I came here again I come here because it’s convenient and for the salad bar . I’ve ordered a dish I never tried I wanted a steak medium well but they gave me well done, which isn’t something I’ve asked for. In addition, the steak was way over cooked, But I didn’t bring it to the waitress attention because I’m not picky . The food was just bland.

Mom and I decided to come here for a girls’ night out, mainly because I had a coupon and it’s super close to home. Surprisingly, it was pretty empty for a Friday night. Even the bar area was scarce. The street that it’s located on is generally super busy, so it’s nice that there’s a parking lot in the back. Inside, the décor and layout are pretty much the same as every other Ruby’s, so not much to say about that. Our server was super sweet! She was über patient with us… mom can be, shall we say, a bit indecisive and overly inquisitive. But our server handled it with a smile. We ordered a couple of Ruby Relaxers. Definitely a favorite of mine. Fruity with a little kick… does exactly what it says it does, relaxes. My meal: Grilled Chicken & Crab Cake Combo along with Baked Mac & Cheese and Grilled Brussel Sprouts. –The good news: The chicken was tender and the mac & cheese was sooo delicious. But the brussel sprouts! Omg, they were the super star of the dinner! I could probably eat 2 plates of just the sprouts and nothing else. –The not-so-good news: Both the chicken and crab cakes were bland. I’m thankful for the unnamed creamy sauce that was on the side. Reminded me of a spicy mayo. It went well with the bland crab cakes. Mom’s meal: Petite Sirloin & Hand-Breaded Shrimp along with a Fresh Baked Potato and Grilled Brussel Sprouts. –The good news: The shrimp were tasty and the baked potato was pretty good too.(I mean, you can’t really mess up a baked potato, right?) The brussell sprouts were still the star of this meal. –The not-so-good news: The steak could have been tenderized a little more. Only half of the steak was eaten. Moral of the story… I’d come back. It’s fairly convenient to come here. Decent place for a dinner with the gals or family. Tip: The desserts are huge… plan on sharing or taking some home.

This was the worse Ruby Tuesday I have ever eaten. We had a group of 6 and waited for a hour for our food with it not being crowded. Some food came out cold and some came out burnt. Would not recommend this restaurant to any one.

Went for lunch time. Place was pretty empty but we had a wait to seat 6. Once we ordered, food took forever to come. Then one meal was cold, one clearly burned, and one meal came out without the side dish. No explanation or apology from anyone.

My husband and I moved here from NY last month; Ruby Tuesday WAS my favorite restaurant. After tonight, I don’t think so. The spinach art. dip we got was very watery, I got the Cheese sliders… which was 2way over done mini ‘burgers’ the and lukewarm fries they came paired with the salad bar… the whole reason I love coming here. My husband got the chicken finger sliders it came with bluecheese dressing on them he asked for ranch… surprise…he got the blue cheese this meal also came with the salad bar. The salad bar also came with his meal. Upon coming up to the well maintained salad bar I noticed that some of the tomatoes had black spots all over them. I tried to explain this to the salad guy but he was unable to understand me; he was kind enough however to go and get his manager.(I did not even know he went and did this; he deserves a raise!) They immediatly took the toms off of the bar and brought ME out a whole plate full of fresh toms for ME, that was a very nice surprise! Overall the staff was friendly, I just think they might need a new COOK the whole reason you actually go out to eat! Now to make matters worse my husband and I both are sick… hmmm

Went here on Friday night and we were surprised how quiet it was. Our server was not the fastest or most attentive throughout the entire dining experience. The Southern Fried Chicken Tenders I had for an appetizer and my wife had for her entrée were overcooked and very bland. I had the pretzel burger with blue cheese and it was cooked well and tasted very good. So overall mixed ratings for both food and service, but honestly this place was just not good enough for us to want to return.

Usually go to this location cuz of the email offers I get. I always go with a friend and we tend to get decent service. This time we went on a Thursday evening around 6pm. Not many people there. Hostess nowhere to be found. Server was slow. Manager was doing the hostess job instead of helping out the servers who were running behind. Worked in restaurant industry for over 8yrs. This was by far the worst service we received.

I have been coming to this location for almost a decade and I’m sad to say that it has gone progressively downhill over the years. In fact it is almost a reflection of the neighborhood it’s in… used to be a nice place to live. Now though? Not so much. But I digress. Upon walking in to the empty restaurant, the hostess was nowhere to be found. In fact the person who eventually cut short her social time, casually strolled over to seat my family and I, didn’t even look like she worked there. In fact she seemed quite bothered to see that someone was in need of seating. So bothered that she tried to seat us at the table closest to the hostess podium. This being the table that every last person in the restaurant has to walk by wasn’t convenient for us. We eventually asked to be moved. The waitress is the next person to prove my point about this place. When taking our drink order I referred to the menu’s seasonal beer, asking what it was. Here direct quote answer was«this is the second time someone asks me that, I don’t know what you guys are talking about, it’s beer!» Yeah, just like you, I had to collect myself from a waitress not knowing what a seasonal beer is. After explaining the concept of seasonal beer, she had to go ask the bar tender to confirm. I wasn’t feeling the seasonal beer so I just ordered a Blue Moon which came without an orange slice. Smh! My mom, sister, and I all ordered the same exact top sirloin medium with mashed potatoes. Each of us had different degrees of temperature and wellness. Simply not good enough. We were planning on dessert but decided against further disappointment. Here is the verdict. The combination of too much youth on staff(I’m all for young people getting into the job force, but you need some experience to lead) and lack of standards looks way too familiar. I’ve lived in this area long enough to know when a place here is about to close its doors and this is textbook for a place about to shut down. If you wanted to try it: 1) Don’t waste your time. 2) If you must, then get there before it closes. 3) See #1

We haven’t been to Ruby Tuesdays in awhile but thought we’d check it out since coupons came in the mail and my fiancé wanted ribs. We ordered cheese fries as an appetizer and share a rack of ribs. We got the dry rub and the barbecue rub. He ordered one of the new fizz drinks and I ordered my usual mango iced tea. The mango iced tea was supposed to have fresh fruit at the bottom but there were none! It was basically iced tea with mango syrup — something I can just get from McDz for a third of the price. The cheese fries were not what I remembered it to be. The plate got a lot smaller and they also add some sort of queso dip to it — NOT how you’re supposed to make cheese fries! In addition, I just realized that they didn’t give us the ranch dip! The selection of sides suck! I didn’t want to order steamed veggies since I can easily make that myself. We ended up with a baked potato and mashed potatoes. Not sure what type of butter they use but the butter they gave us for the mashed potato was disgusting! The ribs were fall off the bone good. In addition to the food, service was not the best. We spent a lot of time waiting for our refills on drinks and for the waitress to come by to check on us so we could get our check. We came here on a Saturday evening at 9PM so you can imagine how it wasn’t too busy at that time. Not sure if we’d come here again.

I love their salad bar. It rounds out a meal and fills me up. I usually order the petite sirloin steak and shrimp, but have them change it to the fried shrimp. The quality of the steak is variable but usually good. I’ve also had the grilled salmon — delicious and the jambalaya pasta and it is spicy, and ok. My daughter always get the ribs and says they have the best ribs around. Look for coupons in the flyers in the paper or online. Join their email club and they will send you 50% off coupons regularly. Plus you get a free burger for your birthday month. Compared to other American places around it is good food for a good deal(with the salad bar). The deserts are tasty but expensive($ 5+). I’ll be back as it is one of my daughter’s favorite places.

Ordered and paid for a full rack of ribs. When we got it home, there were only 6 small rib bones, the end pieces without much meat. No butter and sour cream that we ordered for the baked potatoe, and no extra sauce. And to think we actually tipped the bar staff that prepared this take-out order. Will never order from here again. $ 22+ $ 3 tip for a sub-par meal. Beware,

No what I remember of a Ruby Tuesday’s outlet. I think their burgers have been downgraded. Too bad. The restaurant is clean and the service staff friendly, but the food isn’t really anything to write home about. At least they still have a fairly decent salad bar.

Having skipped lunch we were hungry for dinner early. Arrived at 5:30 and the dinning room was nearly empty. Our order was taken promptly and that was the last positive thing that happened. After a very long wait we were finally served. We had both ordered Steak and Jumbo Shrimp Skewer. The steak looked like the sole of a shoe. It was thin, tough and over cooked. The shrimp was also over cooked and tough. Nothing was edible. Will never eat here again.

This was my fourth time visiting this establishment. If possible I stare clear of this place if you are on a date. The hostess was pleasant but sat us next to the bar. Which wouldn’t have been a biggie. Accept for the bartender also being a our server at happy hour. The food was at the standard but not frills were offered. An the waiter although trying just wasn’t available enough.

If there was a 0 rating I would have given them a 0 because I was there earlier this week. I went to the bar with two other friends. The bar only had a couple and a few other people. They were not busy. We waited at the bar, we didn’t sit down but wanted to get a quick drink. A couple walks in and is immediately greeted while we are standing there waiting. The two bartenders did not acknowledge us at all. They get the drinks for the couple that just walks in. We think once they’re done the bartenders will service us. we were wrong! Rather they service the two couple at the bars. After waiting for more than 20 minutes. We walked out since they didn’t want to service us. Never coming back, hope this place shuts down and re opens as something else.

Usually, I like Ruby Tuesday’s, but the Germantown location is not up to par. The service is incredibly slow and the food is meh.

Horrible horrible. Horrible service n food. First time visiting this location, but definitely the last time. It is the worst Ruby Tuesday that I’ve ever been. We ordered a shellfish trio and sirloin n lobster tail. The texture of the sirloin was weird, it’s mushy instead of tender. The lobster tail was raw!!! So we had the waitress come over. She didn’t even apologize. Had a new lobster tail a few minutes later. It was basically covered in salt! Horrible! Horrible!

The baked potato was decent but overall just my drink and the mozzarella was good never again will I stop by here!!!

SHOWMETHEPRICES! If they would have put prices on the drink menu, I’d give them a 4 or 5 star rating. The blackboard outside the restaurant advertised $ 5 cocktails. After we were seated at a table, we inquired about which cocktails were $ 5 and were told you have to sit at the bar to get the $ 5 deal. So then we asked what the prices were for the big, fancy bar menu that sits on every table with pretty pictures of drinks and NOPRICES. The waitress was unsure. She guessed drinks may be $ 6 or $ 7. We asked her to find out specifically what the price was for the two drinks my friend and I wanted. She returned and said they were both $ 5. So we ordered our drinks. When we got the bill, my friend was charged $ 8 for her drink; I was charged $ 5. We asked the waitress to adjust the bill so my friend would pay the $ 5 the waitress had told us was the price, and she did adjust the bill after speaking to the manager. Why does the customer need to invest so much time over ordering and paying for a drink? Why can’t the prices be on the menu? I’m so angry about prices not being on the menu that I won’t bother to say what we ate or drink — and we actually did like those items. I don’t know if I’ll go back again. It was too much of a hassle to get the drinks ordered.
