Every time we decide to go to this Burger King (most times out of convenience because it is next to Fred Meyer) something is messed up. Today just really made me mad. We had to wait forever for our food and when we came home the bbq tender burger was just a chicken tender burger with a half slice of bacon.
From now on we know better and just drive to a different BK

Very disappointed of their service. And i got chicken burger and chicken was uncooked and tasted like yuckie!!! I would never try that again if I go to burger king!

Wished I could give it 0 Stars… what they deserve! Burger King as a WHOLE is pretty disappointing. On Sept 19th I emailed on
and let them know NICELY that the Burnside store NEVER seems to honor the flag etiquette by observing half-​staff requests by the president! Did they lower the flag? NOPE! Did BK contact me offering an explanation/​apology? NOPE! Pathetic!!! This restaurant did NOT lower the flag for the latest military killing in the D.C. Navy Yard!
In my original email to them I mentioned that I thought it would be a great idea (if it wasn’t already in progress) if there were some email communication between corporate and each restaurant manager regarding these types of things because I know that not everyone watches the news or is up on current events.
Now…I am an officially Boycotting BK!
I do want to say that I also contacted McDonald’s in Sandy and they were quick to call, apologize, and lower their flag! Much appreciated!
Please people, know the FLAG etiquette, have respect for OUR country…

So I went in very hungry. Ordered the number 5 because the picture looked good/​big, and it was a double bacon cheese burger. I received my order and looked at the burger. I went back up to the counter and said there has to be a mistake. This is a kids meal type of burger! The patties were 1⁄8 inch thick and looked like a mini burger. That’s the last time i will ever go here. Come on!
