I had the buffalo chicken strips. Ridiculously huge portion, decent sauce, and pretty crispy. My husband had a burger and he said the meat had little flavor. Absolutely no seasoning. Fresh produce though. The beef was cooked medium and pretty pink. We won’t go back.

I ordered a turkey burger and the cashier hooked me up. I love the fact it doesn’t taste frozen but grilled. Will be coming back.

I used the online ordering process and when I went to pick up the order(and was 5 minutes early) my burger was already cold :( I nuked it and it was pretty good. If it was still warm, it would’ve been 5 stars. Staff was very nice.

We have tried several of these locations and were not impressed at all. However, we have eaten here several times in the last few weeks and the food has been great and on every occasion the manager came around to check on us and ask how the food was. We have had the burgers the grilled chicken strips and the fried chicken strips and they were all great, first class. The only thing that really keeps him from from getting 5 stars is the seating is not the best and on a couple of occasions the seat in the booth had not been wiped out and there was food that we had to wipe out.

Not impressed and was surprised there were so many people eating here today. For two burgers, with a couple of add on’s of cheese and bacon, and a side of onion rings came out to $ 25, which is definitely not worth it. The things we liked here you can get anywhere else, and probably quicker service elsewhere too. We waited almost 20 minutes, and then the server arrived spilling the onion rings out of the basket. My burger was super pink on the inside, and my fiancé had a hair on his burger which was a great start. Presentation was fantastic, looks like it could’ve come out of a magazine. But the taste was the complete opposite. Not seasoned enough burger patties, and the onion rings tasted like they were plainly dipped in flour and then fried. The American cheese I added was also grated, which is something I’m not a fan with. Won’t be back, even if it is conveniently close to our house.

I hate to even give this one star. Pregnant and ordered a well done burger… it’s bright pink. I even told them it had to be well done due to the pregnancy. Looks more raw than even cooked at all. The girl answering the phone messed up my simple order several times before she could repeat it back correctly: pickles cheese and ketchup.

I used to eat at the Lebanon and Preston location until I had a quarrel with the manager with a disgusting tattoo on his neck and then they apparently moved this manager to the Eldorado location and the minute after I had checked in the eldorado location, I saw the guy who worked at the Lebannon location before. Scotty P’s always had good and responsible managers. The experience I had with this manager was upon the wrongly cooked burger I ordered. I took the burger back to the guy and told him that I had asked for rare. He looked at the burger, lifted the bun off of the patty and said«I don’t see a problem here, what is the problem» and I said it was not cooked the way I asked it to be cooked. He moved the plate so fast that I thought he was going to throw it at my face or something. I then asked him to pay my money back. He then asked the cashier to give my money back and he turned his back, took his huge cellphone out of his back pocket and started to text. It was the last time I ever ate at Scotty p’s. No wonder why the food doesn’t taste the same anymore. Management is everything and I also heard from a couple of my friends that they no longer go and eat at this chain of restaurants anymore. Anyway, save your money and eat your burger at mc Donald’s. I bet it would be way better than sorry to eat at this horrific restaurant

Burgers are ok. We stopped in here because it is close to the house. Not sure we will be back. The guy taking our orders made us feel like we were an inconvenience. We had one question about the burger we ordered and he rolled his eyes at us. With all the burger joints so close by, great service is a must. I would gladly drive a bit further for a warm welcome.

Scotty P’s is a counter service burger joint. My family and I had such a horrible experience that it inspired me to join Unilocal, which being in the service industry, makes me throw up in my mouth a little. Let’s be honest, most people don’t know what the fuck they are talking about. My family and I placed an order at the counter and were given a number to place on our table. Upon scanning the dinning room there was one bussed table with a wet rag on the bench that needed to be wiped and reset. I placed my number on this table and wiped it down myself. Someone should talk to the two highschool kids standing in the corner about how useless it is to do something 90% of the way. No biggie, not the end of the world. My son who is 3 needed to use the bathroom. The mens room was the only available bathroom which wasn’t a problem for us, good thing mom didn’t take him. We had to wait a few minutes as someone was using the bathroom. Low and behold it was an employee! An employee that failed to wash his hands after flushing the toilet. Gross. The Bathroom looked as if a diarrhea bomb went off, rendering it useless to my 3 year old. I tried holding him up but he was unable to pee like this. Went to the sink to wash his hands and the paper towel dispenser was the one that you had to wind, no lever, no motion sensor, no anything that would prevent you from touching it with your hands. GROSS. Upon returning to the table we patiently waited for our burgers, and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. I’m sorry but 30 minutes for counter service is ridiculous. This isn’t a sit down and have a waiter take you drink order place. This is a pei wei, panera bread, chipotle type joint. The food finally arrived! This was the point at which I through in the towel and gave in to the darkside. The sandwich I ordered was the grilled chicken sandwich. I received the fried chicken salad. My sons cheeseburger was abhorrently bad. The patty was cooked to leather and it was cold. Also I find it odd that they don’t melt the cheese on their burgers. I asked for a refund on both sandwiches and they apologized and refunded me the money, kudos. They agreed that the burger was gross. Around 7 min later they brought out a re-fired burger and a chicken sandwich, that had 2 components missing according to their huge menu board over the cashier counter. When the manager dropped off the food she commented that she was sorry and that she wish she could have done more but the kitchen only speaks spanish. Okay, first of all; most kitchens only speak spanish. Second; as a manager it’s your fault not the kitchens. Take it on the chin next time, you won’t look like such an amateur. Amateur… that’s the best way to describe this joint. Is you want to wait 30 min for sysco freezer to fryer bullshit food this is your place. Can you rank something no stars?

The manager seems to think that 85 degrees temp in a closed building is appropriate for a restaurant. She was dismissive about the whole thing. I asked three employees and they said it’s horrible and that is why they have fans on everywhere. After 20 minute wait for one burger and fries, I went to ask for a refund and left. We won’t be back…

I remember for years I would drive across town to get their chicken tenders no matter how expensive they we’re. It was like two full juicy meaty chicken breasts cut in half breaded and fried! They were the best ever! Now, however they are the absolute skinniest driest most ridiculous tenders ever! And still just as expensive!!! So no more Scotty ps I have it 3 chances once this started. I can get sad chicken tenders anywhere for half he price!!! You are now redundant and obsolete!

Drove over for the onion rings, they were out. I’d get it at 9:00, but not at the start of the 7:00 dinner rush. Poor inventory management.

I give them 2 stars because I was not impressed and highly unsatisfied. I came inside to order a customized turkey burger with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, grilled onions, mayo and mustard. My order was missing pickles and mustard and instead was covered in avocados! I hate avocados and guac with a passion… to the point where if I see, smell, or ingest it, I will have nausea and vomiting. On top of that, it was $ 15. Surely, Mooyah and Five Guys have these guys beat. Too expensive for my taste and not worth it at all to me. Not to mention, I had a long black stringy hair in my ranch dressing I ordered on the side for my onion rings… and I know for a fact it is not mine because my hair is brown and wavy! They also messed up the lady’s order who in front of me. They forgot to add cheese to her burger. I WILLNOTBEBACK! What a waste of my time and money! I threw it in the trash.

I’ve never been disappointed here. The burgers are good, but I prefer their chicken strips. The buffalo ones are awesome. They also have big salads that are fresh and delicious with either fried or grilled chicken strips on top. Sometimes the food can take a little bit. It is kid friendly. They have really good chocolate mousse cake and milkshakes. I also like the fried pickles and onion strings better than the fries.

I’m a big fan of burger joints that have«off the menu» Scotty P’s has a small but good secret burgers me and my wife had the Irish Nacho and the Guacamole Chicken sandwich. The service was good the people were friendly. The patty on the burger was a little dry but the ranch they gave me I poured on the burger and OMG! I’m sure putting it on was what I was supposed to do! I will definitely come back to try the next burger on my list… the Brisket burger.

We stood in front of the order counter for a long time and when the man finally came to the front he took the lady behind us who had just walked in but had called in a order which was waiting in front. I normally wouldn’t have an issue with take-out coming first but it hit me wrong that we had been waiting so long just to be overlooked and put to the side. Actually I love Scotty P’s but I prefer the location on Preston and Lebanon much more. Everything just tastes better there and even though this one is closer I will make the extra drive to get better customer service. Did I mention my daughter’s bun was hard and she had to peel away the crusty parts? I’m looking at those three stars and reconsidering … am I being too generous?

There are a couple places in Frisco with good burgers and Scotty P’s is one of this places. We discovered this location having been familiar with the other Frisco location on Preston Rd. Prepared while you wait and you can made changes to your order. I really do like the fries. You can order half and half with sweet potatoes and regular fries. They have a comfortable interior and a couple tv’s. The staff is young and helpful. Give them a try. Also the other burger spot I mentioned above is Kenny’s Burgers on Legacy.
