I gave them 1 star because I couldn’t give 0 stars! I ordered subs they have a special for 50 percent more meat for 1.00 on foot long. When I requested that doubled instead of 2.00 they charged me 3.00. Thanks for screwing your customers!!! Have sent several emails to subway and no response so Subway could care less about their customers!!! Thanks again for screwing you customers!!! I also be filing other reports with the state

Absolutely wonderful location. Go there twice to three times per week and love it. No problems ever and they are very gracious and outgoing people. Will highly recommend to anyone! Great portions and will do all that is asked.

A welcome port in the storm. After working a long Sunday, and a grueling drive home through heavy rain, we were exhausted and wanted something to take home for dinner. The staff was cleaning and packing up for the night when we arrived. He made our sandwiches, pulling ingredients out of the refrigerator, even pulling one item from the back. He apologized that he was out of red onions and treated us as welcome customers, even though we were delaying his closing to go home. We grab a sandwich from time to time at this Subway restaurant, and are always satisfied, but tonight’s service was outstanding.

How good is the food? Beats me! both times recently I got shorted, once unknown(missing from bag) and tonight they just did not get the order in. What gives? A family of four walk in, mom orders, moves down the line. Oldest child orders; moves down. Then the little one orders and moves down the line. Polite dad stands at the ordering sign, while the girl sandwich maker goes out back after making little one’s sandwich. Boy sandwich maker rings up sale and charges Mom. Dad is still standing at sign while family drifts to a table with food and drinks from the register! Dad says what gives … Boy asks«oh, did you want to order a sandwich? I of course replied, «no, I thought this was the spot to wait for a haircut» not realizing he was dumb enough to think that was a real answer! he turned and went to the back. Both of them were back there for a long while. hope they washed their hands when they were done doing whatever was going on back there. Went home and made a frozen pizza, probably was safer… Oh lord, Penn Station is looking much better already, what is it with me and sub shops? Maybe this is how Jerad lost so much weight !!! He never got to eat. Bottom line; bad service.

Try another Subway instead. Just went to this Subway today after my kid’s soccer games. There were two guys working. The one guy that made my kids’ sandwich was very unfriendly. I smiled when he looked up at us to ask us what they wanted on their sandwich and no expression whatsoever. He acted like we were interrupting his day. Then my child has to use the restroom and I went with her and there was no toilet tissue. So, I asked this same guy for toilet tissue for the women’s restroom. He made a mean face and then walked away. Didn’t say a word… then a few minutes later he decided to go put tissue in there. We left while he was doing that. I will never go with my family to this Subway again. It really has gone down hill. It used to be owned by a Greek Family, maybe they sold it?

While out looking around the Haymarket/Gainesville area today, it was getting late in the afternoon and suddenly I realized I was hungry. So I stopped in at the Subway in a new shopping center at the intersection of Routes 29 and 15. This shopping center is so new that businesses here — their addresses do not display properly in Google maps. Google gives an erroneous location in some residential neighborhood. I was the only one in this Subway at the time. I ordered a six inch Meatball Marinara on wheat, with black olives, red onions, and jalapenos, a bag of multi-grain Sun Chips, and a bottle of water. The meatballs were meaty, the cheese was melty(is that a word? If not I’ve watched to many Taco Bell commercials!), the sauce tasty, the bread was toasted just right — and the veggies added a nice crunch. Excellent sammich! :-) While eating, the young lady who made my sandwich asked me how my food was, After replying, I asked if this place was always so dead. She told me no, I then told her that this place does not show up in Google maps — and that they might have more business if folks knew that they existed. She went back and told her manager — who then came out to ask me about it. I described the whole problem and advised her to go to the Google web site and submit information on their address. I will be back here!
