I flew from San Francisco to Florida for a 2-​week vacation. I broke my glasses on the plane and had only prescription sunglasses. I just couldn’t see myself (pun intended) wearing sunglasses for 2 weeks. I was going to try to find a place that could make me a new pair quickly, thinking that they couldn’t be repaired. I went to Super Optical Express on the recommendation of the guy in the Walmart optical department (he couldn’t fix them because they’re rimless). A very sweet lady waited on me and said they could be repaired, and she fixed them. For free. I’m so grateful and so happy with the excellent service I received.

Went in to look at glasses, and it seemed like all of the employees hated the fact that they were there or that they were absolutely miserable for some weird reason. I don’t know if it has something to do with poor/​lacking management but I will absolutely take my business somewhere else less depressing. Just weird vibes all around.
