I have always been a fan of Arby’s since a lil boy when my Grandfather would take me. He loved the roast beef over McDonalds and Burger King hamburgers. I guess I always think of my Grandfather with every visit of an Arby’s. This Arby’s is clean and has friendly employees. Don’t forget to ring the bell upon your departure to show you enjoyed the food…

Don’t get me wrong — I love Arby’s, normally. This was just a lousy service and food prep this time. The drive-thru took 15 minutes just to order(we were 2 cars back). The window — add another 5 minutes for the guy in front with a single bag of food, and another 5 minutes for the next. We had an order of curly fries, and a chocolate shake. Took about 2 minutes, but they didn’t even give me a receipt. Really? Unstaffed or underwhelmed, I’m not sure. On top of that, the curly fries didn’t taste the same — nearly zero spice on them, so just like bland fries. Moving along…

Made a late-evening snack run for my hubby(’cause I love him so much). I ordered two sandwiches and an order of potato cakes. The staff working there that evening was extremely pleasant. As I drove around the building after getting my order, I checked the bag and noticed that one of the sandwiches was missing. I then noticed the manager run out of the building to flag me down. It turns out that they also realized that part of my order was missing. The manager was very friendly and apologetic. Excellent customer service for Arby’s that night!!!

Arby’s curly fries are a guilty pleasure. Why are they so darn good? I usually order a turkey wrap and ask for no cheese or mayo — they always get my picky order right. Service is quick and friendly. I love to get my sweat on at LA Fitness, then walk a few hundred feet to Arby’s and negate most/all of the workout. Winning combination.
