This Jimmy John’s is conveniently located to us, but unfortunately they struggle to get orders correct. You have to check your sandwich before leaving because it will most likely be made wrong. This is the case almost every time.

Fastest Jimmy John’s around to be quite honest. I love how it’s right by the College too, so if you’re feeling hungry you can literally drive or walk across the street and grab a sandwich from Jimmy John’s. The establishment is very clean and the workers are hard working people who are passionate sandwich artists. If you like sandwiches go to Jimmy John’s, especially this one! Don’t miss out on this iconic sandwich place.

This is the most convenient location for us so we come here the most for subs. The food is good, like any other Jimmy John’s, but if you want something like no mayo then you really need to double check because more often than not they will screw it up.

Terrible customer service and poor quality overall. 3 times I have been given the wrong sandwich and they have denied any responsibility at all. Been to at least a few dozen jimmy johns establishments in my life and this one is by far the worst. It’s more worth the drive to go to the one in Gurnee jus so I can get what I actually ordered.

This is an excellent Jimmy John’s! We have been to the one in Mundelein a handful of times and they never cease to amaze me by screwing up my order. It’s not a substitution problem, I order a number off the board!
Fast forward to today; I never thought that I was in their ‘freaky fast’ delivery range, but went to the website and ordered on-​line from the Grayslake location. Twenty two minutes later, we had our sandwiches, 100% accurate… and pretty tasty too!

Gurnee, IL
After eating Jimmy John’s for years, we moved to Gurnee and use this location as well as the one on Grand in Gurnee. I’ve been here at least 20+ times ordering for a family of 4, and 90% of the time the sandwiches are done before I finish paying for them. And they are truly great sandwiches. I personally love #10, #11 and #12.
