I love this place!!! I try to come as much as I can justify when in Glenwood Springs. Espresso drinks are perfect… Great comfy seating area, food is awesome…
I love their quiches, which are even gluten free, if you desire… They heat them in the oven for 12 minutes, so they are warm and show off the flakey crust… Unlike many fast-​food-​microwave type places that zap for 30 seconds.
They have some games to play, if you really have time to chill out., plus their logo is cute. :)
Can wait for next year…

I love that this place has delicious GF options! The atmosphere is a little dark and could use some sprucing up, though. But I’d go back for the tasty baked goods any time!

Really nice spot to hang out downtown and have a cup of tea. Didn’t try the coffee and not sure I would — but I enjoyed being there an the location is awesome.

Real good coffee. Staff very pleasant. Great quiche. Horrific scones that seem to be made from a building product then prematurely removed from oven.

Looking for a great coffee and muffin in Glenwood? This is it. A very cool atmosphere, service was good and my blueberry muffin and mocha were awesome!

Two stars for the food, but we did not try the coffee. Our breakfast burritos were bland, overpriced, and served with green chile that had absolutely no flavor (not even being picky — just no taste). I might try some coffee, but I wouldn’t bother with the food.

Amazing gluten free pastries that are fresh and made in house. All quiches are gluten free.

Quick stop through town and grabbed an iced Carmel latte and chocolate chip cookie. Both were good. Great little stop.

So grateful for this place and their huge selection of gluten free quiche! It was delicious and hit the spot when I was hungry and searching for something I could eat. Very warm and nice wait staff too. Definitely recommend!

Wow! Yummy gluten free quiches in several flavors, alternative milks for coffee, and super friendly staff, right downtown. I’m coming back next time in GWS.

Best quad white mocha with almond milk I’ve found in Glenwood yet! Really friendly service and good burritos too. Found something for all 3 kiddos and mom to boot. And with a foam bunny even!

Very nice coffee shop vibe, but if you are getting more than a cup of joe I would look elsewhere. This place is about plugging in and surfing with a cup of coffee, not eating. We had a couple breakfast burritos and they were, meh. It was fine, but if you are looking for something hearty for breakfast look elsewhere.
If you are looking for a place for coffee and to lounge, this is great for that. Plus they line their walls with local artists paintings. It is a nice vibe.

All I can really say is that Meh, I’ve experienced better. I ordered a breakfast burrito and they literally just pulled it out from under the counter, so not really sure how fresh it was. It didn’t taste bad or anything, but thought it was a little bland. Could’ve definitely used some flavor.

We went in to buy coffee beans but it is unclear how to do so. They have a lot of gluten free options but zero dairy free food options. I wanted a snack but no dice. Nice atmosphere and the coffee drinks looked good.

We were grabbing breakfast before our hike up to Hanging Lake and decided on a quick breakfast at Bluebird Café.
The space feels like a comfortable living room at your best friend’s house with couches and overstuffed chairs. We ordered some coffee and some breakfast. I had a breakfast burrito and it tasted like every other burrito, nothing extraordinary or noteworthy about it. I was hoping for something more. My coffee was average and did not stand out as either good or bad, just meh.
The breakfast provided fuel for the hike and that’s about it. When I come back to the area I would search out an alternate breakfast destination. Bluebird Café is an okay stop for breakfast and likely keeps a steady flow of patrons due to proximity to the hotels, convenience is gold.

My wife and I stopped by the Bluebird Café this morning for breakfast and some coffee. I had a medium coffee with a shot of vanilla and my wife had a vanilla latte. The coffee was solid; around what you would get at a Starbucks (although less over-​roasted) and for a similar price.
We also split the Sunshine sandwich, a vegetarian sandwich with avocado, onions, tomato and some sort of sweet spread. The whole sandwich worked together incredibly well. I’m not a vegetarian, but I still really enjoyed the sandwich. That said, $ 9 was definitely a steep price for it.
I would come back for the coffee and be strongly tempted by the sandwiches and delicious looking quiches, but the prices on the food are enough to give me pause.

Excellent veggie sandwich, good espresso drinks (some with latte art), really nice baristas that provide great service. Convenient location if you’re passing through on I-​70. Enjoy!

Not bad. A nice selection of Gluten-​Free baked goods as well as gluten-​free breads; crusts 4 the quiche; etc.
Espresso was okay. Not bitter, smooth, but lacking that umph…
Decent atmosphere with nice leather sofas for reading.
All in all, Pretty Solid

This is a cool coffee shop to hangout in, talk with friends and meet new ones. The Chai Tea is delicious. Though could be a little stronger for my tastes. The Chocolate chip cookie was moist and fresh. They Serve The Full Menu all day which is a plus as well.
And have great Vegetarian options as well.
