Went through the drive through get home and what i ordered is not what i got. Drive the 10 miles back there and went inside. Told them that what i asked for and what cashier repeated back to me was not what was showing on recpt nor what i asked for. Cashier went to manager and the original employee plus the cashier are all standing there looking at the recpt and the food. Manager decides to give me what i had wanted. The cashier walks back to me hands me the bowl and says here. Really? Not even an i am sorry about that, enjoy your food, have a good night. Nothing but«here». One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Will not be back to that store.

This particular store runs out of various favorites too often. And no reasonable excuse, no excuse in fact, is given. Very much unacceptable. I do not think I will be returning to THIS location. I don’t come here regularly but it has become ridiculous that they do not have the particular item I want. I have waited for nearly 30 minutes in the drive thru standby for teriyaki chicken, when I was originally told 10 minutes. Never again.

The food is just nasty. It is not this particular location, all panda express food makes me physically ill. I eat out a lot, have an iron stomach, but every time we’ve eaten here, I’ve gotten sick.

Eh, not bad. It’s fast food Chinese. They’re very generous on serving amounts. However, the rice is regularly so dry to the point it seems like it’s been through a dehydration machine. As for variety, they regularly are out of 2 – 3 entrées & is a bit disappointing… Though, I suppose that just demonstrates how good those ones are.

Just got done eating here and it wasn’t as good as past visits. The chicken was crunchy and the people working are a little too slow. I’ve had better business here before. 3 stars because some of the food was good, yet some was over cooked and the workers have been known to work at a faster pace than today.

I really really want to like this place and give it a five star rating because their food is really tasty, BUT I have gotten sick every time I have eaten here recently… Now I do have a pretty sensitive stomach so I don’t think everyone will get sick, but if you have a senstive tummy like me I would go somewhere else, I usually would get either the grilled chicken, beef and broccoli, or Orange chicken but either way my tummy ended up not too happy, when they first opened this didn’t happen, so maybe they changed something because now I just end up sick. Not worth it sadly :(

Very inappropriate(Justin G. at 8:38pm 11−4−14) drive-through window employee. You do not pretend to be a nationality that you are not it is very offensive especially when you’re doing it as orders are being taken. First off you do a crappy version of trying to be whatever the hell it is you think serves Chinese food. YALL need to get a better staff if they are going to work at the restaurant in the evening. So rude and ignorant of you. Typical high school expectation level you presented. I’ll never be back to this location. By the way I’m not Chinese, but this was still rude and very unnecessary.

Good Chinese fast food. Great alternative to burgers and tacos. Large portions which usually makes two meals. 5 stars for staff, cleanliness, price, taste, and portions.

This place has a few things going for it which is just enough to keep it relevant and give me a reason to visit occasionally. First of all, the drive thru. Hell yes I want to stay in my car and pick up something other than a greasy fast food burger. I love that I can get something a little healthier while still remaining inside my car and exerting no energy whatsoever, like a good overweight American. And they do have a few healthier options; I pick up a side of steamed veggies pretty often which is not only very low-cal but super cheap. The main courses I’ve always been a little disappointed by. They’re all edible but nothing I’d say was«good». But what can you expect from fast food drive-thru Chinese? Pick something realistic and accept it for what it is: fast food Chinese.

I really wanna love this place, and give them five bright, shiny stars. But for some reason, they always seem to disappoint. I mean, I don’t even think they use real panda… HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA *sigh* But I digress. I love the idea, and the concept of Panda Express, but I always seem to be let down. I eagerly say, «Yay! We’re going to Panda Express!», but almost always, I’m let down for one reason or other. So this time, I was enticed by their«Samurai Surf-n-Turf». I love samurais, AND I love surf-n-turf. How could it go wrong? The graphic looked amazing – chock-full of juicy-looking shrimp, and big chunks of beef. Angus, too, the posters promised. When it was served, I counted three tiny shrimp and maybe four little strips of(presumably) the aforementioned ‘angus’ beef. And the flavor… The same identical«meh» flavor as all the other entrees that aren’t Orange Chicken. I did anticipate a shrimp deficit, so mt second entrée choice(for an extra buck!) was walnut shrimp. That was actually pretty tasty. Not a total loss. But after ahelling out over a Jackson for two fast-food lunches, I felt a bit wanting still. I should’ve known, really. Whenever I go to Panda Express, I become Charlie Brown running up to kick Lucy’s football; forgetting the countless other times the ball was pulled away and falling flat on my ass. I guess, like Charlie Brown and the football, at what point does it stop being Panda’s fault, and start being my fault. I know what to expect. And the Orange Chicken is almost always good. So, that being stated, three«A-OK» stars for this quasi-Chinese fast food place. I’ll be back soon…

Panda Bear is the Taco Bell of Chinese food! I love Panda Bear.(Sorry but I have called Panda Express, Panda Bear for years and I cant stop. Habits you know?) You cant really compare this place to a real Chinese restaurant, as you cant compare Taco Bell with a real Mexican restaurant. The cool experience I had at this location was the fact that the person who took my order at the drive though was actually Chinese. Usually at other locations its your typical teenager of all colors except asian. I thought that was cool.(I hope that didnt offend anyone.) I Love Panda BEAR!

I love Panda Express. If you’re looking for a quick, yummy Chinese meal to bring home, this place is for you. Their cream cheese rangoons are really good. I don’t care for their spring rolls or egg rolls, they are lacking something. I LOVE their orange chicken & their lo mein noodles. Usually I get the Panda Bowl, it’s a smaller portion(you pick one main entrée and either rice or noodles). Or you can get a 2 or 3 main item meal with rice or noodles. I also love their string bean chicken and mushroom chicken. Service has always been friendly and fast and I have never had a problem with my order. Also, they have great fortune cookies!

This is for the Panda Express in the Wolf Ranch shopping center. I’ve eaten at Panda Express several times and have never been impressed. The food is not flavorful and is usually soggy. The vegetables are unappetizing. There’s just not a lot of positive things I can say about Panda Express.
