also nice enough to deliver it to my place of business. He also brought us cookies, and two expired coupons for free subs? Hmm, not sure how far those will get me but I guess it’s the though that counts? lol! Anywho, I feel as though attention to detail would greatly improve this location, because they are already friendly and the food, of course being Jersey Mikes, is fresh. I will give it another shot for sure, but I hope they pay a little more attention the next go ’round!

It was my first experience at a Jersey Mikes and I really liked it. Clean restaurant, friendly service, and fresh ingredients. I had no idea they slice the meat and cheese to order. Surprise bonus! The restaurant was a lot smaller than I expected but plenty of dine in tables to park at. Lots of sandwich options, both hot and cold plus wraps and salads. I ordered the #7(turkey and provolone), added pickles and had it «Mikes Way»(vinegar, oil, spices, lettuce, onion and tomato). The hubs had a chipotle chicken Philly. We both enjoyed our sandwiches… But we did get it to go so when we got home(about 10 mins away) my bread was a bit soggy due to the oil and vinegar. Still good, but something to remember. The service was a bit slow, but I am sure it’s because they are newly opened. They have several people working behind the counter so I am sure once they all get their groove it will be fine.
