Worst fucking customer service ever!!! I never eat at Taco Bell anymore because I avoid the service even the manager was being a fucking bitch the other day when I stopped by with my kids from work (who wanted to eat there NOT my personal choice). She’s lucky I was on the clock.

The food here is great but the employees suck! They have terrible customer service skills, they always give me the wrong food, and would it kill them to speak up and smile? Those employees don’t deserve what they’re getting paid. Plus how many times do I have to go back and ask them to correct my food before they learn?

I don’t usually go to this Taco Bell, but when I do, I get an order that’s wrong, they forget part of my order, and the manager could use some customer service skills. Serious incompetence at this location.

Biggest bunch of douche bags I have ever met in my life! We could not order food because we were not in a car! We are freezing our asses off wanting to eat and they would not serve us and lock the window because we were not in a car. Fuck this place don’t ever come back!!!

taco bell is a food category of its own — the americanized version of mexican food equivalent to panda express’s americanized version of chinese food. taco bell’s food is awesome for late night, post-​club snacking and reminds me of when my sister and i were little and got a bean burrito treat after hanging out at raging waters. this location is typical — standard fare with the advantage of a drive-​through and recent remodel so it’s clean and modern (although I kinda miss the traditional taco bells with their bell on the top, mission style restaurants).

Lets start this out with: I dont eat fast food a lot, but when I do I dont have high expectations for the food I get. All I really want is to get decent customer service, somewhat hot food, and to walk away with everything I ordered. This Taco Bell exceeded my expectations. They were friendly and the restaurant was pretty clean. We did notice that in our bag of «4» crunch berry bites there was only 3. so they gave us the 4^th one plus an extra! Very nice. The food was also pretty good. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Really good food today and service was smooth… I like this Taco Bell the best and always bring my buddies here

Beautiful building. I wish i could say the same about the customer service. She never once said thank you or asked what i want. Jenny i beleive is what her name was started with: «Taco Bell» like she answered the phone. She was silent when i asked questions with concerns to my order and in the rudest voice said: «are you done with your order yet?» not «will that complete your order?» she was rude, my order ended up being wrong and i will never come here again. Thanks Jenny !

Ordered Taco Bell through drive thru ordered two double decker tacos and a nacho bel grande. Got home to find out there was a long blonde/​light brown hair in the nachos. Made me sick we called to let them know the situation. In which they gave a plain «sorry». They should really close this place down. The old employees and building was a lot better. The building looks nice but service and quality sucks donkey balls.

Descent service. Soggy soft tacos. Every time, the soft tacos are soggy. They were not soggy before the remodel/​rebuild of the old building. Now if I’m craving a soft taco, it’s off to del taco.

Just ran through the Bell for a quick bite for the kids, the worst service… Gal was rude when I corrected the order at the window (due to her mistake), gave me attitude… I get it they are teenage kids working a few hours a day, but that’s not my issue, they need to get on the ball!

Out of all the local taco bells around the 91 740 area this ones Easley hands down the best. Quality 5 stars out of 5 service 5 out of 5 Johnny goes above and beyond typical company standards. speed of orders 5 out of 5. every time I come here I never had a problem… not like MacDonald s where u order one thing and get another

As I’ve said before, the food at this location is always the best out of every Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! This time I was greeted & had my order taken by John A, a super friendly employee that made me smile & I had to leave a comment about him (even did the survey)! :)

I normally go to Grand Burger when I have breakfast in the area. I thought I’d try the local Taco Bell since I’ve not really tried their breakfast yet. BAD IDEA. The guy in front of me placed his order, then the cashier walked away to go stock the orange juice and never even acknowledged I was there. When she finally came back a couple minutes later to take my order, I ask for «a number 15 with a regular soda». She then asks me, «What would I like to drink?» Ugh, really? I just repeated, «regular soda please». I then said, «I also want to try the grilled breakfast burrito with bacon». She was like, «I’m sorry, you want the what?» I had to point to the window with the giant poster advertising grilled breakfast burritos. So, apparently listening skills are not necessary to work here since I ended up paying an extra $ 1.99 for a bacon waffle taco that I never ordered. I did get my #15, and my grilled bacon burrito, but idk where the f*** she got bacon waffle taco because I know for a fact I never said those words. Or maybe this cashier (Lizet M) is related to someone in management at this location. I’m never coming back and I’ll stick to Grand Burger because they always know what they’re doing. My order is always correct there. As a matter of fact, try the Pastrami Breakfast burrito when you go to Grand Burger. I swear their pastrami rivals the Hat.
PS. I realize I may also be at some fault for not checking the receipt, but I’m cutting it close to running late for work so I’m just trying to get in and out of there. I got my receipt, got my soda & hot sauce/​napkins, checked in with Unilocal,then my order was ready. No real time to check receipt, but I shouldn’t have to for such a simple order.

Great food, service is friendly, food is cheap, speed is fast and new look is up to date now.

I went to taco bell last night and I was racially profiled and when I got upset that my order was wrong again they called the police on me im a older lady that was told just because your white you don’t get special treatment im was so embarrassed that how can I show my face there again even the police officer that showed up said im sorry but im just doing my job and im top of that my order was never fixed and I didn’t get to eat and I didn’t get my money back and then they kept my receipt whats wrong with people they actually said because your white they should be ashamed of themselfs

I am so glad this Taco Bell got a makeover. It truly was in need of it. The bathrooms are now inside and are very decent (the old bathrooms were outside of the building and were a disaster). There is even graphic artwork on the walls which is a nice touch. Theres outdoor seating which is cool, and the building is twice as big (which results in more workers which results in better service and food). Overall this Taco bell has exceeded my expectations.

No more chili cheese burritos… aka chilito. The owners of this location gave in and removed it from the menu.
It gets 2 stars because the cashier was very nice and apologized more then once when she learned it was the whole reason I stopped at this location in Glendora.

I went to visit my sick brother in Glendora and stopped by there.
I wish our local Taco Bells, were half this good. When you ask for extra sauce, you get it and they were just soooooo good! I was very impressed with the friendliness of the entire staff working on August 4^th, 2012. Great job!
And yes, it is a blast to the past.
