Original Roadhouse Grill

This place use to be a great place and fun. Now it looks like a dump, not pleasant and hasn’t been updated. The booths have different covers or are rip up. The steaks are over price for the quality of meat. The salad and rolls and sides all are still great just not the overall experience and clean dining. I’m done with this place.

We had dinner there on a Friday night at 6 pm. We waited the amount of time they told us when we walked in (15 mins). Our waitress was so pleasant and worked with my special diet without any fuss. We will be eating her

First time visit with my family and Inlaws on Saturday Night (5 people total), it was jammed packed with many people waiting. We were told the wait could be up to 40minutes so we put our name on the list and proceeded to wait. 45 minutes roll by and we were never called up. The «hostesses» had no clue what happened except that they «accidentally» gave our table to another party. Fabulous! 5 minutes later we were sat down and our poor waitress had to tell us all
Of the things they were out of (Half of the menu pretty much) she mentioned she told the hostesses so that they would mention it to waiting customers (they did not). Food that we were able to order was not great and all came out at once by a very unhappy lady (not our waitress) who practically threw the food on the table. Our waitress Kaitlynn looked like she had been through the ringer but was still super sweet, the manager should not be managing because well he sucks at it clearly! All in all the food was not great and would never go back. Only saving grace in that place was our waitress who in spite of having to work in such awful conditions still kept a smile on her face and was beyond nice.

Awesome professional and polite staff from the second you walk in the door. The managers are more than willing to help you out with anything you’re not happy with. They have a great happy hour selection, anything on the hh menu is 5 bucks. Aside from that I’ve never had a bad meal here and will continue to eat here

Visited today with friends. Steak was good, but not hot. French fries were warm. Server was attentive and friendly. Taking into account peanut shells on the floor, great for me, the general cleanliness was sub par. The outside entry needs to be pressure washed, some of the wood in the parking lot has rotted with pieces broken and laying in some of the parking spots. The men’s bathroom was dirty and suggest the tiles in the disabled stall be replaced before someone trips and a lawsuit follows.

Disappointing dining experience– barkeep Greg (a.k.a. Rider) was very personable and fun to talk to, but the food quality was poor. Pork chop ($ 13.99) was lukewarm when served, dry and salty. Fish (BREADED cod) and chips (not on regular menu) was barely edible due to excessive breading. Prices for other items make this restaurant a poor choice these days. New management is in order to get this place back on track, because it’s going down the drain quickly.

So disappointed once more in this place. It used to fun, friendly, and fast. My last two visits were so underwhelming. We were told it was a 20 min wait, yet it took 50 minutes to be seated. Then another 40 to receive food. The second time was tonight. Not busy on a Friday night at 6:00 so we were sat immediately. Sweet hostess. Our server was apparently not happy to have us in her section. A curt hello and an order placed. We had to wave down a busser to get extra napkins, water, and rolls. One out of 5 entrees arrived correct. The rest were overcooked, didn’t have correct sides, or was the wrong item completely. No one came back to the table for 15 – 20 min. We asked a server in another area to find our server so we could get what we needed to enjoy our meal. Totally clueless. Apparently they don’t care about service or food quality. Luckily there are more options now in this town.

We have eaten in as well as take out here and it’s always good, the prices are right and super friendly service. I love the Texas egg rolls and the mahi mahi was cooked perfectly. We have enjoyed every dish was have tried thus far from here. The prices are good deals too, way better than over priced soggy burgers from red robin. And who doesn’t love great service!

ordered the prime rib french dip it was super dry and the prime rib was super fatty.
not going back there again. my advice is to get the server out of there where she doesn’t have to serve terrible food time after time.

Visited here twice… First time, was on mothers day. They had a special for less than $ 25 for a combo of ribs/​steak/​two sides and dessert of cheesecake. Couldn’t beat that price and the portions were decent.
My grandma, mom and I enjoyed our meals! Our waitress was very attentive and sweet. Wish I remembered her name!
Second visit was with a friend. Don’t remember much about the waitress but our meals once again were Awesome! Wonderful taste, great portions and we had their strawberry lemonade. Yummy! The lemonade came in cute jars. They do bring bread and butter while you wait for your meals.
In the entrance they do have a bucket of peanuts as well as on the tables. Throwing the shells on the floor is apart of the experience, I suppose. Even though, I’m not a fan but to each their own.
The Hostess each time I’ve entered this establishment has not been the most welcoming. They take their time or like talking to each other more than giving great customer service. Not very talkative while seating you.
The waiters are much better though.

The food is good not bad but what I don’t like is the peanut shells on the floor it’s disgusting. The worse part is when their cleaning the tables they throw all the food crumbs on the floor aswell. Imagine all bacteria that grows on the floor.

This is a nice little restaurant but nothing really special. The honey butter rolls are delicious. I had the chicken wings which were pretty good. The service is mediocre. Not welcoming at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place for the service but the food is okay.

We have been here a couple times now and both times we have been very disappointed! Steak was terrible everything else with the meal was on nothing to write home about. Not sure how this place is still open being rated an average of 2 stars.

Very disappointed. Came here looking for good bbq but then found out it is just another corporate chain. The staff was very rude and even considered leaving after sitting down. Bad beer selection and antibiotic meat.

Bad food… sent it back… was a lil better round 2… it’s McDonald’s on steroids… bad service… it’s next to the olive garden… think they are in cahoots! The 1990s are long gone… chains will hopefully follow suit…

Great BBQ place… I even gave the fish a try and was not disappointed! They took a nice swing at a good restaurant and did very well! You won’t be disappointed in your meal.

Food was pretty good, as usual, but not very impressed with our server. It’s the second time we’ve had him and he really lacks personality. When he came to the table to ‘greet’ us, he didn’t even smile. He brought drinks back and came back one more time to get our order– it took until after all of us had placed our orders before he cracked a smile.
We LOVE the rolls here, especially with the sweet butter! Our favorite meat us the tri tip. We’ll be back, but please tell Grant to smile more!

My dad, my sister, my little nephew, and I had a really awful experience here. My dad ordered steak, I had a club sandwich, my sister had the chicken wings and we got a cheeseburger for the little guy. The steak was 50% gristle, the sourdough bread on my sandwich was dry and stiff, and my sister’s «hot» wings and fries were cold. My dad and my sister both asked their food to be taken back, but I didn’t want to do that in front of my nephew, so I took the food home and threw it away.
The waitress was rude from the get-​go and worse when my dad and sister started telling her what was wrong. It was also tough to get her attention. We had to go and search for her a several times. It was very obvious she didn’t like her job and her attitude showed it. Later, I called the manager and he said he could give us a free meal, but for me, it wasn’t about the money and I wouldn’t want to eat that food again. The food and the service were absolutely terrible.

This place gives me food comatose everytime!

The servers are pretty (I think they only hire very attractive ladies for servers)
