I always come here for a popcorn chicken craving. It is very nice! I also like the fried fish cake! Yummy! Highly recommended! If you don’t like to wait, make sure to call first and pick up later!

I love this place highly recommend popcorn chicken if you haven’t tried it its a must try! Also Great Thai tea! 4 stars because it’s so dirty in there lol but don’t let that fool you. It could use a mini remodel or even a deep clean would make a huge difference. Great place tho I hope it stays around forever.

lol I’ve worked here for like a few weeks then I was out of there. The coworkers are so RUDE and MOST unfriendly people of anyone I’ve ever knew, some of them are cool, but there’s just one person there that I really just wanted to pour the freshly made drink in her face. She’s just rude and unappreciative of the work I’ve done there.

I had no problem with the people behind the counter. Everyone had smiles and seemed happy

I’ve been trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt cause they are always busy, but today is the last day I will ever enter into their doors again. First of all, they didn’t greet me as I entered but they sure did to all Asians that walked in… Secondly, they never came back to my table after they dropped off my phō only to drop off the bill(of course)…Thirdly, they never ever asked me if I needed more water. We all know that when you are eating phō their is a lot of hot sauce, jalapeños and a good amount of sodium that it is imperative to have at least one glass water refilled but nope, not at this place. For now on I will go an extra 2 miles to eat @PhōHa where I know the service is great! Btw– this is the first time I’ve ever wrote a bad review on here.

They’re teas are differently sweetened every time. And their customer service is ridiculously bad every time. I recommend you skip this place save your money & time for a better experience.

I’ve been coming here for years. The milk tea is good and reasonably priced but the service is terrible. Why do the girls here have to be so rude and unfriendly?

This place is attached to a chinese restaurant, its dingy, the tables are old busted and dirty and they sell random stuff like minion toys and rape whistles. I felt like i was buying drinks from a persons dirty living room.

This one the few places that I crave for every day, the slushes, milk tea, and popcorn chicken are deliciously made.

Don’t get all the negative reviews. I stopped in here for a passion fruit slush and it was perfect. The location is a bit older and not as cute as some others, but service was nice and our drinks came out quickly and made well. Prices are fair, quality fine, just plan on taking it to go as this is not a place you want to sit all day like some of the other locations.

Honestly, this place is such a toss-up when it comes to service. Sometimes, extremely nice, others, horrible. Since I live nearby, it’s convenient to come and order. Plus, the orders are cheap and refreshing. A long time ago, I caught a glimpse of the kitchen and there was a man smoking a cig while he was cooking food. I was really young then, and I guess I never questioned how gross that is. Most recently, I guess our order of popcorn chicken was forgotten. When asked about my order, the lady was glaring, yelling at the worker who had originally taken my order. Never did she apologize to me directly or feel bad about making us wait nearly half an hour, while more than 5 groups after us had left. I understand mistakes can happen, but there’s no need to put on a constant scowl. Perhaps I should just suck it up and make the drive to any other boba place. Keeping a sanitary kitchen is one thing but to treat customers as if they are a burden is something I’d rather not deal with.

Different workers… Same SHITTY service! Fuck this place. EVERYTIME! Seems like no matter who’s in the front it’s the same attitude… Ugh

This place would get 0 stars if I could. I have never waited so long for french fries. The funny thing is I added that on to my bill just to make the minimum $ 10 order to use a debit card and that is what caused me to wait more than 30 minutes for an order of french fries. stay away!

This review is long overdue. I usually visit this place almost everyday on my break, because I work right up the street but due to this last visit there I do not believe I will go back for a very long time. I had the worst customer service ever. I love quicklys popcorn chicken and it is one of the main reasons why I visit. I came in during my lunch break last week sometime and I ordered the green milk tea with boba and popcorn chicken. I was sitting there and several people who ordered after me got their meals and drinks before me. I finally said something and she rudely yells out the name of my drink as she sees me getting ready to say something. I was very disappointed because I have never had an experience like this here. It really does suck when people are having bad days and they take it out on their guest. The food and drinks are great here but customer service definitely needs to be perfected.

I come for the coffee milk tea and it’s great. Boba is always fresh and the price is good. I’m a happy camper!

Look, you get what you pay for. The boba is cheap and the quality is not great. But this review is for the awful management. I called in an order and waited longer than most people there when I got there. The purpose of calling in an order is to avoid lines – boy, was I mistaken. The cashier was perfectly nice and I tried my very best to be as patient as possible because she was one girl handling 3 customers. But seriously, she had to run to the back to run my card, there were only two blenders and the poor girl Only had two hands. Then while she was running to The back to run my card, my slush sat in the blender for literally 4 minutes. Needless to say, it was no longer a slush. The place had the audacity to post a sign that said«no exchanges or refunds for all beverages» and the. A sign that said«like us on Facebook!». You’re kidding me, right? Get it together.

Quickly is not so quick. Took 15 minutes for them to make my drink… certainly a test of my patience… I am still waiting for my drink as I write this.

Cheapest place to buy Boba drinks! What’s not to like! My favorites are Mango slush and honeydew milk tea. Not a fan of the interior of this location.

This place is ridiculously cheap for boba. Every drink is less than $ 3. I’d rate this place higher, except the service was terrible. I hate bagging on people because I know how hard they work, but at the very least, they should show some decency to their customers. There was a girl working there and when I asked for my food, she flat out ignored me. I asked her again and she didn’t even bother to make eye contact – she just ignored me once more. I yelled(not rudely) and said, «Hey! I’m talking to you,» NOPE. Still nothing. 15 minutes later, she bagged my food, and I was so upset, I just grabbed it from her hand and left. I know that what I did was rude, but the fact that she ignored me THREE times, I think she deserved it. If she wasn’t there, I’d rate this place higher. She needs an attitude check. Girl, you’re not all that. Trust me.

This was one of the first boba places I think I ever had a boba drink, back when the boba craze went huge in the early 2000s. I always enjoyed their slushes(especially mango & honeydew) and their almond milk tea and honey milk tea is always a hit. I usually ask for no or light boba, nowadays, because some places don’t always cook their boba to the right texture, but lately, they’ve been on point. Anyway, this place is always a hit, so if you’re in the area and want to keep it old school and away from Half & Half or Tastea, come here!
