Intriguing store with Kauai Cigars signs prominently displayed in the windows. Discovered an amazing artist named Susan Kobzev, from Kapaau, Big Island, inside. She does amazing pencil drawings of island women with just a touch of color. Originals or reproductions are available at reasonable prices! There is also another artist A. Korver (?) that specializes in Hawaiian flowers on various woods. The combination of painting against various wood grains makes for some anazing art! Check it out!

I’ve never understood why it’s so hard to say hello to people. 3^rd time I’ve been there this year. I bring my family in when they visit to see pretty things, even with the North Shore Markup some of the stuff is wonderful but the lack of service is inexcusable and forces me out every time. If you can’t say «hi!» I won’t buy :(

A trip to Haleiwa always includes a stop at Global Creations Interiors. There is a wide range of stuff for the house, for gifts, and just because. My favorite wave gliclee prints by Clark Little are sold here, along with shell decorative pieces, silver jewelry, some Hawaiian themed wooden bowls and kitchen stuff, and tons of things to give as neat presents. I love this little boutique and they have an email list so you can get insights to their sales.

They have some neat stuff here. Great place to find something for your home or for gifts. I enjoyed browsing at everything and searching for something to buy. I ended up finding this locally made gold seaweed design necklace by La’akea Designs. It didn’t look Hawaiian, but at least it’s a useful souvenir for me and reminder of where it came from.

I only wondered in here because we were waiting for Shaved ice. I think that’s how they get most of their customers. I bought a purse holder here for $ 14.66 and then found the exact same one at ABC store for $ 11.99…that sucks… but hey… its business…
They have interesting décor, if I was rich I’d decorate my house with all of it… but I’m not…
