I recently visited McDonald’s over in goleta at market place and found my experience not the best. The employee that helped me was named Eric and he was very quick to talk and rude. I waited on 40 nuggets for close to 20 minutes, asked him when my order was going to be ready and he immediately shut me up by interrupting.

Alright, I wouldn’t normally review this chain because nobody who buys fast food(i.e. 95-percent of the American and first world countries’ population) freaking cares. Plus, let’s face it: we all know what the deal is, Mickey D’s = relatively consistent fast food. What made this one stand out was the service. All my mother and I wanted was coffee. The cashier had to brew a fresh pot. They could have just called the order number, but here they brought the beverages *to* us. I noticed they did that for other customers, bring the order to the seated diners. Are we in Carl’s Junior? No, this is a McDonald’s. Con muy bueno customer service. Reading reviews for any fast food chain let alone this one. it is to laugh: people’s grievances, bitching, whining and such. Giving maximum star-pletion to balance things. Just because. Kudos, Goleta Golden Arches. I happily visit and patronise you instead of the Shpoopee, um Chipoopchute, er, I mean, Shittpotle, next door. And as of this month, you can order breakfast items *outside of* breakfast hours, at most, if not all McDonald’s. No more bummer times at 11:01 a.m. GLOOORYBEE! «D-Fens», you are my hero; I wish you were alive– not to mention, real– to see this.

No drive thru. So that is a fail. They take way too long. The fries I order were limp and soggy. Also McDonald’s is over priced.

I ordered and was very satisfied, but wanted to know why the sign said free burger if it wasn’t free in the area. Just curious. Great meal tho.

This McDonald’s by far is now my favorite! On our way to Lake Cachuma, pulling a trailer, we were looking for a place to eat and park. This location shares a parking lot with a Home Depot so tons of parking. However, the best part was how in tune they are with the local community. They have pictures and articles of local high school sports including individual players. This location knows the true meaning of community spirit. It is also extremely open and the staff were very friendly.

Good location during the lunch hours, very good service and nice place to relax. I’ve been frequenting this place for breakfast and I think it’s pretty slow for McDonalds.

I already had the misfortune of suffering through a «sausage burrito» for breakfast one time, but hey, I’m a guy who believes in second chances so I figured I’d give McDonald’s another try. Big mistake. Huge. I ordered a McChicken, a Hot N Spicy McChicken, and a McDouble(no cheese). I got my food and asked for Buffalo Dipping Sauce and it happened. The attendant menacingly sneered at me and said«I don’t think so, pretty boy»(or something along those lines). I stood there puzzled and asked why my simple request could not be satisfied. He said he’d give me my sauce… for 25 cents. I was flabbergasted. 25 cents for a cubic inch of dipping sauce? The only way this food is even edible is to drown out the taste with slightly less shitty tastes. I angrily obliged and got home in a less than positive mood to put it lightly. I opened my food and lo and behold what do I find? Cheese on my fucking McDouble. They ruined 33% of my order. That’s a failing grade in nearly all other professional fields. It’s safe to assume that I will be taking my business to the vastly superior Carls Jr. And to add insult to injury the people in front of us got their orders first.

So I generally visit this McD whenever I go shopping at the marketplace. Today, I did some Holiday shopping at a nearby store and I had a cart with me since I had a lot of stuff to carry. I wanted to grab some fries and hot chocolate so I went inside the restaurant with my cart. There wasn’t any board that said I’m not allowed to take the cart inside and I was alone so I couldn’t leave it outside unattended neither. So I kept the cart in a corner inside the restaurant(The restaurant was almost empty) and came to order. There was this lady who saw me keeping the cart and everything and just when I was about to order, she told me very rudely that I’m not allowed to keep the cart inside the restaurant. I told her that I just want some fries to-go and it had valuable things so I can’t leave it unattended outside of the restaurant but it still didn’t have any effect on her. She raised her voice and said I can’t order if I don’t leave the cart outside and come. I’ve never experienced a treatment like this from anyone in the US till now. I just took my cart and left the place thinking I should never come back again. This is definitely not the way you are supposed to treat customers. Highly disappointed

Pros: They have a TV and this place is new and clean. Cons: Slow service. Asked a worker to change the TV channel. She said K. Then did nothing.

I like how you can save 10% if you go to UCSB or SBCC. Really fast service even at rush hour. The food is good and what you expect from a McDonald’s. I like how it is close to UCSB& I’m sure to come back when I’m eating on a budget.

Close to My office but they spend so much time goofing and laughing with each other that they messed up my orders on numerous visits. They Don’t listen. They don’t Care. I don’t go here anymore!

For fast food and to go, South west chicken Mcwrap, the blend of flavors the crispy chicken and for this review, I went with crispy. In addition to spring greens, lettuce, tomato, and cheddar jack cheese, the Southwest Chicken McWrap features a cilantro lime glaze, tortilla strips, and habanero ranch sauce. And it comes in a box very easy to handle.

I have been standing here waiting for my friend to get his chicken wrap for over 10 minutes. My food is no longer hot and toasty… and if there’s one thing worse than cold McDonald’s, it’s luke warm McDonalds. Shiesty bastard even threatened to charge 25 cents for an additional sauce packet. Nonetheless, 5 out of 5 stars as this service met my expectations.

I have been coming to this Mc Donald’s for years. Ever since it opened up with the Camino Real Marketplace shopping center, it has been a nice alternative to Jack in the Box and Taco Bell. I will eventually be back here for their chicken sandwiches or mc flurries. –Tej

This place is a zoo with a 20-minute eating time limit, only understandable once you walk through the door. The only reason we did was because of my 6-year old’s meltdown. Chicken nuggets were necessary to calm his stretched temper. Too many guests, not enough seating, and plenty of folks that really look like they would park it if not for the 20-minute limit. We gave the kiddies their Happy Meals and moved on to somewhere else for our meal.

I don’t think you can go wrong with McD’s. I come here a lot to order chicken nuggets or iced coffee to go and they’ve always been quick and precise. The service is way better than that of other McD’s I’ve been(ex. the one on University Ave in Riverside = epic fail). The women working here are friendly and not snappy, too. I’m always in and out within 5 mins.

This sport memorabilia themed Mickie D’s is not the most convenient but boy are they fast. Why review a McDonald’s? I’m right there with you. They’re all the same. Right? For the most part I’ll totally agree with you and from my writing history, you can read I’m not into the fast food but everyone needs a fry now and again. The biggest difference to this location is no drive through. They actually expect you to use your legs? I don’t think Ray Kroc would be impressed with the antiquated delivery system of high carb, high sugar, non nutritious food. Now it’s time to find a parking space. The over crowded parking lot begs you to drive across the street to Jack n the Box and finding a space anywhere near can be a challenge on the weekends. Once inside it’s bight, airy packed with sports crap. I don’t normally think of athleticism then the Golden Arches are at play. Up to the front the line moves quickly and then, DING. Fries are done. This must be one of the fastest location. It begs to wonder if the food was intended for me or another customer who’s still parking. Maybe it’s a new study on mind control. Ronald knows what he wants me to eat and the Dude abides. If you must visit McDonald’s this is a good one to hit. Free WiFi is also offered.

They used to serve Egg McMuffins all day and night here since the McMuffin was invented in Santa Barbara, they get one bonus star for that and I say all McD’s should serve breakfast all day, or at least the McMuffin since it’s the best thing they make IMHO. other then that it’s a McD’s as all other but cleaner.
