This review is specifically regarding one of the employees«Mady». I came to this location for two sandwiches and there were two people(4 sandwiches) ahead of me. The girl that originally helped me got my meats and cheese and then left my sandwiches to help with the 4 ahead of me. So I waited while the sandwiches were being made, for about 6 minutes. During this time I pulled out my phone, all the while watching for someone to finish my order. Mady was finally done and instead of helping me, went to the back. I looked back down at my phone. Several seconds passed and when I looked up Mady was standing there just looking at me with an annoyed expression on her face. Even when I looked at her, she didn’t say anything. She just looked at me waiting for me to continue with my order. I know customers looking at their phones is annoying, but a simple, «thank you for waiting, what veggies would you like» was probably in order. Especially after I waited for so long. I would have walked out if I wasn’t also getting a sandwich for my coworker.

Very disappointed, waited 40mins for service without a employee ever checking to see if customers were present the place wasn’t clean at all and their was no one there. I can see why at even a busy central area of fullerton why no one comes. This place should be closed.

It’s a generous veggie kind of store. I hate the Subways that act like veggies are rare. The ladies that worked there were friendly.

Spinach was out, and there were just a few leaves left on the bottom. The server didn’t care to put new ones on the bread. Her portions of veggies and meat are too small. I have never asked more portions at other subways before. And I did, and it was refused. She seemed like enjoying bad attitude towards customer. Most words she said were, «what? what?» This is the worst subway I have ever been.

No Meatballs for You! How can a Subway sandwich shop run out of the primary ingredient for one of their number one subways sandwich. And since it is part of their OCTOBER2014 «OCTOBERVALUES,» we could have gotten a great deal. Nope. No meatballs for you! If it’s a SPECIAL all month long, don’t run out, ok? We paid $ 3.50 more than the OCTOBERVALUES sub price for a pretty bad sandwich, adding insult to injury. We stopped off here en route to St Jude’s to sit second shift waiting at the ER with my MIL. The place is clean. We actually were more interested in a burger, but the burger place next store is still under construction, and the Flame Broiler was closed. Subway it is. OK, so we went with the Philly Cheesesteak. If this review was just about THAT sandwich, this would be a 1 star review. But I’m writing a review for the restaurant. The Bread was great. We selected the Italian herbs bread. That was pretty awesome. Ah, a philly cheesesteak should be made with meat that is like Steak-ums and then has whole squares of cheese put on top. Grilled. The meat juices soak into the bread for an amazing experience. And then only condiment is catsup on top. Not at SUBWAY. They have absolutely NO catsup whatsoever. I don’t know what the meat is they use, but it doesn’t come close. The cheese is megerly doled out in little quarter slice wedges. Pluses: the Italian herbed bread, baked potato chips options, and really good fresh and juicy tomato slices. Ever since catching the SUBWAY episode of «Undercover Boss,» I now know that the rolls of bread are baked on premises fresh each day. Pretty cool, huh? Another minor neggie was the interesting woman, not homeless, but I’m not sure what her medical mental condition is who was allowed to take over the whole front of the restaurant’s seating area as 1 person who kept staring at us. We didn’t dare sit at the large spacious boot at the front less she interrupt our experience anymore than she already did while we were there. She kept switching tables where she at so no one else could sit up front. She was perfectly harmless, but the manager should be taking care of this better. I’ll return to SUBWAY, for sure. But now I know to NEVER go with their philly cheesesteak. Stop running out of meatballs!

So where do I begin, I always have to find a place to have lunch since I travel for work and I don’t have time to make my lunch. So I like to walk to my food desination because it gives me time to walk and take in some fresh air. So I decided to walk into here on a Wednesday afternoon and I was shocked because the line was out the door. I almost thought twice about this place cause I didn’t know how fast they were going to be with that line but I decided to wait it out. And you know what the service was pretty quick. I been back almost every day because how can you beat a 6 foot sweet teryaki 6 foot sub for $ 3. It’s their September special by the way. The place is nice and clean so yes I would come back. Stay Fresh!

PLEASEPLEASE let me look at the menu without being stared at from the sandwich maker. Can you give a few minutes to decide what I want without the constant stare to hurry up my decision. I felt rushed and didn’t order what I wanted just ordered something anything so i wouldn’t be stared at anymore. Sheesh.

Came here on my lunch break. I am thinking it must have changed hands because it has gone downhill. The girl making my sandwich kept asking the person next to me if my sandwich was hers… she must have done this about three times! The shredded cheese was clearly old and as a bonus I pulled a hair out of my sandwich! The guy standing behind me was also frustrated and said he couldn’t understand what the worker was saying to him. When I went to pay for my food they rang me up as someone else’s order!

A very clean location in a strip mall with friendly staff, clean tables and prep area, and they are fast. Parking might be the only negative, although that is not their fault. This seems like a newer location and, although Subway does not offer free wi-fi, there are enough places around nearby that makes this a good place to get a little bit of work done or catch up on things if you bring a laptop or a cellphone.

Just terrible. If I owned this business, I’d shut it down. Absolutely terrible.

Here’s a story of a subway. I always went to. It was so convenient and fast. In addition, healthy!!! What happened here was I went into this store to order an oven roasted chicken breast and a turkey sandwich. The staff greeted me upon my arrival to the counter. After that she proceeded to speak to another customer all while helping me with my order. FIRSTSCENARIO Subway Staff: «What would you like she asked?» Me: «An oven roasted chicken breast on wheat please!» Me: «Also, a Turkey on wheat as well!» Subway Staff: –Chatting with customer– Me: «Could I get an Turkey on wheat too???» Subway Staff: «Sure sir!» –Subway Staff multi-tasking by talking to customer and asking what I would like on my sandwich– NEXTSCENARIO Upon sandwich being prepared Subway Staff: –Chatting with the other customer, walks over to the oven and is about to toast my sub without asking if I wanted it toasted. Me: «Not toasted please!» Staff: –Still talking & about to put it in the oven– Me: 2nd time: «I DON’T WANTITTOASTED!» Subway Staff: Frustrated tone: «Well the meat is cold sir, what do you want me to do?» Subway Staff: «It’s cold, do you want me to microwave it?!?» Me: «Yeah!» Me: Underneath my breath: «Isn’t that the obvious thing to do?» I wrote a complaint after that experience and was immediately contacted the following afternoon by the GM of that location. She had said they reviewed the incident, spoke with the employee and all apologies were accepted. Duh-Duh-Duh!!! Would I still go there now??? Subways are a dime a dozen and one employee made me drop this dime, toss the nickel, and pickup another penny from off the street. I’ll choose to go to another! Thank you, come again! Muah-Ha-Ha-Ha-Ha!!!

Not only do they have promotions for their business($ 5 subs… blah blah), but I’m giving them 5 stars because they had excellent customer service. I was at a sit-down restaurant earlier that day and received terrible service. Businesses need to understand that if you have discounts/promotions and bad customer service… people will not come back. You need both to have a successful business. The 2 guys that helped us were friendly, helpful, and built a relationship with us within seconds. I will be back to THISSUBWAY for sure.

You know, everything went well. I ordered a footlong Western flatbread, paid, and consumed. Then when I used the restroom I noticed the SINK, the PAPERTOWELDISPENSER, the TOILET, THEWALLS, and the MIRROR had etched graffiti on them. It also smelt like shit, not because someone did that, but because it was not taken care of, and the radio was loud in there of all places. I wanted to vomit after I vigorously washed my hands then plotted a way of scrubbing them to the bone. Just thinking about it gives me Hep C.
